The 4-star Hotel Principe Torlonia is in a historic villa surrounded by a peaceful park.
Score from 283 reviews Very good
Only 200 yards from Repubblica Metro Station, Suitedreams features striking interior design and modern accommodations in the heart of the historic center of Rome. Ice, mineral water and Wi-Fi are...

Rome Times Hotel is set on the elegant Via Nazionale, a 10-minute walk from Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and the Colosseum.
Score from 1356 reviews Excellent
friendly staff, relatively short walk to the Metro station, nearby restaurant called Pepe Verde is very good. Loved the private terraces!
Location was a bit tough to find by car/GPS. Parking is very difficult to find, and is expensive when available. wifi wouldn't quite reach our 3rd floor room.
The staff are excellent, really helpful. Room was lovely as was the breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel.
The aircon in room doesn't work. Have read reviews about this before. Also don't let the main picture fool you, this hotel is surrounded by other buildings!
Superb cordial and attentive Staff support; clean comfortable room; evening common room cocktail hour! The Staff was very attentive to questions, tourist planning and customer needs. A nice quiet breakfast before heading out for a bustling day of sightseeing in Rome, and always a pleasant welcome return in the eveing. Close to metro gets you everywhere without the close-in city prices and the neighborhood is clean, safe and offers more than a few local food choices.
Atmosphere, friendly staff, authenticity, interior design and more
Same food for breakfast, short of stuff, one person is not enough to serve several guests at the same time - big struggle. This is the only element to improve though :-)
Hotel is clean, service is good
staff sometimes seems to be a bit in a hurry. Could be more corteous.
Breakfast was good and the coffee A+
Very nasty day manager, who argued about the city tax, it was on my receipt and his own booking, still wanted to charge me, very nasty man. rooms were small, far from everything
friendly staff, the overall decoration, cat in the garden
the variety of the breakfast especially after five times in a row
Lovely rooms, good breakfast selection, friendly helpful staff, good links via the metro. All in all a great hotel is recommend and stay in again.
Not much in the immediate area.
quality of the bedding; size of the rooms
nothing really but bathrooms could do with a renovation
Forget renting a car. 15-20 minute walk to Metro. Quick trip on Metro to the Coliseum Metro Station, Rome's center. Staff, first rate. Room, very clean, well appointed. Breakfast, European, good service, sufficient in quality and quantity.
Lovely clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The evening bartender also provides tasty snacks for a light supper, great when you get in late and have an appetite.
The breakfast is freshly prepared and there is a good choice of continental breakfast but more hot food would have been nice.
Me and my wife stayed hosted on Relais 6 at the Reveillon. During our stay the staff helped us with restaurants reservations, places to buy wines or gifts, best way to the turistic places. If you will don't have time for the breakfast because the riding is to early, request the breakfast box on the staff. This box is to big and I guarantee, you will not have starving. This hotel is fantastic and we were very happy to the choice. Thank Relais staff!!!
Very nice and helpful staff!
Elegant hotel with nice rooms
Far from central Rome, though close to the subway station.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They provided good recommendations of restaurant near the hotel. The hotel environment is comfortable and cosy.
Breakfasts were pretty much the same everyday. No kettle in the room.
The areas available in the hotel for reading and living rooms are very nice and the hotel climate is really enjoinable,
This hotel deserved a better bed in the rooms as well as beter pillows and overall softpacks in the room requires some upgrade.
Good value for money
The gym is ridicolous, you cant call that a gym, and its on the rooftop... Please do something!!
1. good breakfast 2. comfortable room + bathroom 3. expert staff
1. the entrance to the hotel has 7/8 stair range, very uncomfortable. 2. the TV in the room is the smallest I've ever seen 3. the lift is a joke
The staff were always professional, friendly and helpful. They made us very welcome and gave us whatever information they could.
Busy metro to Rome, but it's easy to figure out and was expected to be as such. The price reflected it's location so definitely don't avoid. An upside to the location is that the food nearby the hotel is very authentic and not touristy.
Location - far enough away from the centre to get away from all the traffic and noise but only 30 mins walk to the centre and within 5 walk to the metro. Staff - were friendly and helpful.
Personnel, breakfast, area, everything was perfect. One of the best hotels I have stayed in Italy. I would definitely recommend the Relais 6.
- The amiability of the guests - It was very clean - Accessible to public transportation - WIFI
I don't have anything bad to say.
Fantastic hotel.. Friendly staff great location.. Breakfast superb. Will definitely be back and will recommend this hotel to friends.
Good value for the quality and friendly staff.
We were given a room upgrade. The breakfasts were great and hotel staff amazing. We were walking distance to the subway and it was easy to navigate and we are in our 60's. There were fabulous restaurants within walking distance, great food and great prices.
