    Nothing

    Me and my wife stayed there for a night it was like hell. My wife was sick we wanted a private hospital adress from concierge he said he is busy but he was just touring in lobby. Then i ask for a pharmacy he gave me a adress of pharmacy which is never there but he said he talked with them. The room is like you go up then right then left then elevator then down the stairs then right then another elevator then left you come to room so its like puzzle. I wouldnt not reccomend this hotel to anybody unless they like theme parks. Staff is incredibly rude and everyone acts as they are the owner of the hotel. So never will be there till i die.

    I was upgraded from a superior to a junior suite. The room was brilliant. In general I always stay here as it's location is brilliant. It is a lot to pay per night however I believe it's worth every penny.

    My last night there I was rudely awoken by two chaps who were wasted (legless). They were confused about their room number. When I called reception (2am) I got no answer and was left to fund for myself with two aggressive morons who were convinced I was in the wrong room! I appreciate it was the middle of the night - but I did start to panic a little when I couldn't even find a member of staff to help dissolve the problem. Otherwise - the hotel is excellent.

    Concierge service was good

    Seemed run down. Air conditioning did not work. There was a broken pipe with gushing water outside the room in the balcony. Therefore I could not even open the window.The light fixture was broken. There was no TV remote in the room. The printer did not work during the check out process. Therefore I did not get my final bill. The breakfast selection was mediocre at best.

    The location of this hotel is very convenient

    This hotel is advertising a Spa which it does not have. Looking at previous reviews this was commented on in May 2013 and it is still not refurbished. Therefore, this information should be highlighted either by the hotel or Booking.com. You choose a hotel based on its facilities & location. Also, the room had no bath and after three days walking through ancient Rome there was no way of unwinding without this or a spa. Unfortunately, Valentine's dinner was changed from their restaurant due to a private function and was moved to their bar area. Not at all appealing when you have to eat food from low seated chairs, so this was also cancelled. Our experience at The Baglioni was very disappointing and I have to say this is a soul-less hotel.

    very central and very pleasant staff

    They gave us an upgrade but the room was incredibly small. Could hear everything that was said in the hallway. There appeared to be something wrong with the air conditioner because it was very hot in the room and had to open the window despite 4c

    veryyyy expensive room rates but worth it and also the price of breakfast if your room without breakfast veryyy expensive
