quite small room without the window- strange feeling, had problems with heating and shower (they were solved the next day, but still had to call and compalint), was definitely expecting more for the money paid

Wonderful location; huge room & bathroom, especially by Rome standards; so many sights close by, not the least of which is the Trevi fountain right outside the door; great dining & gelato options abound all around!

The location was excellent , the staff friendly and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfasts were very good with plenty of choice.

Our bathroom was extremely small and the plumbing system noisy. We ate in the hotel restaurant on our first evening and found the food extremely disappointing. There was a very limited choice, the quality of the food was poor and the bread was stale.

Location was excellent. Staff was nice and friendly. Rooms were a bit old, but better than most European hotels. Breakfast buffet was also pretty good based on both venue and food.

The hotel is in what seems to be a very old building and access to elevators was only thru staircase. Although bell boys helped us quite well carrying our luggage, it was not that user-friendly.

Great location, nice view from breakfast terrace, good breakfast, helpful staff, attractive interiors. While not cheap, the rate was competitive with or less than other similarly located hotels.

It was well placed to see the many tourist attractions of Rome and the view of the Trevi Fountain at breakfast each morning was great.

We experienced superb service by entire hotel staff. The location is unbeatable. The rooftop bar/restaurant is unique. The complimentary daily breakfast was extensive and exceeded expectations. The hotel has computer link to reliable taxi services - we never waited over 5 minutes for a taxi pickup. Overall excellent value.

Excellent location with a good selection of local restaurants close by. Convenient for local sightseeing in pedestrianised area.

Although the room was clean with all facilities the room was rather small and not as advertised on the website.

Excellent experience with the terrace overlooking Fontana di Trevi, both for a drink in the evening and for breakfast! Very efficient air conditioning in the room. Nice room, however would recommend superior category. Also nice bathroom which is important! Staff experience was good. Location of the hotel is great!

Not a very impressive entrance. Small corridor, stairs leading up to an elevator, take a left and another flight of stairs, there you will find the reception. No big deal though, added more to the small familiar feeling rather than that of a hotel lobby. For guests not getting a space on the terrace for breakfast, sitting inside was not as nice, breakfast room had probably not been renovated for awhile.
