The location was amazing - right in the heart of everything. The staff was extremely accomodating and the room and bathroom a large size - everything was new which was nice! I would highligh recommend this hotel to travels to Rome - the price was great as well which was a plus!
Entrance and staircase.
Location and room.
Breakfast and the entrance
There was an issue with the aircon in the initial room we were assigned, the staff were very helpful in moving us to another room but it is quite a severe problem with a significant noise every minute or so throughout the night which could make sleeping difficult for some. Apparently a known issue that is being resolved. Room 7 I believe.
The location is amazing Friendly staff very clean
Little bit expensive for B&B Breakfast was very poor
Location, size of room, air con
The lift, the shower head
Friendly staff Perfect location
Breakfast is simple, but this is OK for a short stay. Showers worked fine, but almost falling apart.
Air conditioning great. New and modern remodel. Good location
Wi fi didn't work Tiny elevator for I person and suitcase that doesn't always work. There are 13 marble stairs just to get up to the elevator and 13 stairs to go down to the reception once you land at fourth floor.
Very near to almost every where in Rome. A place in the heart of the city... We felt at home...
WiFi didn't work in our room, let reception know twice but there didn't seem to be anything they could do. It worked perfectly in reception so you could go there if needing to check emails, check in for flights etc
Great location, clean rooms? Friendly staff
Outside noise made sleeping difficult
Charm/ Close to Varona center/ helpful staff/ clean, modern room.
Building difficult to find. Only sign is a mailbox/entry to main door. One flight of stairs to get to the small elevator to the 4th floor. The hotel (really a B&B) is in between the 4th and third floor meaning another half flight of stairs.
Vibrant culture. Central location
Poor entrance hall didn't do justice to the rooms
The location was fantastic. Staff were very helpful recommending great restaurants and places to visit. It was a very nice hotel. Only minor complaint was there was no internet in our room, however, we could get it in the reception area.
There were lots of great restaurants nearby. The hotel was centrally located and about a 10 minute walk to just about everywhere!
The shower was smaller than most of the other hotels we stayed in. You could also hear a noise in the walls anytime someone turned on the water in their rooms.
The hotel is in a wonderful location, though it was a little hard to find at first Once we found it, it was a perfect location. Darlene and Kara where so helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. Nothing fancy King bed was awesome and very comfortable. If you walk down the street you are at the Piazzi Novana very cool. Easy walk to everything to see. We stayed end of May 2014
The only problem we had was the car service. The hotel should have guest name on the paper not the hotels name as there is a Hotel Bramante and some other traveler thought Relais Bramante was there car service so we had to figure out how to get to our hotel. But it all worked out.
Brand new, well appointed and spacious rooms with contemporary stylish feel in 600 year old building. Helpful staff. Location is a block of Piazza Navonna, lots of people and activity on the street yet very quiet in room.
Note that desk is unattended at night. There is an elevator but requires walking half flight of stairs. Renovation to lower part of building will improve access.
Wi fi with problems. Too much stairs to carry the luggage.
The staff was so helpful and friendly. Seriously so important when you are a tourist. The location was perfect for walking to so many of the sights we wanted to see and just a quick taxi ride when my feet were worn out. The night atmosphere in this area was surprisingly quaint and romantic. Wish I could remember the fantastic restaurant when you go right out of the building, then left on the first street you come to and half way down that block on the right. Amazing pasta! The room was super clean and new, had all the needed amenities and our particular room was quite roomy ( I think it was room 5? ). I would stay there in a heartbeat if I go back to Rome! The mom, daughter and son that work the front desk, and the owner really made us feel welcome
Only the entry to the building threw me off at first because the trash cans were right as you entered, it was dark and smelled. But.... Do not let that deter you. The space you are headed to upstairs makes it worthwhile. Also, I stayed in 4 other places while in Italy and the entry is kind of standard if you are staying in the old town centers of Italian cities. These buildings are old and just think of it as part of the Italian charm :)
The location is truly excellent! Nice clean rooms. Since the hotel do not have a restaurant/bar we liked the concept of being served the typical Italian breakfast at the corner café.
Great location and staff were very accommodating and friendly! They went through the map of Rome with us and made recommendations as well as offered to help with any bookings. Bedroom was clean and modern. The bed was HUGE and extremely comfortable. The windows kept out the light and street noise. Aircon worked well. Shower was lovely (although hot water went when my boyfriend went to use it after me on first day. This didnt happen again but I made sure I was quicker when I used it before him!). We had some free drinks in our fridge plus chocolates. Room service was every day and left to a high standard. The reception also confirmed and amended our shuttle service back to the airport for us.
One thing which was odd, is that if they didn't know you were in your room they might came in for various reasons. Firstly to borrow my phone charger (to which it was returned with an apology for not asking- I think it was some kind of emergency) and secondly to plug the wireless booster in to our plug (for the next room) when we were having an afternoon nap. Room service also came in early on our last day whilst we were trying to pack but upon hearing us went away. I do however think these incidents were quite innocent and due to them being very laid back and friendly. Wifi wasnt amazing and there were no uk channels on our TV. We also needed to buy milk as we only had two small sachets on first day.
The location is excellent and within walking distance of all the must see sights. We enjoyed our breakfast at the coffee bar next door, which is mainly frequented by locals. The room was clean, spacious and stylish and the staff very friendly. Would definitely go back if I ever return to Rome.
May not be best suited for those with mobility problems. The b&b is located on the 4th floor, there is a lift but you have to walk up some stairs to get to it.
The hotel is in a perfect location, next to arguably the nicest of Rome's squares, Piazza Navona. It's new and pristinely clean, has all modern amenities and the staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Bathroom is of a generous size, although the room we stayed at was on the smaller side.
