The location was within 5 minute walk of the Coliseum and many points of interest. Also, fairly close to the train terminal. Advertised as breakfast included. Providing 2 pieces of toast and jam for each person is not a meal and is very misleading. |

The location was good and good range of places to eat close by. Bernardo was good at check in helped with my extra heavy bag . If the few issues below were cleared up it would of made a huge difference to our experience. We had no hot water one morning . Instructions on getting there were poor. I tried contacting the number provided for at least 1.5 hours but phone was switched off. Office was closed and when it was due to reopen It didn t. I finally got hold of someone but it took three calls before we got anywhere. We also had trouble getting into our room first time round but they were quick to come out and help it would of been good to be shown the " trick" with the door at check in though. |

Pleasant comfortable triple room. Pauline was great with the welcome. Excellent location for Colloseum and Forum. Walking distance to everything else. It has possibly been over renovated so a little sterile. Fake wooden floors in foyer look, sound and smell bad. Breakfast was basic. |

Location is great near the Roman Forum. Good restaurants, bars and cafes close by. The room (superior double) was a good size especially for Rome, nicely decorated and very clean. While the windows block out most street noise, you can hear most everything from the common areas and a lot of noise comes from the adjoining rooms. There is little or no sound proofing from the interior areas of the hotel so if you're a light sleeper that could be a bother. |

It was very private and quiet in spite of being on the footsteps of the ruins of Rome. Enjoyed the modern and clean look of the rooms. |

It was walking distance to all the attractions we wanted to see. We found it really easy to commute with children (7 years, 2 years and 6 months). The rooms were very clean and so was the bathroom. Very helpful and hospitable manager/owner.Many restaurants within walking distance. Highly reccomend and would stay again if we visit Rome. |

Location One small sign on the door was all you could see. Even the cab driver could not find it. They need to provide a detailed map. On the second night we only had one bath towel for three people and they did not put out any more soap. There is no full time attendant as it is really like renting an apartment. |

The hotel was really an apartment in Rome - which was fantastic. You meet Bernardo, he shows you the place, you get your keys and you're on your own. The rooms are brand new, great sheets, nice decor. Great value, nice rooms, incredible location right by the Forum, and really quiet ... great restaurant right across the street. Self-serve breakfast might not be for everyone ... |

Perfect if your time is limited, its just around the corner from Colosseum and Palatine. Bermerdo who managed the conceirge, met us at the hotel, broke a sweat carrying my bags up to the the unit, and was very helpful about orientating us to the area and telling us about how to get around. We had the bigger room, to sleep 4. Don't be put off by the crumbling entrance to the units, the units inside are new and clean since the hotel has only been open for a few months. The cleaning lady was a little rude when we were still in our room at 10am moving out with all our bags. |

The room was so clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff were really helpful and friendly, giving us a map and showing us where to go as it was our first time in Rome, it was close to everything but quiet, overall it was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. |

Hip knus hotel verstopt in appartementencomplex.
