Relais Dei Fiori

Relais Dei Fiori is cosy and comfortable hotel with excellent facilities. The location of the hotel was ideal for a city trip with all places to visit within walking distance. The staff were always friendly, helpful and spoke good English. They made everything for us and our small daughter to feel welcome. The hotel was very clean and the room very beautiful and spacious. Good breakfast with fresh croissants and famous italian cappuccino. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

front room was Very noisy, although it was friday night. Next time i would ask for a room at the back of the hotel.

The room was clean,well equiped and nicely decorated and the position within Pisa was excellent.

Booking in times had been changed and we hadn't been notified.

We stay only couple of hours cause of our flight schedule. It is very important that point, if you have late comming that there is no personal at that time!

Room well appointed and clean. Fridge with bottled water. Heating and air conditioning. Central location so easy to get to from Pisa airport. walking distance to leaning tower and station for Florence.

Breakfast was adequate. Provision of tourist information could have been more comprehensive.

Comfortable if small room, well decorated in a boutique style and good sized well equiped bathroom. Location quite good, close to most of the places of interest especially the leaning tower and lots of restaurants/pizzarias close by.

It wasn't really a hotel, it was a bed and breakfast annexe to its big sister and reception was staffed only part of the time. This meant that, outside of these hours, all the usual concierge servcies were just absent. We had to leave early because of an early morning flight before usual breakfast times and no attempt whatsoever was made to accoommodate us.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and the receptionst helpful. Breakfat was good and it was very central.

Restricted reception hours. Our flight arrived late at night the reception was closed. Before our trip I emailed the hotel for arrangements to deal with this - no reply. I faxed the hotel - no reply. Eventually I had to phone. Hotel should provide details of reception at sister hotel in its booking information

Rooms where very clean and the bathroom considering the price of stay was luxurious (the walk in shower after a long flight was brilliant!!!). The staff where very helpfull and gave great recommendations for restaurants and best way to get to Florence

The room was on the small side - but thats the only negative!!!!

The staff were English speaking, very pleasant and willing to help. The hotel is just five mintes walk from the Tower and situated on the manin thoroughfare which runs all the way to the station (about 15 minutes walk).

The breakfast was very basic and exactly the same every day. It consisted of a limited cereal choice (2), a few bread rolls, a tiny bit of ham and cheese, yoghurt, croissant, and a cake (again the same every day).

We just used it to rest and sleep

as above but it is in a good area in vicinity of major attractions

Stylish accommodaton well above its rating. Breakfast facilties very pleasant

Rooms over heated for our taste, could have done with more facilties for light snacks in the evening.

Mancanza di reception la mattina , per un hotel di quel prezzo occorre! Colazione scarsisima , cameriere poco cordiale , sala colazione scarna e fredda. Per una vasca da bagno al posto della doccia un supplemento di 25 euro , troppo ! No frigobar,
