Veldig hyggelig personale Dårlig trykk på vann, mistet vannet i dusjen når man tappet i servanten, fikk ikke skylt ut såpen av håret, vekslet mellom varmt og kalt. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did a wonderful job on the room every day of our stay. Bar in the hotel was a little pricey however, the rest of the stay was fantastic |

no coffee maker,safty book was broken and no body repair it and it was difficult for me to keep coming down ,no enough warming of the rooms and tape water wasnot hot especially during night and no replacement for the used glasses and i dont like the toilets it need tobe redesinning |

The very comfortable, spacey room. The expensive breakfast. We are little eaters and 16 euro for a cup of coffee and a croissant is a lot of money. Breakfast should be included. |

The hotel was in a very popular region, closed to many attractions. The hotel staff were very friendly. The rooms were nicely decorated in Italian classic style. The heating system was not working! We had two "cold" nights in the centre of Rome. |

ホテルの場所も良かったですし、洗面所には白いバラの花が飾ってあったり、ベッドサイドにはお香がたいてあったり、細やかな心遣いも嬉しかったです。 -Good Location. There was a white rose in the bathroom, a incence on the bedside. I was very comfortable. クレジットカードの請求明細書を見たら円建てで、レートは1ユーロほぼ175円(174.932円)。別の店で同じカードを同日利用し、レートは1ユーロ172.125 から172.181円でした。支払の際、このような不利なレートの支払いになるとの警告をして下さればよかったのに。不親切だと思いました。 -The hotel charged me in local currencies.The exchange rate used was 174.932 Yen per one Euro while other rates on the same date was 172.125 -172.181 Yen. The unfavorable exchage rate should have been warned at the time of payment. It was not helpful. |
