Located at the outskirts of the otherwise quite busy and crowded streets of Trastevere. Calm and peaceful accommodation.
Staff only a few hours per day, which was quite inconvenient when the AC stopped working after their hours.
High quality accommodation in good location.
shame not to have outside space, poor wifi.
clean, excellent location, very quiet, new facilities.
breakfast is not available in the hotel, you have to go to one of two cafe's down the road.
The location is wonderful and even though in a busy area, the rooms are very quiet.
Very nice staff, ver welcoming and helpful Nicely renovated functional rooms with good beds and nice beddings
Our a/c was broken, waterdrops we're dropping down the whole night and flooded the floors. We had room number one, which is the only one out on the street, so we couldn't open the windows because trastevere is pretty loud at night.
Space, location ,staff, design
Wifi very poor time restrictions for check in and check out . I was updated from the hotel but only after I make the reservation in BOOKINGcom, without an option to cancel. So booking must make this clear before the reservation done!
I loved the location to the upbeat part of the town. It was a great location close to the market. There were many restaurants nearby and many attractions were in walking distance.
Good location for exploring Rome near many restaurants/bars but still quiet, with cool rooms.
Breakfast vouchers for nearby cafes were acceptable but would be even better if they could be used in the cafe opposite the hotel.
A small quiet place to stay in a very busy city. Spacious and clean room with a friendly and helpful staff. Would easily stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.
We got two restaurants to choose our complimentary breakfast from. Our only option for food was a croissant which I'm sure is fine for a lot of people but it would be nice with an option for those of us that don't like sugary croissants for breakfast.
Convenient for Trastavere. Quiet, given the lively location. Peaceful and pleasant. Staff very helpful and obliging. Coffee machine.
Expensive for what it is. Difficult to find. Limited check-in times.
Very noisy with restaurant below especially with their refrigeration unit running loud all night.
Location , bed , quiet .
Staff is gone by 4:30pm - thus no answers to any questions ( TV and coffee maker didn't work , WiFi didn't connect ) .
Perfect spot in Trastevere, staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Will definitely stay again.
Great location on a well traveled intersection, easy to access all sights by foot or public transportation.Superb soundproofing, super clean room and comfortable mattress. Added bonus was the cappuccino machine - great way to start your day in Rome. Breakfast is at your choice of two local cafes which is typical coffee, croissant and juice. Some good local restaurants near by.
We loved this hotel and will return next trip, but the internet access is spotty and would be easy to improve.
The location is great, the room was really nice too, a lot of light and clean.
The staff isn't very experienced. Each time we had a question the lady had to call her manager.
Excellent location in Trastevere-many places to eat closeby and only a short walk to the Vatican and other places of interest . Over the bridge is Camp De Fiori and Piazza Navone. Our room was very spacious with a coffee machine also. We were given a voucher for breakfast in the morning which was at a cafe nearby and more than ample. Wish we could have stayed longer and would certainly recommend this little gem to anyone coming to Rome.
Great location to explore all the main attractions. Very nice room and helpful staff
They were very responsive to emails while we were traveling. Location in Trastevere is the best.
The location was good staff very helpful and the coffee in the room is great. I would go again any time.
Breakfast you had to go to a little corner shop for coffee and a croissant which is a few hundred meters from the apartment. However it's not necessary a negative thing, it's something different and you get to mix with the locals which can be very amusing.
Loved the location, room was excellent, loved the coffee machine too! Super clean place and really comfortable.
Hated having to pick our bags up at 4.30pm with a 10pm flight. Should not charge to keep bags after 4.30pm.
Great location. Good soundproofing, as our bedroom faced onto a busy street but we heard nothing. Helpful staff.
Amazing story of the place. Exterior as in the times of Fornarina - the Rafaello lover. Environment as well. Interior modern and comfortable. One of the Travestere best restaurants in the house.
Not necessarily negative, but breakfast at the cafe nearby. In the room, however a good coffee machine with selection of coffee and teas. Once you knew that in advance it becomes a positive.
The location was fantastic for us, Central with lots of Bars and Restaurants close by. It was quiet, spacious and relatively comfortable, but lacked atmosphere and friendliness. Enjoyed going to the cafe's for breakfast.
Cold! We visited in November when it was quite cold, the heating had been turned off when we arrived, and the room was very cold. It did heat up slowly but was never very warm, and took a long while to reach a comfortable temperature. The Bathroom was always cold and the hot water was never really hot at its maximum setting. The main heating only came on for a short period and we had to use the air-con unit to boost the temp. Not one single English speaking Channel on the TV out of 800!
Lovely little hotel in a fun location. Comfortable room with all the conveniences we needed, including a proper coffee machine. Breakfast was available in a choice of 2 local bars which we thought this added to the "genuine" Roman experience. Delightful all round and would definitely stay there again.
It is well-situated in the lovely Trastevere. Easy to reach, modern, comfortable. Liked the coffee machine in our room.
