The pool was nice. We ate lunch at the Resturant, the food and service was excellent. The hotel is close to main shopping street Via Roma and close to the beach. For a Best Western I was very disppointed!!!!!!!!!!! This is not **** I am used to. I asked for coffee @ 6:30 in the morning and told I had to wait until breakfast was served @ 7:30. I believe this hotel offered room service, so if this is the case I should have been able to order coffee. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were flat as a pancake! I would not stay here... |

The manager was extremely helpful and gave us good advice as to where to eat and where to visit. We thought there were thermal pools included in the room rate. There were not. |

L'ubicazione centralissima, a due passi dal corso Vittoria Colonna e dal lungomare. Bella la piscina! In alcuni particolari la camera sembra un po' vecchiotta. A volte non c'e' nessuno alla reception e si deve attirare l'attenzione dello staff del back office perche' venga qualcuno. |

Molto buona la posizione, tranquilla ma vicina a shoping, locali e ristoranti, in 10 minuti a piedi si è al mare. Il personale è molto gentile e attento alle vostre esigenze e sanno consigliarvi per itinerari, una buona cena a base di pesce o altro. Bella la piscina termale esterna, un pò piccola quella interna. tuttavia l'isola offre tanti parchi termali che c'è solo l'imbarazzo nella scelta. |

Das von uns genutzte Zimmer - wenn auch klein - war mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet und bestach durch eine ebensogroße, herrliche stets sonnige Terrasse mit wunderschöner Tischgruppe sowie komfortablen Liegen, Traumausblick über die Insel bis zum Meer! Ebenso schön auch der Swimmingpoolbereich mit mediterraner Bepflanzung. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig gelegen und nicht hellhörig, Frühstücksbüffet gut. Es fehlte eine Entlüftung im Badezimmer, ggf. auch ein Radio auf dem Zimmer. Empfehlen würden wir besonders für die Zeit ab Herbst eine Aufbewahrung für die Stuhl- und Liegenauflagen der Terrasse, die sonst am Morgen durch den Tau sehr nass sind. |
