Very close to termini station very clean recently renovated tastefully decorated quality furniture
The room was probably adjacent to a night club and we could hear the music the whole night
Extra 20 euro for clean-up service charge, which is not mention by the booking.com main system
No room service but great location and good value. Sololy a place to crash at the end of a long day.
Pictures didn't really look like the room.
Clean & comfort
Convenience to train station, nice courtyard if not for construction
The room had black mold in many spots on the walls, they were rebuilding room next door and work started at 8AM sounded like they were in our room, no furniture but bed & 2 folding chairs, no table to eat at or couch for comfort. No ice available in room or office, frig just for keeping stuff cool, no English TV channels not even CNN or BBC. For a studio it really stunk and not worth cost. Any reputable "Resort" would have given a credit for our inconvenience and room condition. Do not recommend this "resort" till all work is finished.
Location Is very conveniant. Very near to termini StatioN. I Would Choose This Place Again.
Very nice Appartment but There Was Mold In The Kitchen. Towels Only Changed Upon Request.
We booked a small room the first night that was a little cramped. The next 2 nights we had booked an apartment. The apartment was very comfortable. This location is very close to the train station making it easy to travel with luggage or pack. Friendly staff and helpful
We only had a night to stay in Rome, so the location was great, so near the train station. The bathroom was so clean! Nice design too (my wife loved the shower).
The "seedy" feel of the neighborhood. Like you have to be very careful walking down the street in the late afternoon or at night.
The hotel's location is very good.
The gate of the building was opened all the time, because it had a problem. It's not safe!
1. The receptionist is very professional. 2. The breakfast is good for value. Good food and coffee, comfortable environment.
Proximity to Termini and therefore easy access to public transport.
Although Termini as an area is not one of the greatest of Rome as a location for any traveller it is an excellent option. The appartment we rented was next to the reception area. Only problem (not for me personally) was the fact that you could hear everything that was going on at the reception area and some dumb problem that we indicated to the reception and I hope that they work something out because otherwise everything was great.
Just around the corner from the train station. Very secure. Excellent staff. Comfortable and well appointed.
nice place, very close to termini. the room has almost everything we need, like fan and nice hairdryer. it was pretty appropriate for travelers, also not that expensive.
little bit hard to find at first time. room was smaller than I expected. staff stayed at lobby for just short time.
Good location, which is 5 min walk from the railway station
No housekeeping service even though stay for 3 nights. The classic room is very small without window, which is very different from the pictures shown on the website. I think this is quite misleading. There was leakage in the bathroom which made the room very humid.
Close to termini
Didn't feel safe at night. Not recommend for women only. Apartment ok
A two night stay in the city, close to the rail station to prepare us for our journey south. This small but exceptionally clean room was centrally located and good value. The bathroom was very small but modern and functional. Overall I was very impressed with this hotel for the price and would stay again under the same circumstances.
Nothing much to complain about. Our air conditioning wasn't very effective resulting in the street noise being a little loud (but only with the windows open.)
This place is very close to Termini station
Well..I didn't like mostly everything.I would recommend this place just if you have less than 8 hours break between trains and you need to sleep somewhere. If you are a tourist and you came to have a beautiful time in Rome, this place will destroy your vacation
This is not an hotel, is rather a very expensive guest house. Facilities are bad no breakfast/food, no housekeeping but on the place they will ask you to pay a cleaning fee which is imagine for the cleaning after you checkout not for the days you're there (!) so forget this place!! Working in hospitality industry I'm really sad to be places like this bookable at booking.com..
We stayed in apartment No 14 and it was clean, spacious and comfortable, though the kitchen area was quite small. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive.
The modern double-glazed windows were very good for keeping out the traffic noise, but the bathroom lacked ventilation unless we kept the window open. We had already booked at what we thought was a good price, but then we noticed that there's an additional €20 cleaning fee. This is quite a hit if you only stay a night or two, but obviously less of a problem for a longer stay.
The staff The apartment The building The location The charm good beds and air conditioning
Stairs with no lift for handicapped.
- old dirty place - Lift is not available for all rooms, this caused us a problem as we had one person on a wheel chair - the 4 people apartment is very very small -entrance, and stairs are terrible - there is a bad cooking smell from Neighbors restaurants almost 24 hours a day
The location is excellent, especially if you arrive in Rome by train. It is within walking distance of all the major attractions. The building and rooms are of a very high standard, are clean and comfortable.
There is only a very small name plate on the gate outside the hotel. We missed this several times when we were trying to find it. They need a bigger sign. That is my only negative comment.
Very good location
check in time is a little bit late at 3:00pm
