Relais Fontana Di Trevi  

Excellent location, staff so helpful, good choice of restaurants close by, we really got the feeling of Rome.

For one nights stay it was perfect, perhaps if we stayed longer would have liked more luxury.

This was what I call a luxury hotel. The hotel was right next to the Trevi Fountain and we had a fountain view from our window. The room, a Junior Suite, was really great. The beds were comfortable and the accomidations as a whole were fantastic. The people were extremely helpful and there when we needed them. For Americans the ability to watch some of the us tv in english was a plus. The WiFi in the room was great for being able to stay connected to home. Facetime worked without a hitch. Overall, just a great luxury hotel.

The shower was a little small for a big guy. Could have put a larger one in the suite as it had space. Other than that the experience was great.

The hotel was designed to be the most comfortable place for the tourist: the disposalable tooth brush and tooth paste, sewing kit, shaving razor with foam, all this and more were part of the hotel amenities.

The Wifi in the Annex building was very poor. We found a reception spot in the bathroom and had to surf while sitting on the bathroom step..

I loved the location. Room was big and so was the bathroom. Clean and nice! Staff was helpful.

It was a little loud outside since the location was at a popular spot. It did not bother us but might bother light sleepers.

Great location, interesting design and wonderful service. Fabric wall treatments and elegant touches throughout gave it an understated high-end feel. Great service and complimentary breakfast overlooking the Trevi Fountain made the experience special.

It seemed that the new building had a few things that needed to be worked out. It is an older building that has been beautifully remodeled. There was a problem with the septic or sewer (not sure which) and the air conditioning went off during the night.

It's position within easy walking to all major attractions. As a single, I was upgraded to a larger room with shuttered windows overlooking the lane below. Beautiful experience for my first trip to Roma! Staff were very nice and helpful, great breakfast included. Best thing to do is see the Trevi fountain early in the morning, then wander the narrow streets before the crowds arrive. Will definitely return!

Location is really fantastic. Rooms (ours was in the 2nd building) are clean, tidy & modernised enough to be functional, while still retaining charm. Breakfast is good, the staff serving are helpful and efficient & the view from the terrace is very special. We enjoyed our time here.

Unfortunately, 1 staff member (front desk) was a bit flippant & sarcastic when we were making enquiries re wifi & other room information. The pillows were so hard!!! We had to ditch them in order to sleep.

Despite I placed the Don Not Disturb sign on the door, my room is still being opened and did the house keeping. My room air-condition is not ina proper working condition.

The location was wonderful and the breakfast was the best we had throughout Italy.

The location was excellent. Large room with tea and coffee facilities.

The breakfast was over priced and with a poor selection. The fruit was from a tin , the fruit juice was more like cordial. Quality of hot breakfast poor. We booked room only and we were upgraded but it was still overpriced.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location in front of the Trevi Fountain was wonderful. We looked forward every morning to having breakfast on the roof overlooking the Trevi Fountain. We felt at home and very safe. Would recommend this hotel and are will return again next year.
