Our room was beautiful--the entire hotel is decorated with flower motifs and someone has obviously paid a great attention to detail. Breakfast in the bar was buffet style but contained a surprisingly good selection. The staff were very helpful and the location is very good--less than ten minutes from the Leaning Tower, and even closer to fine dining in the wonderful Osteria dei Cavalieri.

Very beautiful, good location, comfort, nice decorated.

We had jacuzzi which was leaking, satellite TV didn't work, bad smell in the room, noise from the street in the evening, musty bread for breakfast.

The location was perfect - two minutes from the Leaning Tower and Cathedral. Interior of the hotel was nicely finished.

Definitely not 5 star!! We were told we could have a complimentary drink at 6.30 in the bar, however, the next morning we were charged 30 euros for 2 glasses of wine and 2 coffees (there were no tea/coffe making facilities in our room) (it wasn't even that expensive in the most touristy parts of Florence)!

The location was perfect and within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go .The hotel was small and quiet which was just what we wanted.

Would have liked to have relaxed in the bar at night but it closed about 9, but that would not put me off returning again.

Individualised decor was superb. Excellent and friendly staff. Air conditioning very cold

First the room has no bath towel, after I asked for a few times, they finally brought us 3 bath towels (there are 3 of us) but the towel is the size of a floor mat in any American's hotel. Next, the water leaks out from the shower door and after we each took our showers, we need to do chores - drying up the bathroom floor with our one and only bath (floor mate size) towel.

It says that internet is available, I paid for 2 euro and hour but I cannot be connected because the one and only stuff do not know the excess code to it.

Location was very convenient, keeping us close to the attractions, but still able to escape the crowds. Rooms were beyond my expectaitions and showed recent renovations. Staff was extremely accomodating even with some unusual requests. Food was very good.

Loved everything about it.
