A decoração do quarto é muito agradável, tudo muito limpo e cuidado. Simpatia da funcionária e inglês perfeito, algo difícil em Itália. A relação qualidade - preço é surpreendente. Ficar hospedada no Relais foi uma agradável surpresa. Nada. Foi tudo perfeito. |

Relais Dei Fiori is cosy and comfortable hotel with excellent facilities. The location of the hotel was ideal for a city trip with all places to visit within walking distance. The staff were always friendly, helpful and spoke good English. They made everything for us and our small daughter to feel welcome. The hotel was very clean and the room very beautiful and spacious. Good breakfast with fresh croissants and famous italian cappuccino. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. |

We had a fantastic stay at Relais Dei Fiori. The hotel is in the most perfect location for exploring Pisa being located in the centre of town only 2min from the tower. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room was well decorated with excellent facilities, and breakfast included lovelly fresh crossiants and excellent coffee! I look forward to staying at Relais Dei Fiori again and would recommend it. |

We arrived early so the staff at Relais d"Orologie called over to Relais dei Fiori who notified us that our rooms were ready. A perfect accomodation of our needs after the night flight from JFK. The staff at Relais dei Fiori was accomodating and extremely welcoming, the perfect opening to a week's staff in the Tuscan countryside and to the city of Pisa. We'll be back! |

Room well appointed and clean. Fridge with bottled water. Heating and air conditioning. Central location so easy to get to from Pisa airport. walking distance to leaning tower and station for Florence. Breakfast was adequate. Provision of tourist information could have been more comprehensive. |

Comfortable if small room, well decorated in a boutique style and good sized well equiped bathroom. Location quite good, close to most of the places of interest especially the leaning tower and lots of restaurants/pizzarias close by. It wasn't really a hotel, it was a bed and breakfast annexe to its big sister and reception was staffed only part of the time. This meant that, outside of these hours, all the usual concierge servcies were just absent. We had to leave early because of an early morning flight before usual breakfast times and no attempt whatsoever was made to accoommodate us. |

Its decorations and room facilities are perfect. the bed is very comfortable and the shower is amazing and everything is very clean. the Breakfast is simple but adequate. the bar man was particularly helpful. there's a good safe,fridge and tv also! the only thing is that the receptionist's times where a bit akward especially because we needed to check in at the time it was not open. however when she was there, she was helpfull |

We arrived late and had to pick the keys at the sister hotel. It was very well organised and reachable within a few minutes walk. The location of the hotel is perfect, everything is within an acceptable walking distance, eg. Leaning Tower, main shopping area, train station, nice restaurants & bars. |

Good central location. Nicely decorated rooms. Fridge in room. helpful staff. Restricted reception hours. Our flight arrived late at night the reception was closed. Before our trip I emailed the hotel for arrangements to deal with this - no reply. I faxed the hotel - no reply. Eventually I had to phone. Hotel should provide details of reception at sister hotel in its booking information |

Rooms where very clean and the bathroom considering the price of stay was luxurious (the walk in shower after a long flight was brilliant!!!). The staff where very helpfull and gave great recommendations for restaurants and best way to get to Florence The room was on the small side - but thats the only negative!!!! |

The staff were English speaking, very pleasant and willing to help. The hotel is just five mintes walk from the Tower and situated on the manin thoroughfare which runs all the way to the station (about 15 minutes walk). The breakfast was very basic and exactly the same every day. It consisted of a limited cereal choice (2), a few bread rolls, a tiny bit of ham and cheese, yoghurt, croissant, and a cake (again the same every day). |

Good location, lovely room, nice breakfast, friendly staff. The room was rather small & cramped. There was no reception open when we arrived (23:30 due to late-scheduled flight), so we had to walk 5 minutes to sister hotel (the Orelogio) to collect the key and back again. |

Our room was beautiful--the entire hotel is decorated with flower motifs and someone has obviously paid a great attention to detail. Breakfast in the bar was buffet style but contained a surprisingly good selection. The staff were very helpful and the location is very good--less than ten minutes from the Leaning Tower, and even closer to fine dining in the wonderful Osteria dei Cavalieri. |

Posizione ottima , Camera molto bella ! Mancanza di reception la mattina , per un hotel di quel prezzo occorre! Colazione scarsisima , cameriere poco cordiale , sala colazione scarna e fredda. Per una vasca da bagno al posto della doccia un supplemento di 25 euro , troppo ! No frigobar, |
