I thought the reception desk was excellent. Jane couldnt have done more to make our stay more pleasant. The room was very clean and a good size. No tea or coffee machine but you could go to the bar and get a coffee there.The breakfast was ok but could have had more variety. The view from the hotel is magnificent and worth every penny.

It was very difficult to find the hotel as we didnt have a sat nav. Also it would have cost 40 euros for a taxi from Verona station to the hotel. A mini bus at the hotel would have been great as we were attending a wedding within 3 minutes of the hotel. It was ok going downhill but wouldnt have liked to walk up at night and if you phoned for a taxi it would have had to come from Verona which would have cost you 40 euros for a 3 minute journey.
