Its clean, like new, but very simple. Its a summer hotel. Don't go there on winter. I wold not qualify a 4 Star hotel, a 2-3 Star probable.

Location is good, very close to Lake Bolsena, breakfast is fine and the staff is excellent. Room doesn't feel like a warm place becuse of the stone/marble floor. With some sort of carpet or floor covering would feel much better.

Nice quiet, family-run hotel where you can have a rest from the hustle and bustle. Great beach on a beautiful lake in 5 minutes. We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Lack of cutlery and crockery in the room....

Friendly staff. Very big and clean rooms. Everything seems to be newly renovated. Very nice Bathrooms. Nobody told us the wellness area would cost 45€ extra. Imagine our surprise. It's also a bit of a walk to the lake.

This hotel is clean. It is way too inconvient to go to the centre of Rome as you have to take a bus and then change to metro. and given Italy is not famous for efficiency, the bus only come every 30mins!! So it will take more than 1 hour to get to the city. The receptionists are also not very friendly nor helpful.

The accommodation was modern and very, very clean and the staff was excellant! They serve a lovely light breakfast and served better coffee than I had in Rome. The staff were happy to help us as our Italian was very limited and they were extra helpful and very patient with us. Many of the staff spoke much better English than we did Italian, we would definitely recommend the hotel and plan to return.

Camera molto bella e spaziosa bagno grande e perfino angolo cottura e ripostiglio, ottimo servizio biancheria canali sky, colazione discreta Posizione dell'hotel.Hotel, non bello da vedere da fuori entrata delle camere come un motel. Spa sempre chiusa.

La colazione buonissima, ampia scelta e tutto molto buono. La pulizia: erano state cambiate coperte e lavati lavandino, bidè e tazza. Sporca la doccia e il pavimento non pulito con polvere agli angoli. Per asciugare un pò di acqua caduta in terra, il fazzoletto è diventato nero.

le stanze sono molto spaziose e hanno una splendida vista sul lago. inoltre il personale è molto disponibile e il ristorante convenzionato con l'hotel è, oltre che vicinissimo, è veramente eccellente e ha un buonissimo prezzo!

Ottima struttura, comoda da raggiungere, accogliente, buona la colazione, a due passi dal lago. Cambierei i copriletto, e poi peccato per il campo da calcetto con la rete di protezione, toglie visuale al lago.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, a 10 min dalle Terme dei Papi. È possibile anche fare una passeggiata relax al lago, 2 min a piedi. Eccellente la colazione,inclusa nel prezzo e super abbondante.
