Very clean. Lots of amenities. Friendly staff who speak good English. Good breakfast. Near Vatican. On a good street.
Extremely comfortable beds Beautiful apartment Flat screen TV in each room (3 total) Complimentary slippers Wicker drawers in the bathroom Loved Piazza Navona which is very close Great wardrobes
No microwave Huge fluffy pillows No English channels on TV Coffee was pretty bad (nice that they have it but it wasn't drinkable to me)
Had excellent stay Great room with character and charm All staff extremely attentive Excellent location in town
Lovely airy ceilings in our room. Everything cleaned and tidied every day. Air con! Quiet location. Good shower with plenty of toiletry products supplied and restocked. Complimentary water
Nothing really - maybe some milk for a cup of tea? (very English!!) The downstairs breakfast room was a bit dingey but the breakfast was lovely so can't complain.
I had booked a standard room and was shocked to see the size of the room in person - it was *very* small, esp given the cost. We asked reception if there were any other rooms available (we would have paid for a bigger room) but they were full. However, in the morning we were told that a room had become available and that they'd be happy to upgrade us, for free. The new room was indeed much more spacious and I was very impressed by how nice the staff were about this. Both rooms were exceptionally quiet and the beds extremely comfortable - you can be certain you will have an excellent night's sleep here. The location is also brilliant, you couldn't be more central if you tried.
As nice as the rooms were - and as central as they were, I did think it was expensive for what it was. The breakfast was a bit uninspiring - standard bread, cakes and cold cuts available. But maybe this is a good thing, because it is impossible to spend time in Rome without overindulging on the food each meal time.
Very pretty rooms, great location
Staff were not that welcoming or professional---not bad but not particularly warm/helpful. Public spaces are awful, but the rooms and location compensate for that.
Very quiet location considering being so central. We are light sleepers, but slept very well even though our room faced the street. The beds were also very comfortable. Perfect location for exploring Rome. Breakfast was good. Nice and helpful staff.
Rooms are in a very good condition, but the decor is a bit dated. Don't expect a boutique hotel.
Great room, wifi.
The hotel is beautiful and the staff is really nice!
Pretty small bathroom
Great location and attention. Room was clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was also fantastic.
Small and quite place located in a quiet neighborhood. Clean, nice bedroom. Decent breakfast. You can walk anywhere from here.
the apartment was excellent!
room dimension, lighting, comfortable bed
Avoid the ground floor room. no privacy and a bit claustrophobic. Refused late check out after having confirmed it by mail. Breakfast just average, certainly not 4*L. Substantially overrated in evaluation and price, but that's customary in Rome
We stayed in the apartment and it was the perfect place for 4 adults . Great location with all the accessories for a long stay!
Location was excellent. The bathroom was very nice and the room of course too. We had a balcony over the street which was very cute.
Style of service from staff was somewhat firm, although they were fine, we have had better.
Excellent location and amazing staff super rooms and breakfast
Friendly staff. Antique building renovated to high quality standards. Comfortable furnishings, thick walls make the place relatively quiet. I was happy to find fresh fruit at breakfast, and a complementary bottle of mineral water in the room.
Room relatively small (I booked a double room which was ok for me as single traveller), fits only a small desk, bed short for tall travellers. Breakfast room is underground, without daylight.
Staff were very helpful with quesions about the area and with wake up calls and booking taxis. Breakfast was excellent. Room charming with little balcony overlooking indoor courtyard. WiFi great.
Rustic beams in rooms were covered in accumlated dust which floated down onto bed and aggravated the breathing problems of one traveller. We asked that the beams be cleaned but was not done thoroughly.
Charming hotel. The staff was very nice and attentive. The room was very cozy with a lovely balcony.
The brightness of the room and the neighbourhood.
Small bathroom and lack of roof terrace!
Very cute and location is perfect for visiting Rome
The rooms are too small and I idn´tt know that the hotel was a mini hotel, with very few services
Curtains on the canopy bed missing but hooks left on, could have been very romantic but was ok.
Staff were lovely. Good and varied breakfast .
The bedrooms were small. Very small shower.
Beautifully presented hotel, very helpful staff, comforatable
The shower cubicle was rather small
