Great view, superb staff.

The capuccino at breakfast was not the real italian one. No prosciuto for breakfast (it was easter).

Great view, service, restaurant at a very reasonable price

The shower: the bottom of the tub was so small my foot barely fit and the shower had no curtain but a moveable pane of glass that only covered about a third of the tub so the floor got wet every time we took a shower.

Hospitality, dining & the views form the balcony

Lovely hotel, an old villa on the top of the mountain, which offers stunning views of Lake Iseo. Range of antiques, a collection of paintings, interiors are full of comfort and taste. Fabulous friendly staff at the reception, happily dividing any information about the hotel and surrounding area. Wonderful breakfast on the beautiful terrace with a view. Pool and whirlpool - an additional plus of the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel offers an excellent cooking, but the service is too slow.

The staff were superb and the views and location were stunning.

Our stay included a weekend, so Friday Saturday and Sunday night the hotel had weddings which were noisy and disturbed our sleep. The hotel is 5km up a very winding road which attracts a lot of cyclists and motor bikes which again at the weekends is noisy.

Wonderful situation, very pleasant and helpful staff, large grounds. Good food, and breakfast served in a dining room with a wonderful vista overlooking lake and mountains is a real pleasure. This was my seventh visit.

Exellent and very helpfull staff, beautifull lokation, superior dinning.

A srraight 10/10 mark as everyhing was exceptional, from the complimentary drink on arrival and bottle of wine in the bedroom to the send off from the manager.

It was not easy to find even with Tomtom so better directions would be helpful.

The hotel lies in a beautiful park and has a splendid view over lake Iseo. The breakfast is excellent with fresh orangejuice, lots of pastry and fresh fruitsalads. The restaurant is also excellent with lots of homemade products

No bar area to have a pre-dinner drink.

Everything. Quite perfect. Delightful staff. Amazing location. Perhaps the only comment I would like to make is there was really nowhere comfortable for hotel residents to sit especially when weddings were on. When one gets older and the weather is not good a cosy lounge is very pleasant. Wifi needs updated to all rooms not just reception.

Fantastic views of the lake (room 22), Great food and reasonably priced. The hotel and grounds are immaculate. Quite far from the town but no problem if you have a car.

It is an astonishingly good hotel. The food is excellent and the location high above lake Iseo is breathtaking

We had booked a room with a view over Lago Iseo . Therefore alone already you have to stay here . The staff was very friendly ,the room was very nice ! We stayed for diner that was very good ! Price ok ! Having breakfast overlooking the Lago . We certainly go back !

What a wonderful hotel with stunning views over Lake Isola. The hospitality is second to none. Gorgeous location at the top of a hill with lovely surrounding countryside. We had a lake view room with a balcony overlooking the lake. Gourmet restaurant, superb menu with excellent service. Very romantic place; we only stayed for one night but would love to go back.

Winding road up the hillside out of Isola, but nothing unusual for this area. Bathroom a little dated with shower over the bath, but plenty of luxury towels. No bathrobe or complimentary slippers. But hotel still fantastic.

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel ! Das Zimmer mit Seeblick lieferte eine atemberaubende Aussicht und die private Terrasse war fantastisch!

Este Hotel es sencillamente fantástico y con un precio más que ajustado para su categoría.

El único detalle a mejorar es la conexión Wifi. Vivimos en una época en la que estar conectado es imprescindible, aún estando de ocio.
