It has 2 pools (indoor and outdoor). Comfortable room but quite small. Nice grounds. Plenty of sunbeds and a good balcony. Location was great. Free wi-fi and use of computer. We had an experience of very poor service at breakfast. They charged us 6 euros to borrow 2 towels for the pool area, and didn't make it clear we had to pay. Staff not helpful on the whole.

E' un albergo centrale e comodo sia per lo shopping che per le cure termali. Le camere non sono comode per soggiorni lunghi e la colazione non è niente di eccezionale.

bella struttura,ottima posizione. la struttura e' bella ma un po' lasciata andare ( la cabina doccia ha il soffitto nero di muffa) il centro estetico e' poco professionale (ritardi) e carente per il trattamento effettuato

ホテルからは、ビーチへも街中心へも歩いて近くロケーションが良かった。マッサージをはじめ、療養のプログ- ラムがあるので、時間と余裕があれば１週間くらい滞在して診てもらうのもよいかも。 朝食も充実していた。

Ottima la posizione. Centralissimo. Il personale e' gentilissimo. Ase possibile, fatevi dare una camera al terzo piano, vista castello aragonese e capri. La pulzia delle camere lascia un po' a desiderare, come l'unica piscina termale interna, accessibile solo al pomeriggio se non si fanno fanghi e massaggi a pagamento.la biancheria non viene cambiata giornalmente. La colazione e' normale con l'aggiunta di un po' di pancetta e uova.

La mia singola era molto angusta e il bagno pure,questo non rispecchia le 4stelle.Ho chiesto prima di prendere possesso di visionare 2 o 3 stanze,hanno detto che era pieno.Partendo ho visto delle singole normali,non come il mio tugurio.Ho sopportato per la posizione dell'albergo e per gli altri confort,anche se ho fatto vita da turista e sono stata poco in albergo,perchè ritornare in quella stanza mi rattristava

La posizione molto centrale e la colazione a buffet molto ricca Per essere un 4 stelle la singola con affaccio sulla pineta lasciava molto a desiderare!...tanfo appena sono entrato in camera e la stanza era molto angusta..sembrava la cella di un convento!

部屋はきれいで、テラスもあり、冷房の温度調整もちきんとできて快適。バスローブとスリッパも付いていまし- た。（３０２号） 予約のときに２ベッドにして欲しいと依頼していたのに、ダブルで、それを分けてくれるように電話したら、夕- 方にやるというので安心して夕食後に戻ったらまだやってくれていなくて、また電話したら、スタッフが帰って- しまったと言われ、怒ったら、レセプションの人がきてやってくれたけど、不快でした。シャワーの使い勝手も- 、洗面シンクやビデの水の出も悪かったです。（３０２号）

personale gentilissimo, sia alla reception che in sala colazione. Portiere e "portiera" disponibilissimi a dare indicazioni su cosa vedere e dove mangiare. Camerieri in sala gentili e pazienti, nonostante alcuni clienti davvero scorbutici e puntigliosi all'inverosimile. Camera discretamente spaziosa con terrazzino al piano terra. Colazione varia e "rimpiazzata" appena i vassoi si svuotano. Centralissimo, a poche decine di metri da corso colonna, via dello shopping. Parcheggio gratuito. Consigliatissimo. Unico neo: il parcheggio un pò distante, a 10 minuti di strada a piedi.

Ottima la posizione dell'albergo, ad un passo dal corso principale di Ischia Porto. Gentile e disponibile lo staff. Hotel pulito e curato. Non abbiamo avuto una delle camere migliori: eravamo al piano terra mentre le camere più luminose e spaziose sono sopra (conosciamo da tanti anni l'hotel perchè ci andavano addirittura i nonni) e, sebbene affacciassimo sul gradevole giardino interno, la stanza era piuttosto rumorosa in quanto adiacente la sala della colazione. La piscina esterna è ben curata e piacevole. Quella interna necessiterebbe, forse, di un restyling.
