Very close to the train station and bus stations, making it possible to stay outside Vinece while being able to visit it in the day time. Real convenience for people who would like to save in travel without reducing the overall quality. |

Location was really good. Close proximity to the train station! I think the air condition was not working, and it was rather stuffy in the room. Couldn't get a restful sleep because of the heat... |

Convenience to the bus for Venice is great. I got a two day bus pass and it worked to get me to Venice and for the Vaporettos. Breakfast was good and the hotel staff were helpful. The room was very small, like a closet - so not great value. There were also mosquitoes in the area, so if you stay in Mestre, take some tropical mosquito repellent. (They are not forthcoming with this information) |

The service was personal and warm, especially for people like us, travelling from another country. The elevators were a little boxy. They could have had more info on sightseeing. |

The location is excellent and within walking distance to the train station and bus to Venice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The single roon is tiny, and the price was very high in comparison to hotels with similar facilities. |

We've spent two nights in Refit Hotel as a group of 10 people. The staff was very patient and helpful, the quality of the rooms was better than we've expected, recently refurbished and very well maintained on daily basis. Very handy location as well. It's been a pleasure, and I would definitely recommend it. |

We enjoyed the hotel rooms. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was not very good. Due to the size of our group we used two of the large rooms. The main did not provide clean towels in one of the rooms. |

There was music playing in our room floor starting at 10:30 am!! The hotel staff insisted on cleaning the room between 11 and 12 am. They were quite inappropriate on this matter. We had just made a 17h trip from Brasil the previous night, followed by a flight from lisbon to milan. We were exausted and wanted to rest. The staff didn't respect that! |

The hotel is very well placed if you want to visit Venice, only 10 min trip from the nearest bus station. The hotel staff was polite and the possibility to have acces to one garage was OK . |

Clean, Good contintal breakfast, The electric window in the bathroom was cool and great sized room with a fridge, TV and hair dryer. The shower head was loose and not able to stay upright. |
