Location was excellent. Front reception staff very friendly
Some of the breakfast staff were very rude.
Best balcony in Rome. So happy to have the outside space even though it meant a smaller room. Great place for a glass of wine or to read on lounger. Hotel location also excellent for everything!
Excellent location for exploring Rome. Everything is in walking distance to the hotel. Me and my friends had a great time for my hen weekend away. The staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable and clean.
Really liked the hotel. It could be a bit more modern but I actually liked the traditional feel of the rooms and hotel! Thank you!!
Location! Awesome! Staff was great. Near everything. Take the Batobus boat. We had a river front room open La Seine. Right across from the Lourve. Book this hotel if you want to see the final stage of the Tour de France. Were were there in 2014. It was awesome! A+ Hotel.
Hot in late July/early August. Not air conditioning. The room cooled down with the window open, but the street was loud.
everything about this hotel was great.
Spacious room with terrace on 5th floor. Small hob and fridge in room. Great location.
Perfect location, close to most of the main attractions and shopping streets. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast.
The staff were very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable and as expected. Breakfast was good.It was in a fantastic location and easy to walk or ride to the sights.
The shower in the rooms were a little tricky: sometimes hot then cold. Wi Fi is only in lobby areas.
Location Friendly staff
Old, gloomy, loud water pipes kept us up all night, had to ask to move rooms in the morning, ok but very simple breakfast.
I like the room.
very good hotel with a excellent location, good value for your money.
Very nice hotel in the middle of historic centre of Rome. Only a few minutes from fontanna di Trevi and Pantheon! Probably one of the best hotel I've ever stayed in.
It look like there are some problem with aircondition in the hotel. In my room there were a lot of water dripped from the AC, so they moved me to another one - without any problems.
Great location, extremely helpful staff.
Hotel a little dated. No bar. No parking (car park several miles away).
Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and excellent Location.
-location was central to all the sights -staff were helpful -breakfast excellent - rooms sound proof and no sound from the busy roman streets
Great Location. Walking distance to Trevi Fountain
Location was amazing,great breakfast
Front balcony was great, able to people watch and enjoy the view. Staff helpful at all times
Dining room small
Totally central to everything
A bit tired but great value for money
STaff and service OK
Our room was too pokey although it had a couch in case a third person has to share the room. Difficult!
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was ok , smallish but had a nice the balcony over Via Cosmo , which was noisy, but the double glazing in the French doors was good and that wasn't such a problem unless you were spending all day in the room.
The breakfast staff seemed resentful and ungracious. I wasn't impressed by the breakfast either, the fruit was sometimes sour or hard, there were croissants and a big bowl packets of dry toast but often not much of a cake selection, which we had else where. There were no spare paper towels , it seemed one only per person. There were also other oddities, like the nice lift that only went to the first floor and then we had to trek through the dining room and down a hall to a second , inferior lift, to get to the 5th floor tho I think the hotel was in two sections and people on the other side could use the first lift all the way. Apart from the break fast, there was a meanness about the supplies. We had our room made up twice in the five nights we were there and neither time did they replace the soap or shampoo and there was only one piece of soap to start with so, by the end, we were down to a slither. The toilet holder was placed behind the toilet so if you had a toilet roll in it you couldn't open the toilet seat. Useless. Not only was there a lot of street noise, if you were in the room in the day, but at night, the air conditioner was so noisy you wouldn't want it on for long , and even with it off there was an unspecific noise in the hotel all night, possibly the main air conditioning system which meant I slept with ear plugs in every night , which was less than satisfactory.
The location is perfect for walking to many of Rome's attractions and the staff were very helpful all during our stay. Very good breakfast was included which makes it even better value for money.
We loved Rome and Hotel Regno was in a superb location with everything we needed. Breakfast was great each morning, greeted by friendly staff and good coffee!!
Very small bathroom but not complaining!!
