It is so central to everything. We were able to walk everywhere to do our sightseeing.. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
The staff couldn't do enough for us and the hotel was clean comfortable and the location can't be beat!
I could not fault the hotel and all the staff were very friendly and helpful
Extremely helpful English speaking staff, lovely breakfast, outstanding location in the heart of the city!!! Everything within walking distance.
We did not get the beds we had requested and one was a fold out bed. This made it difficult for four adults.
Nice place, fine terasse on top

The location of this hotel is just perfect everything is within 10 mins walk inc the Vatican, pantheum & collaseum.
Hotel was basic but I suppose that's all you need & it was very clean so well worth the price.
Hotel was in a central location, staff were friendly and helpfull, room spotlessly clean all in all a good hotel for exploring beautiful city of Rome
Over all we liked it
We feel the shower should have a handrail for older guests cause it's very slippery
Can't beat the location. It's a stone's throw to almost all of the tourist spots in Rome. Breakfast could be improved a little. There was lots of bread, of many different kind, which can be a good thing, too. Liked the free wi-fi.
Nothing, except when I informed the night front desk clerk that our room (on the second floor) was too cold and about the thermostat that wasn't quite working, no maintenance personnel actually came and no follow up was made. Overall, still a wonderful stay was had.
The staff at Hotel Regno are thoughtful, kind and always ready to assist. The hotel's location is, of course, the other winner. A short stroll to the Pantheon, Forum and other unique sights of the Eternal City.
Sensational location and very friendly staff. Breakfast is fine and rooms very comfy.
Soundproof rooms is far from accurate. Toilet flushing, showers, road noise was constantly annoying.
Excellent location, no need to take bus. Grate view from the balcony of the 5th floor even room was a little bit small but very confortable. Smily staff everywere!!!!!
No window in the bathroom
The location of the hotel was the best thing about this hotel, although, the bed was comfortable. Free wifi was a bonus and did work well. The breakfast that was included was adequate.
The maze we had to go through to get to our room. Had to change lifts twice and actually walk through the dining room to do so. There was an odour in our room on the fifth floor every now and again. The bedding looked very old and cleaning staff began their routines from around 8 every morning which could be heard from our room. They were very noisy.
This hotel has an incredibily good location, walking distance to most of Rome's major attractions. Great location to spend New Years eve in Rome as we did. Staff are friendly and rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast is basic and lacks variety. We were supposed to be given a double bed and two single beds for the family, instead we got two single beds and a sleeper couch.
Rosa welcomed us as if we had just arrived home. Our room was quite, clean. The breakfast was adequate. All sites were in walking distance, would highly recommened and return...
Odor in restroom. #2. breakfast staff friendly on day two after nice tip on day one, wasn't as friendly on day three when I didn't have money to leave on day two.
We had three rooms, were located in a 'wing' together, and had a great view from the room of the 'action' below. We were very happy with the stay. Really a great location and we walked almost everywhere (Spanish Steps, Colesseum, the Vatican, etc.). The staff was terrific and friendly (both in the breakfast room, but also at the front desk). Also the room cleaning service was very good and we felt everything was very clean and well kept.
Internet in our room was a bit spotty with some devices, but generally worked ok. Breakfast food choices were simple continental breakfast style (not bad, but nothing spectacular).
Staff and Location
Location and staff.
Walking distance to all major sites and shopping. Staff knowledgable and helpful.
Bathroom shower/bathtub small and dangerous with step.
Great central location - we walked to see all the main attractions - nothing more than 30 minutes away. Very quiet room facing the street. Good continental breakfast. Very helpful staff. Wifi worked very well
Location is perfect, walking distance to 6 of the major sights in Rome.
limited wi fi
Was upgraded to a balcony room. Loved the room, was clean and a plus to gaze at people walking along the street down below. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Thank you so very much Hotel Regno for having us with all our needs.
The room could be noisy for some people at night from the street noise but that didn't bother us.
