Didn't feel safe at night. Not recommend for women only. Apartment ok
A two night stay in the city, close to the rail station to prepare us for our journey south. This small but exceptionally clean room was centrally located and good value. The bathroom was very small but modern and functional. Overall I was very impressed with this hotel for the price and would stay again under the same circumstances.
Nothing much to complain about. Our air conditioning wasn't very effective resulting in the street noise being a little loud (but only with the windows open.)
This place is very close to Termini station
Well..I didn't like mostly everything.I would recommend this place just if you have less than 8 hours break between trains and you need to sleep somewhere. If you are a tourist and you came to have a beautiful time in Rome, this place will destroy your vacation
This is not an hotel, is rather a very expensive guest house. Facilities are bad no breakfast/food, no housekeeping but on the place they will ask you to pay a cleaning fee which is imagine for the cleaning after you checkout not for the days you're there (!) so forget this place!! Working in hospitality industry I'm really sad to be places like this bookable at booking.com..
We stayed in apartment No 14 and it was clean, spacious and comfortable, though the kitchen area was quite small. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive.
The modern double-glazed windows were very good for keeping out the traffic noise, but the bathroom lacked ventilation unless we kept the window open. We had already booked at what we thought was a good price, but then we noticed that there's an additional €20 cleaning fee. This is quite a hit if you only stay a night or two, but obviously less of a problem for a longer stay.
The staff The apartment The building The location The charm good beds and air conditioning
Stairs with no lift for handicapped.
- old dirty place - Lift is not available for all rooms, this caused us a problem as we had one person on a wheel chair - the 4 people apartment is very very small -entrance, and stairs are terrible - there is a bad cooking smell from Neighbors restaurants almost 24 hours a day
The location is excellent, especially if you arrive in Rome by train. It is within walking distance of all the major attractions. The building and rooms are of a very high standard, are clean and comfortable.
There is only a very small name plate on the gate outside the hotel. We missed this several times when we were trying to find it. They need a bigger sign. That is my only negative comment.
Very good location
check in time is a little bit late at 3:00pm
Location Room was quite large with kitchen facilities Staff were very helpful and noticed I had mobility issue and immediately organised a room on ground floor for us . This was not requested by me .
Noisy neighbours . Need sound proofing between units . The shower drain was full of black hair not ours .
Good Location! Kind Staff! Beautiful and comfortable room! I do like it!

Loved the proximity to the Termini. Plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities nearby. Easy walking access to many tourist attractions. Secure accomodation through locked entry. Would stay there again as so convenient for our needs.
Found the mattress uncomfortable, probably due for an upgrade or mattress topper otherwise no problems during our stay.
Helpfulness & friendliness of staff.
No clean-up or change of towels for whole stay. had to ask for toilet rolls.
Although very close to the noise and bustle of the train and bus station, the apartment was very peaceful. We did not use the kitchen facilities but they were comprehensive. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Receptionst very friendly. The double bed was confortable. Place was clean. Very close to the station which was good as we needed it only for one night before continuing our trip.
Reception was closed from 10pm onwards so we could not do check in later than that. The sofa bed was not so good and took most of the shared space. I think it was a bit pricy but then Roma is very pricy.
We have good experience here. The reception is very patient and interesting. And the room is cosy and comfortable. I'm very satsfied!!!!
Close to station. Friendly staff. Some cheap eats nearby.
Construction on the building was taking place during our time there. This made it noisy at times.
It was difficult to find at first, but the location is very good, it is located right next to the Termini station. The staff was nice and kind. It's not fancy, but has its own atmosphere. Good cleanliness and comfort.
Wi-Fi was poor.
This hotel had all I needed for my 1 night stay in Rome. The room was very clean and had plenty of space for a couple. The location was fantastic, less than a 5-minute walk to Termini station
Our room had no furniture ie table & sofa as advertised. Bed was inaccessible on one side. Smoking table right outside our room & very noisy neighbour's above us.
very close from the train station
Very basic, clean close to railway station
Nice value for money, spacious apt., helpful staff, nice size refrigerator.
Some mildew at bottom of shower pan, leaking shower between glass and bottom of shower pan, a mildew smell in the bathroom. View outside of apt was not good. Location was iffy.
