Some room furniture have been damaged by hotel customers, I feel sorry for the hotel

Not worth this money you paying 500 euro for a junior suite and have to pay for fried eggs at the breakfast!! Found greetings in the room which was for another name! When I gave it back at the reception - they just laugh and didn't change to my name)) is it 5 star from lhw? No

Great hotel.Excellent staff. Very friendly.Staff will book any tours that you would like to do. Any tour we did we were picked up at hotel which is great and hassle free.Our room was beautiful with loads of space. I really liked the location of the hotel. Perfect for walking to most of the major attractions and main shopping district is only 10 to 15 mins walk. Also very near to Villa Borghese Park which is great if you want to exercise on your holiday.Great hotel.Great location.Great experience.

The attentiveness of the staff, was first class. They made you feel very special as soon as you walked in the door. Classy hotel with very high standards throughout. I wondered if as a booking.com customer and on a very good rate if we would treated with the same respect as full paying customers . Everyone of our needs and requests were fully accommodated and I can't praise the hotel highly enough. Loved the balconys .....

Could be noisey with the sound from road. But if you want a quiet holiday dont go anywhere near centre of Rome. They love their car horns and the police don't go anywhere without sirens blasting. Rooms did not have air con and they can get quite stuffy, you can open the balcony doors , but see noise above!

The location, elegance and modern but 'old-world' charm of a classic 5 star hotel. Very friendly staff - not too formal but properly formal and engaging in a very Italian sensibility. We had a wonderful room on the corner of the hotel directly facing the American Embassy complex and looking down the Via Veneto with windows on 2 walls so it was very, very nice. The room was very spacious and quite comfortable in all respects. The bathroom was also very large and all much larger than most hotel rooms in Rome.

Oddly, we did not have a full length mirror in the room - I would be sure to request it next time I stay there - and I would definitely stay there again. The windows, of exceptional quality only turned and did not tilt so when we wanted fresh air we had to open the windows very wide.

some add services are very expensive - for ex 1 parking night/50 euro. Tea to a room - 30 euro and so on poor breakfast

We loved everything about this hotel beginning with the warmest welcome we received in Europe. The hotel is just beautiful and our room with a balcony was superb complete with marbel 5 piece bathroom, Italian cabinetry and a huge bedroom. The arrival of fresh fruit was a nice touch. The concierge desk was very helpful in assisting us with our tour plans and the front desk knew us by name. The Via Veneto address was one of the most beautiful streets in Europe and conveniently located by Bourgesie Park (sorry about the spelling.) My husband enjoyed his daily runs there. We felt that the value of this 5 star hotel was, by far, the best of all the hotels we stayed in during our 3 weeks in Europe. I highly recommend the Regina Hotel Baglioni!!!

The only thing was that we couldn't get a cup of coffee before 7:00am and some of our tours had a pickup at 6:45am. Now I know why some travellers bring their own "cuppa" along.

Excellent location with many restaurants and sites at walking distance. The staff was friendly and was willing to accommodate our requests.

Замечательный номер, потрясающий балкон со столиками и шезлонгами. Улица Виа-Венетто очень приятна для прогулок и хорошего питания.

маленькая спальня-большая ванная,завтрак мог бы быть лучше, интернет-14 евро в день. просила номер с видом на тихую улицу, дали с видом во внутренний двор-колодец с вентиляционными трубами, т.е. без вида вообще, зато тихо. т.к. в номер приходили только ночевать, менять не стали, но цена явно завышена.

Très bel hotel, chic, chouette. Belle chambre, bon lit. Personnel sympa, bien situé pour aller se promener ou courir dans le parc borghese

La vue de la chambre: cour intérieure moche et bruyante, le bruit de l'air conditionné, impossible à règler, le health center pas ouvert la nuit, wifii pas très ergonomique et limité à un appareil avec un délai de 5 minutes avant prise en compte des deconnections... Ne pas etre pressé.Les acsenceurs assez moches.

Отличный отель, с приятным дизайном в стиле "Dolce vita". Номера чистые, ухоженные, не к чему придраться.Очень приветливый, вежливый и внимательный персонал отеля. Отдельная благодарность администратору Ольге и консьержу Франческо - они очень помогли нам с организацией нашего пребывания. Завтраки хорошие. Обязательно будем останавливаться в этом отеле и в дальнейшем.

Если по-капризничать - в номере было очень тепло, кондиционер не регулировался, окно находилось около кровати и открывать его ночью опасались, чтобы не простыть.

Останавливаемся в этом отеле уже в третий раз. Очень дружелюбный персонал, внимательный. Достаточно большие номера.

Чуть больше горячего на завтрак. Одного омлета для 5 звезд мало. Можно бы освежить мебель.

провели в этом отеле две ночи. каждую ночь в пять утра приходило sms о списании отелем с карты денег. в первую ночь 200 евро, во вторую более 400 евро. на мой вопрос на ресепшене ответили, что они это делают "на всякий случай, вдруг что случится?". это не смотря на то, что два номера я оплатил больше чем за месяц до приезда. уважаемые потенциальные гости этого отеля будьте готовы к тому, что отель не только вам не даст спать по ночам, но и самостоятельно будет решать насколько вы благонадежны в евровом выражении.

Sono stata al Regina Hotel Baglioni per un breve soggiorno e sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita. La posizione è ideale perchè a pochi passi da Piazza di Spagna e da Via Condotti e il personale molto premuroso e soprattutto sempre allegro. La camera dove ho dormito era grande, bello l'arredamento. Il bagno, che è la mia zona preferita, era da mille e una notte. Se riuscite provate il "tiramisù" fatto in casa... Sublime!!

ка кбы там не говорили, но ремонт даже в отремонтированном номере уже не свежий, есть трещики в плитках в ванной. на потолке. но это неприципиально

Le cadre agréable et la chambre spacieuse

Le petit déjeuner avec juste café, jus d'orange et quelques petites viennoiseries pour 18 € (trop cher pour ce que c'est) - La même chose dans le café du coin pour 8 € avec un cadre agréable aussi. De même pour les repas, il faut mieux les prendre à l'extérieur (le moindre petit plat coute 30 € - Excessif)

Отель красивый , очень изысканный , дворцовый интерьер , внимательный персонал , консьерж говорящих по- русски , удобное расположение отеля, для движения по-городу , экскурсиям, пользовались такси , швейцары всегда приветливы, очень внимательны и готовы всегда оказать любую помощь, вызвать такси, открыть дверь , поднести сумку, улыбчивы и доброжелательны.

Все понравилось.
