Loved the location and the room . Close to the station and the sights . We had only one night there on our way to the Cinque Terre and it was an ideal pit stop . Could have stayed longer as Pisa is so much more than just a tower !

Close to train/bus, plenty restaurants, helpful friendly staff,old world charm,rooms nice and big, price good and center of everything.Clean

As it is on a shopping street a little noisy (not too much though)

CentroStorico B&B is a charming historic building with romantic and antique style furnished rooms of middle size and remarkable hight. I spent five nights there with my 8 year old daughter and found it ideally located to explore the historic centre of Pisa on our own. Located in the High street between Central Station and Ponte di Mezzo it can be a little bit noisy sometimes, but it was okay. Our room to a little street on the back site was very clean and cosy with ensuite shower and wc. Staff was helpfull and friendly. Breakfast with freshly made coffee and pastries, yoghurt, fruits, rolls, jam, cheese and ham was not too rich, but much more better than every continental breakfast in a normal London hotel. 49 Euro per night for a double room including breakfast (booking.com) was a very reasonable price. If I ever came back to Pisa I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely building in a very central location. Very comfortable room which was a good size, and well appointed with antique furniture.

No tea/coffee making facilities, and one day we had no hot water, although this was quickly rectified. The hotel is on a busy street, which was quite noisy.

Excellent central location in Pisa

Very noisy at night. Noise in the street echos upwards into the room we had. Hotel is old and needs to be refurbished. The guy on the desk chain smokes and the air in the hotel entrance and up the stairs is blue - it chokes you it's so bad. You have to park a long distance away because the hotel is on a pedestrian way and carrying luggage etc. to the hotel is hard work. The breakfast is mediocre at best and if you are not there early all the cooked food is gone and they don't replenish it. The breakfast area is also too small for the number of people staying there.

Convenient to railway station and old city, our (double with ensuite) room was spacious and comfortable. There were no kitchen facilities in the room, but supplied breakfast was of high standard and more than ample.

It's a nice, clean place, friendly staff, perfect location right in the middle of Pisa. Will go again Thank you mr. Marco :)

The only down point is that the checkout is at 11am it would be sooooo much better if it was at 12

Marco was very annoyed at us for arriving at 8.00pm there is no lift in the premises, the fuse in the room blew when we turned on the air con, this building was not easy to find

Location on main shopping street and historical attractions

The rooms were absolutely fine, one with bathroom down the corridor was slightly inconvenient, but no one else staying on the same floor so it was only used by us. The central location was great, the breakfast was very good and staff friendly and helpful. Bit noisy at night, but then great for people watching from our window! That's city life. Much better than some anonymous hotel on the outskirts.

Not every room with an ensuite bathroom may not always be convenient. Not for the aged, too many stairs but part of the character.

The staff can speak English and was very helpful.

Air-conditioning is a bit noisy.

Staff very friendly and helpful.No through traffic outside as pedestrian only Could leave cases/bags in lobby after checked out, so could explore Pisa case free.Excellent location,near train station and bus.Seated area provided with computer screen and keyboard with easy to use free wi-fi.

Not very clean,I got bitten in bed while my Daughter slept on top of bed and slept bite free !!! Cakes at breakfast were fab. Table cloths needed changing

Luckily, the authenticity of the 18th century building was not diminished during the renovation when all the necessary room facilities were installed. Air-conditioner and small refrigerator (mini-bar) were extremely useful during rather hot days at the end of August. I liked atmosphere of the old-house and family business very much.

the location is very central. Easy to get to the station. The building had a rustic feel and the room was beautiful with a spectacular cieling.Had a fabulous stay.

It was very convenient to the train station, shopping, restaurants and a charming hotel. It was very old fashioned, and had a lot of charm.

Nothing-We really liked it just the way it was!

Convenient to shopping in Pisa.

The b & b was ok but Pisa is a crummy place to stay. You'd be better off staying in a small outlying town and maybe take a half-day excursion into Pisa to see the Tower. It is just a hot, dirty Italian town.

- Location: close to train station, shopping street etc., not too close to the tourist trap of the tower, but still near enough for walking.. - Old style rooms.. You feel the old and real Italy in these rooms!

The location was good, a few minutes walking from bus and train stations and not far from the historical centre. The breakfast was adequate, the owners were friendly and helpful. Would recommend for a short stay.

Because it`s a old building it is a little dingy inside, room quite dark. Airconditioning very noisey and if you open the windows there is quite a lot of noise too due to it being on the main shopping street.

The location was excellent - close to both station and the Duomo and Tower. The room was fine - it had a historic feel and charm - and the breakfast was good.

I didn,t like the bed - rickety and uncomfortable - ok for one night but wouldn,t have liked to stay for another night .

It is not a hotel, it is a b&b and a good one. It felt like we stayed in someone's home. The accommodation was loft style. The ground level was the living area with a sofa, desk, tv and chair. The stairs led to a upper level where there was a queen size bed. The staff was helpful to accommodate our needs. We told them we would be leaving very early in the morning and they had few things packed and left it at the door for us to take it with us. The price is great compared to hotels in the area. We'll definitely stay here again if we ever visit Pisa again.

Perfect location for train station and major tourist attractions. (10 minutes walk from each), handy for the airport. Continental breakfast was varied and as much as you wanted, pineapple cake was delicious. We were given an apartment for the same agreed price as one room, very spacious and comfortable. Free internet access (on their PC). Free to come and go as you please. Right in the middle of pedestrianised shopping street.

Quite noisy at night from passers- by, but not intolerable. Could have done with a lift.
