Everything was o.k. It was very, very difficult to find the hotel without map of Mestre. the picture of the hotel is depresing. |

Only half of the staff speaks English, very small bathroom - almost impossible to use the toilet, the coverlet was dirty. In the garden nearby to the tables there was an enormous air conditioning engine that made a horrible noise. Albeit we have been parking only 1,5 days, payment was for 3 days. |

Convenient to bus and train station On a couple of occasions the hotel staff did not help us in turn; other customer arrived after us and were helped before we got help, room did not have adequate supply of towels for number of people in the room however, person at the desk helped get more towels, desk people did not seem to know much about the area |

I have very bad service in the hotel. They cheated me in the price. I needed to stay additional day and the price increase from 70 E to 75 E. There is no parking are and you have to pay additional 5 E per day parking. The parking owner asked me to pay for 3 day nevertheless I have been parking in its place only for 1.5 days. |

The cleanness, the good transportation facilities and the very good breakfast. Near the garden, there was a strong noise, maybe from the air-conditioning system. And the mosquitos, there were too many of them. |

Very close to the train station and bus stations, making it possible to stay outside Vinece while being able to visit it in the day time. Real convenience for people who would like to save in travel without reducing the overall quality. |

The staff, we believe is a family run business. They are very friendly, helpful, informative and most importantly very warm. Maybe they can fix shower curtain in the bathroom. It was little difficult for us to shower without it. |

Good staff, bad: in Pisa you need breakfast, because there is not anywhere to eat a piece of bread at morning and no shop around that area. it must serve breakfast. |

Location was really good. Close proximity to the train station! I think the air condition was not working, and it was rather stuffy in the room. Couldn't get a restful sleep because of the heat... |

Convenience to the bus for Venice is great. I got a two day bus pass and it worked to get me to Venice and for the Vaporettos. Breakfast was good and the hotel staff were helpful. The room was very small, like a closet - so not great value. There were also mosquitoes in the area, so if you stay in Mestre, take some tropical mosquito repellent. (They are not forthcoming with this information) |

The service was personal and warm, especially for people like us, travelling from another country. The elevators were a little boxy. They could have had more info on sightseeing. |
