Location was good and room well decorated.

There is no reception in the hotel so when you arrive you then have to walk around the block to another hotel owned by the same people to check in and then walk back again (carrying your luggage with you) before you can get into your room. Although well decorated the room was very small and we would not stay here again.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they were always friendly, polite and ready with any assitance we may require. (The manager?was heavily pregnant and it would be nice to know what she had boy or girl She did try to e amil us but the commputer blocked her e mail can you please let us know what she had and if both mum and baby ok????) She however was alway at hand for our assistance should we need it. The staff were also up to date with the touristy things and advised us of the best [places to eat without spending over the top and where to go and get the best value for our money.

I did not lilke the conitinetal breakfast, much effort was made to give us both some variety but it was more or less the same daily. Toast would have been nice with some small packets of cereal. Not a complaint but a personal preffrance. Most days I couldnt eat the same daily so often went without. The staff were again very helpful and on hand and always on time.

Staff were extraordinarily welcoming and helpful, gave great restaurant recommendations. Nicely appointed, clean (though small) room. Free bottled water in mini-fridge was a nice amenity for hot and tired travelers. Excellent location and great price.

Air conditioning wasn't very effective at cooling the room.

Great Location, free wifi, and friendly/helpful staff

A nice hotel with excellent location in the old town and just few hundred meters from Piazza dei Miracoli. Clean room and good bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Continental breakfast in hotel ground floor bar.

The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The room and bathroom was immaculate and having a fridge was a bonus. It was well situated in Pisa; easy to reach la statione and Piazza Miracoli. Also very close to a number of very good restaurants.

I would have liked a little bit of fresh fruit for breakfast.

Etablissement bien situé, très propre et calme. Le personnel de la réception (Relais dell Orologio 5*) est compétent et parle français. Chambre décorée, salle de bains impeccable, salon du petit déjeuner très agréable.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est absent, la réception se trouve dans un autre établissement (Relais dell Orologio 5*) à environ 300 mètres et quand il pleut... Le petit déjeuner manque de variété, pas de fruits, pas d'oeufs, jus de fruit artificiel.

La ubicación, la amplitud de la habitacion y el baño. La TV estaba por estrenar, muy bien decorado. La camarera del desayuno era muy simpática, excelente y agradable. La habitación limpia y silenciosa.

La "recepción" estaba cerrada cuando llegamos. Tuvimos que llamar a un telefono y vino un chico enseguida pero nos dió la sensación de estar algo descuidado sin nadie para recibir a los clientes. El desayuno muy pobre.

Hotellet ligger sentralt, det er lite og koselig, og har en trygg atmosfære.

Innskjekkingen gikk uvanlig tregt.

Hotel was heel goed, schoon, verzorgd en personeel was vriendelijk. Het hotel is heel dicht bij de toren van Pisa en de winkelstraatjes.

Voor meerdere dagen verblijf was het ontbijt prima maar te eentonig, het ontbijt was tot half 10 en was zeker voor het weekend beter geweest als dit 10 uur. De code voor internet wordt per 24uur gegeven, naar mijn mening moet dit kunnen voor de tijd/dagen die men er verblijft.

El baño grande, la localización, el trato.

Desayuno escaso, el olor a tabaco en la habitación (la colcha estaba quemada por una colilla).

Die Lage war top, mitten im Herzen von Pisa und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Hotel ist liebevoll restauriert worden, eine kleine Wohlfühloase für romantische Städtereisende. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, hatte tolle Tipps für Restaurants und wie man ans Meer fahren kann.
