You can't beat the location of Hotel Regna
Go for a bigger room
Little more choice would have been better and items should be replenished when they run out.
Location. Walking distance to most sights. Staff friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.
Shower a bit small but cleanliness of bathroom excellent.
The rooms were clean and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. My friend and I especially enjoyed the shower, which functioned better than in most hotels, the many mirrors in the room and the awesomely soundproof windows. Also, the breakfast was richer than usually in Italy. We left after two nights there content and happy. I would recommend anyone to stay here for a short or long visit in this wonderful city!
There is nothing to complain about.
Location is excellent. Walk any where. rooms are a good size.
Bed hard and very noisy within the motel. At breakfast time it is so noisy from 7am. You wont sleep past then even if you wanted to.
Very central Location Kind staff that spoke english Good value for money (I got it on a last minute deal)
The bed was harder than the floor The bathroom is tiny... shower you barely fit in and to sit in the toilet you need to open the shower door and have your left leg in the shower...
Location can't be beaten
Thin walls !!
The location is incredibly convenient only few minutes walk to famous spots and malls. The room is way beyond our expectation and the staff here is really nice and helpful. BTW, the waiters in restaurant is super cute Lol!!!
it's a little bit far from the supermarket so if you see one, just get in there and get everything you need together at one time! But it's OK for people who don't really like hanging out in a grocery store on their travels.
The location right in the middle of the city in Via Del Corso meant it was really easy to get to most places. Next to hotel in alley there were many lovely restaurants so perfect. The breakfasts were adequate and the setting very inviting. I had a room on the top floor with its own balcony with table and chairs - which afforded views over the roof tops and alley ways. The staff were very helpful - always prompt service with a smile. It was wonderful having a "Roman Bath" as well. The room was quite small, but ok for single person - not sure how a couple would have managed though. The TV was new and a good size for the room.
There was limited space to put things - so I had to ask for only one bathtowel and one handtowel to be left each day - rather than the multiple ones provided - there was simply no room to put them. There were two lifts or one lift and a couple of sets of stairs as the hotel is across two adjacent but somehow different buildings. this was not a huge problem - just a minor inconvenience sometimes.
The staff at the desk was outstanding. Friendly, helpful! The location was good and central to a lot of sites. Nice balcony
The room was dark. Bed was very uncomfortable. Just a very basic room with lots of shelves with nothing on them. And a couch that had seen better days.
Location - all roads lead back to Hotel Regno. within very easy walking distance of Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Colluseum. Took a taxi to Vatican city (12 euros) but easy to walk back, about 40 min stroll. Central for restaurants and shopping. Restaurant right next door to the hotel is very good - excellent food & very quick service by lovely staff. Although the hotel is on the main road, the soundproofing was excellent - and we were right on the front! Would definitely stay there again.
The rain, but that wasn't anything to do with the hotel! The shower was quite powerful but the shower screen wasn't quite up to the job so it was easy to flood the bathroom floor.
The friendly and very helpful staff, the cleanliness, and above all the location!
Nothing to mention
The staff were great, very helpful with directions, restaurant suggestions etc. The room was clean. Good location, close to all the attractions and shopping.
The decor is very tired in the rooms, old bed covers. The rates are quite expensive for what the hotel offers. The breakfast was the worst we experienced after four weeks travelling around Italy. An extra charge for a boiled egg, really?? Breakfast at Hotel Piram so much better.
Location and Location and Location
With the cost of the room being as high as it is , i would think that they can upgrade their breakfast.
Location breakfast cleanliness
I really appreciated the professionalism and help that the staff gave us upon our arrival. The hotel is in an excellent position to explore Rome on foot. It is comfortable and clean. The rooms are small but very functionable.
Have previously stayed in the Regno and enjoy its excellent central location. Within easy walking of the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps etc.
A little bit short of space, particularly in the breakfast area at peak times. But what the hotel lacks in space it makes up for in its central position.
Friendly, helpful staff, the central location, charming accommodation and great breakfast. Can't wait to come back!
Very comfortable room with lovely roof terrace. Very convenient - just 5 minutes from Piazza Navona and Trevi fountain.
No food/drinks other than breakfast available.
I love this hotel - 2nd time I've stayed here. Location is great and staff are more than helpful - nothing is too much trouble.
The location of the hotel was excellent.
There was no bar in the evening. The breakfast was adequate. The room was very small and we could hear a lot of noise from the next room through the air conditioning vents.
Hotel was situated perfectly for all sight seeing, everything within walking distance. Staff friendly, hotel very clean and the breakfast was good. Had a lovely stay and would definately return to this hotel and recommend to friends and family.
It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room, there is a mini bar in the room which stocked cold drinks, but I do like a coffee. This has nothing to do with the hotel but please note: If you are travelling on the train after purchasing your ticket from the self service machine you must "VALIDATE THE TICKET" before travelling. We were not informed of this and was fined during the train journey travelling to the airport (Fine: €50 each) spoilt what was a lovely stay in Rome, train conductor was a rude, aggresive man, and walked down the train getting €50 of each traveller.
Staff were incredible, very friendly and helpful, specially Gabrielle and Luigi. Great location. Confortable rooms.
Breakfast room very small, and splitted in many rooms some of them far from the bufet. Poor breakfast for the price paid
