    Location Standard Cleanliness

The Cosmo Bar in the street below can be noisy until late at night There is no elevator so you have to climb 4 flights of stairs to get into the apt

Good location, nice balcony and a generous sized apartment.

The equipment provided for self catering was poor. The shower was tiny (neither myself or my husband are big people), one of the glass doors had been replaced by a shower curtain, it drained really slowly and there was a strong drain smell after we'd used it. Also, the apartment is up 4 flights of stairs. Not a great prospect after a days sightseeing or with suitcases/bags of groceries.

We were told that this apartment was soundproofed. Clearly apartment 4 and 6 are not. Perhaps the internal apartment are....Whilst the apartment looks good on the website it is extremely noisy, 24 hours a day. Street noise is endless. We had to ask for a kettle and clothes airer, both which should have been supplied. If you want the hustle and bustle of Rome you will like this apartment. Staff responsive to requests to supply the apartment.

Shower leaked. Very noisy. No kettle, no clothes airer or dryer even though there is a washing and internet reception not good.

Clean and comfortable apartment with washing machine. Good price for the size. Nice extras like shower gel dispenser, bottle of water, Roma maps. Great variety of restaurants, bars, grocery store, and ATMs within 2 block area.

Apartment is not located near either metro line so you rely on bus or taxi for transportation (bus #40 or 64--both extremely busy routes). The apartment is on the 4th floor--no passcode given for the building's elevator so all luggage must be carried up/down the winding marble staircase. The Wifi signal is VERY weak--not worth the effort of connecting. The apartment is in a noisy area...barking dogs, music/people from bar, stairwell traffic. The two bathroom doors have older style key locks--if either door is shut too hard, the door lock catches and you are locked out. There are no clocks in entire apartment.

Nice big and clean appartment, well located in walking distance to all sights, food store on the other side of the street.

Very noisy from the street, Pub in front of the door, kitchen is not well equipped, no sofa, there is an elevator which you cannot use.

We have stayed several times before because the location is so convenient and close to our daughter and family and the flats are perfect for our needs. The management has always been extremely helpful in the past - but not this time.

Unfortunately rather a lot this time. We were unaware that the management had changed and that the check in was near to Termini right across town rather than close to Piazza Navona and the flat. No indication or directions given and Termini is not a nice part of town to be in at night. We insisted they bought the keys to us as they had done before. The flat is now very basically equipped in the kitchen - no kettle, cafetiere, t towels, oven gloves, coffee cups, small plates, wooden spoons plus 3 large plates that did not fit in the draining rack. No instructions for tv (only Italian programmes) or washing machine and no use of the recently installed lift. The inventory was for wrong flat. Soap dispenser in bathroom drips onto floor which was sticky anyway and used shower cap found on top of bathroom cabinet. Did not like the nylon bed cover which looked like a sleeping bag opened up. The e30 cleaning charge is outrageous and totally overpriced for such a small flat and should be included in the overall price. We were told we would have to pay extra cleaning if the kitchen was left dirty (what is the cleaning charge for then?) and if there were things missing from the inventory or if we had a late check in - all rules and regulations that were not there last time we stayed. The plastic plant, bowl of sweets, 3 shower caps and 'intimate' sachets are irrelevant. The receptionist tried very hard to get us another set of keys, replace a broken hairdryer and give us intructions for the washing machine but it was difficult for him to leave his post - the manager seemed to be nowhere in sight. We emailed 3 days before our arrival re an extra set of keys and to meet us at the appartment but never received a reply. It is sad that the management is so badly lacking - they really need to do something about it particularly the check in.

the location was perfect we walked to all the places we wanted to see in rome. lots of room in the apartment and it had 2 bathrooms.

it was not very clean and quite run down did not look like the picture. also it would be better to have stayed in a hotel where there is a reception to help with maps, cabs, train tickets and other things.

Spacious apartment. Well appointed with good quality (not luxury) furnishings and fittings. Quiet location yet minutes walk to central city Piazzas. Very friendly staff - we had a problem with a snapped key and they came out to sort out very quickly.

The stairs to the apartment -work was being carried out- I slipped and twisted my ankle on a marblestep. This should notbe a problem in future however as work on installing anew lift was almost completed as we finishex our stay.

Very spacy, clean, very good quality for the money.

Hard to find because of no entrance sign and even the boutique owner and a restaurant owner in the same street didnt know about the appartments here.

Very clean, spacious. Very comfortable bed, and great amenities and walking distance to some great areas, including piazza navona, trastevere.

It was a little noisy due to traffic and early in the morning due to workmen in the building installing a lift.
