The number of staff available to provide service. Our room was a superior double with a balcony the whole length of our room and en suite
Keeping the room cool, in February!
Staff, location, the building itself -everything top of the top!
Comfortable classy hotel with excellent, helpful staff.
Wonderful from start to finish. The super-responsive Concierge arranged for a Mercedes to pick us up from the airport and once we arrived at the stunning Hotel Regina Baglioni, the experience was simply more fabulous each day! The restaurant resembles a lush Italian movie set...serving exquisite food and drinks. The staff made us feel so welcome! (Heated towel rack and marble sinks!) We want to return as soon as possible! Grazie!!
Very clean and spacious room. Excellent staff and very good location. Will be staying there again.
The room was too hot in the middle of February where it was freezing outside. Staff tried their best to solve the issue but to no avail. Ended up opening the window the whole night. The bed was a bit too soft for me.
free upgrades spacious room great room service superb location
expensive hotel dining
Some of the staff, at the breakfast in particular, were not granting the expected service level
Very well mannered staff, warm welcoming and good bye
The Hotel did not provide heating during our stay, though the weather was relatively well, other than the last night.
too many restrictions for children at the spa area, although we were the only spa area guests during the visit
Good location, nice staff, classic decorations
Free WIFI was not or badly working most of the time, no complimentary coffee / tea machine in the room, very expensive restaurant and a long way through multiple hall ways to our room
1) Best location 2) Best personal 3) Very nice hotel
This was our honeymoon. They sent prosecco and chocolates to the room. Upgraded our room. Concierge was amazing. Recommend this hotel.
Very attentive staff Children have a special status Breakfast Availability of a tram
They wanted to charge us extra for late check out despite the fact we got everything ready for check out and informed them
Really helpful staff, professional and attentive. Room service was great.
Our double bed was two twins pushed together which was uncomfortable at times and they forgot our breakfast order one morning.
The refined and personal atmosphere of the hotel, the great service. The location Via Venetto was perfect, walking distance from all the tourist and business areas. The staff was very attentive to each guest. The rooms were spacious and to the standard of the hotel. The restaurant is a must visit, the food was excellent, and the service faultless. The breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast/afternoon tea room beautifully decorated.
If I have to find a fault, it would be the bathroom in the room, that to me was a little outdated, but well equipped with complimentary toiletries .
Poor recomendations Reserved at a restaurant that was closed and didnt inform us
Me and my wife stayed there for a night it was like hell. My wife was sick we wanted a private hospital adress from concierge he said he is busy but he was just touring in lobby. Then i ask for a pharmacy he gave me a adress of pharmacy which is never there but he said he talked with them. The room is like you go up then right then left then elevator then down the stairs then right then another elevator then left you come to room so its like puzzle. I wouldnt not reccomend this hotel to anybody unless they like theme parks. Staff is incredibly rude and everyone acts as they are the owner of the hotel. So never will be there till i die.
Always a comfortable and relaxing stay when residing here. great staff and great service.
The elegance ambiance, the courtesy of the staff, from checking in, room service, everything..
The comfort of the bed and pillows was wonderful. This was our second stay but not our last.
I was upgraded from a superior to a junior suite. The room was brilliant. In general I always stay here as it's location is brilliant. It is a lot to pay per night however I believe it's worth every penny.
My last night there I was rudely awoken by two chaps who were wasted (legless). They were confused about their room number. When I called reception (2am) I got no answer and was left to fund for myself with two aggressive morons who were convinced I was in the wrong room! I appreciate it was the middle of the night - but I did start to panic a little when I couldn't even find a member of staff to help dissolve the problem. Otherwise - the hotel is excellent.
Perfect hotel, amazing friendly and supporting staff! Wonderfull breakfast. cant wait to go back! Thanks for the pleasant stay!
Concierge service was good
Seemed run down. Air conditioning did not work. There was a broken pipe with gushing water outside the room in the balcony. Therefore I could not even open the window. The light fixture was broken. There was no TV remote in the room. The printer did not work during the check out process. Therefore I did not get my final bill. The breakfast selection was mediocre at best.
Friendliness and willingness to help of the staff.
Very good service. Great interiors.
No free wi-fi. No housekeeping in the room in the evening.
