Relais Fattoria Valle  

The building, a former summer residence of a noble family from Florence, is impressive and in a magnificent landscape. The renovation is well done and gives a good atmosphere to the place. Very comfortable bed, fine dinner with good wine at an affordable price.

The location outside of Panzano was picturesque.

I stayed for two nights and during that stay, there was no hot water, no heat, no water pressure and a power outage. The restaurant was expensive and in a dingy windowless basement--no cappucino for breakfast available without payment and the breakfast was terrible.

True Tuscan villa, with superb views, beautiful bedroom, quiet, secluded, perfect. Staff were excellent, food was beautiful

Country Villa, mostly friendly helpful staff, spacious rooms, good views, good location, relaxing atmosphere, picnic on their patio overlooking the countryside.

This was what we imagined Tuscany would be like, Relais Fattoria Valle had all the ingredients to make this a perfect Tuscan experience. The villa was beautifully designed and furnished. The staff were friendly and helpful. A bus stop at the corner of the road into the villa proved handy to us as we didn't have a car. The breakfasts were good and the villa's restaurant was reasonably priced.

The folks & the accomadations were just perfect - -scenry was like from the movie"under the tuscan sun'.

This b&b is in a beautiful setting surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We were biking Tuscany and they graciously let us use the shed to securely lock up our bikes.

Lovely place in Tuscany. Car a lot easier for access as buses seem irregular- however still possible. Food was awesome. Great pasta. I did not want to leave! Really homely atmosphere. Pool was also great.

No air conditioning The hotel has great potential as it is a lovely old building but with a little love and extra flair could be very nice rather than just ok. The breakfast was very disappointing. Given the location and availability of fresh produce, processed ham & cheese and tinned fruit salad was very poor.

The location is excellent as well is the building and the swimming pool with a nice view on the valley and the beautiful Panzanno village. The dinner and breakfast are served in the garden and this is something you do not forget! The building is an old Tuscan villa very well renovated. The dinner is of good quality.

In such a nice place with this style you would expect to be offered a capucino or a fresh made coffee at breakfast and not being asked to pay 2 euro for it! Not all staff very helpful. No air conditionning.

Fantastic in every way. Great room ,great view of the country side ,walk to Panzano for dinner,drive to Greve, or eat at the hotel all are good choices. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Pool was nice late afternoon cool off before dinner. We will return !

A lovely agritourismo in a beautiful setting, so so relaxing and peaceful. The breakfast was good, and the evening meals were simply wonderful. View across the countryside in the evening with a glass of wine...

We had a very special stay of 3 days. The hotel is in a beautiful and relaxing environment. Excellent room with wonderful views of the countryside. Great pool and surroundings. Very good breakfast. Two of the three evenings we had dinner at the outside restaurant, which was a delight. Good position for touring the Chianti region. Would love to return one day!

The only problem we had was the young couple in the room next to us returning at 4am from a wedding on our first night and making an incredible noise - talking loudly, banging doors, showering - with no concern for anyone! On the second night the receptionist kindly waited up for them and asked them to be quieter. Perhaps when the frontdoor key is given to guests who are coming in late, they could be asked to be considerate. It may just have the desired effect.

First and foremost: The staff was beyond wonderful. Our departure was delayed from Rome, and had us arriving much later than expected, We arrived at 9:30 pm, and our hostess informed us the kitchen usually closes at 9:30, but she had assumed we would arrive hungry & had prepared a table for 3 (lovely outdoor dining the entire stay)..and asked that we check in after we had relaxed and eaten. The food was delicious - fresh ingredients & great presentation each and every meal. The inn is everything you would imagine a Tuscan Inn should be! The decor that greets you upon arrival sets the tone for sophisticated casual enjoyment - not a speck of stuffy in sight - but I would rate 5 stars on ambience & staff without hesitation. The views, the locale, the area - beautiful!! Great wineries & sightseeing at your door... In summary: we loved it!! Can not wait to return! Thanks for the hospitality Relais Fattoria Valle! We really enjoyed the location for our 5-day stay in Tuscany. We took day-trips everyday. The room was ver nice and spacious. The breakfast was fresh and very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful making reservations for wine tour, providing directions to small towns we visited, etc. The restaurant had very nice menu and wine selection. Very nice views of Tuscan area and could see town of Panzano in distance. After the bustle of Rome and Florence, this was a quiet, relaxing setting.

Wi-Fi service was spotty in room.

I simply loved this place. It was spectacular. Regret not being able to stay longer. Absolutely Stunning!!!

Found online so pot luck really as to what we would find when we got there. We were very pleasantly surprised and would certainly stay there again and have already recommended it to friends.

The vistas were wonderful; the room nice and large. Dinner at the restaurant was surprising excellent. The building is stunning, though the furnishings are a bit old. Staff was very, very nice and the location, just a short hop from Panzano in Chianti, can't be beat.

I prefer updated furnishings.

cold in the public areas and bedrooms . Owner was not contactable as did not live on site. Good place in summer as heating not required.
