Value for money. Walking distance to Termini and start of tours.
Depending which room you get. Bed was like a plank. 2 out of 3 stays was ok. One was awful.
The hotel hasn't wi-fi.
Close to station and bus station. Helpful staff. Good café across the road for internet. Good restaurant around the corner for evening meals.
No internet at hotel
Good lacation near the main train and metro station. Room is small but tidy and clean. Staff polite and helpfull
No wifi and secon stay beds were like planks
The staff was very kind!Especially the woman in the morning, she even has checked our flight for us and gave very good instructions to the city!!! The hotel had everything we needed (we've used the room only for a shower and for the night sleep anyway!!!)
The location finally was bad! Me and my wife usually walk a lot! (we've used the tube only two times). After our all-day walk around the historic city we've found the location of our hotel very far away. Especially in the night, the people around the Termini station were drunk and fortunately not aggressive!!! The breakfast was just ok to start the day but the quality wasn't that good. The room had space and all we needed but they could have changed the sheets more often (4 days isn't enough). The price for the room is too much (110+tax) I would say that for 70 euro should be enough but Rome has more too expensive hotel rooms anyway. Was the cheapest room in its category we could find comparing the comments of other tourists and I was "generally" ok with it.
Everything was better than I have expected! New and clean room. Friendly stuff. Good breakfast. Almost good!
Rome is noisy and busy city. Good for a few days for sightseeing, but not for relax;)
The hotel is a stones throw from the termini station and the gop on hop off bus tour. Rooms were very very clean and tidy.
The hotel doesnt have any wifi access although were only there for a couple of days it didnt matter too much. Breakfast is also very limited, but what was acaipable was topped up, fresh and tasty.
Customer service, Said Wi-fi not working, no A/c. Room was hot and stuffy . Had to open the windows to let some air ventilate. Breakfast fair
Very good location, close to the Termini station and easy to spot from the distance. The staff was really friendly and polite. Wide array of products for breakfast and no restrictions for the number of drinks. The rooms look very well, the furniture is new and, all in all, it's visible that the hotel is carefully managed. Congratulations to the staff! This is the first hotel in Rome in which I stay that deserves all its stars.
I can't find anything to criticize, to my surprise.
Very clean, great location near termini. We were able to store bags as we arrived early. Bonus on arriving our room was ready in 1/2 hr. Great breakfasts. Overall nice stay.
posiiton of hotel in regard to transport was excellent. it was clean.
beds were hard and uncomfortable, no wifi, no anti mosquito devices,
Location and that the area was very quit
No WiFi. No curtain in the bathroom with the result that the bathroom was copletely wet after a shower. Lousy breakfast, dirty room and tables
Cheap shops and pizza working whole night just across the street, perfect price/location/service balance.
A bit far from main attractions (30 minutes walk), but the metro station is near (3 minutes).
Friendly staff, nice room, rich breakfast, excellent location.
Location is great, room is not bad, the stuff is quite helpful
No wifi, not comfortable bathroom: tiny, no hooks or holders for towels, no screen in the shower... Mattress is very old, the blanket as well. The safe is very small and we could place there only passports and phone. The breakfast also is very pour: sausage, musli and yogurt...
No wifi, poor breackfast
I like the location very central- nice and clean. The staffs are lovely and polite
It is inconvenience because no wifi.
NOISY AREA OF ROME
Close to transportation to get to all kind of attractions, able to park a car in the streets near the hotel, staff really helpful who care about thier customers, we informed then that we were going to check out very early at 4 am and they offerd us to pack the breakfast to go.
The bathtub didn't have a curtain so if someone is taking a bath all the room will end up wet, in addition to that you will feel a little more chill than normal.
The situation of the hotel is absolutely perfect: 5-minute walk from Termini station and near the city center). The staff is very friendly, polite and client-oriented. The receptionist helped us with information about the city (map, how to get to the sightseeings, transport etc.). Room was clean and well-equipped, looked fresh. The breakfast is also perfect - variety of meal for different tastes)
No internet in the hotel. Wi-Fi is strongly recommended
The actual location of the hotel is great, veery near the tarin termini and bus station
the hotel is on a very noisy street and the air conditioning was switched off as it wasn't the summer. So we either the choice to leave the windows open which meant we couldn't sleep due to the noise or close the windows and then couldn't sleep due to the heat! It was certainly not a quiet hotel. The bathroom was also very cramped and small with hardly any floor space and the way the shower was configured menat that the whole of the shower got very wet whenever you had a shower
Friendly helpful staff, excellent location , close to railway station
Very small room , tiny bathroom , dark interior, need to be renovated.
Great location. Very good breakfast. Clean. Lifts that worked.
No Wifi. Very skinny single beds. Flat hard pillows. Ridiculous showers - shower head was at thigh level, forcing you to shower while kneeling.
