Excellent location - turn left out of the door and you are in the piazza. Our room, Galileo, had a view of the tower. Friendly and welcoming staff. Well equipped bedroom - fridge, kettle and soft drinks. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was delicious. Being so close to the square it was easy to visit at night, when all the day trippers had gone home, and seeing the tower lit up was fantastic.
If you don't like steep stone stairs to get to your room, unlucky - there is no lift! The bathroom was compact but well equipped and modern.
Great location next to the leaning tower. Room looked different to pictures on website but was very clean, tasteful and spacious. Breakfast was nice and staff were great.
This seems to have been a weird blip considering the other excellent reviews, but our room was excessively hot during the night, in mid November- we had the heating turned off, the windows wide open and no blankets on the bed but the room was over 26 degrees - we couldn't understand where the heat was coming from but it was impossible to sleep in that heat. The lady in reception was very understanding and helpful and gave us a discount on the room price for the inconvenience, but its such a shame that the room temperature was so unpleasant otherwise we would have given the hotel a better rating.
Great attention to customers. Staff happy to work in the Relais. Excellent reception, they make you feel special
The position right in front of the leaning tower is very impressive, the welcome drink is a very nice touch. Most of all, great great and I repeat again GREAT staff makes you feel welcome and well looked after. Grazie!
Parking can be a difficult affair, what you pay for is in fact a voucher (elsewhere free of charge) that allows you to park on the street in the restricted traffic area of the city - you still have to try and find a free spot yourself. Rooms are cute but very small, it was difficult to manage two suitcases. Wifi, like many other hotels in Italy, requires you to log in every time on a secure gateway, but this one disconnects you a little too quickly (1 minute idle seems enough to require entering the pass code again).
Best view of the city
Bed is not comfortable
You can't beat the location and we loved the ambience of the boutique hotel.
Central location for the main tourist sites. Very nice room with excellent facilities and free soft drinks and canapes on arrival.
Everything. The location is fantastic, the railway station Pisa San Rossore (we travelled from there to Lucca and Viareggio) is within easy walking distance and may save you a journey to the Centrale station. All the staff are exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble, from arranging taxis to travel advice. The breakfast provided in the patisserie below is soo good. We will return. I have no hesitation in recommending this establishment. If you are thinking of Pisa you must stay here.
There is absolutely nothing to dislike at Relais I Miracoli Residenza D'Epoca. As mentioned by a previous reviewer the steps up to the rooms would be a problem for the elderly or infirm. But they did not trouble us.
Breakfast was great in the cafe downstairs. Beds were comfy and the staff were all really helpful
The location of the hotel could not have been better. The window of our room (Camera del Torre) looked straight out onto the Leaning Tower. On the ground floor of the hotel is an associated café and patisserie which has the best breakfast in Pisa. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The room was elegant and immaculate. But the location is just incredible. I would never stay anywhere else in Pisa.
There are steep stairs up to the hotel and no lift. This was not a problem for us and the staff will carry bags up but this probably makes the hotel unsuitable for aged or infirm guests.
Room a little small for the money
An amazing hotel, beautiful modern rooms with great views of the leaning tower of Pisa which is right on the doorstep. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming with a free welcoming drink of choice and little macaroons in the cafe downstairs, and a gift when we left. The facilities were great with a well equipped lounge upstairs. It was brilliant value for money and a surprise all round.
The only downside was Pisa itself shuts down after the tourist leave so finding dinner was a little tricky but manageable.
Location is truly great, only a few steps away from the leaning tower. Rooms are very clean will bundles of character. The ceilings are decorated and we had an adjoining lounge area, which our little one slept in. Good value and staff could not do enough for you. Breakfast is taken in the small cafe underneath the hotel which is lovely and looks straight out onto the leaning tower. Wonderful hotel!
The location is fantastic and we had a nice view of the tower. The hotel is right in the middle of the hustle and bustle but when you close the windows it is silent! There is a gorgeous cafe downstairs and you can get a free drink before they close, which is an added bonus. I was pleased to see Earl Grey in the room and that the water was free. The staff were also very helpful.
It wasn't totally clear who we should speak to on arrival as we first went into the cafe! The WiFi wasn't very strong in our room.
One of THE best bedroom views Ive ever experienced. Helpful well mannered stack help to make this a memorable stop over. Very special
Very friendly staff. Was greeted with a big smile and complete professionalism. Right on top of the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
Nearest place to park was a 5 minute walk away. No sky sports on the TV
The two staff, Virginia and Christina were excellent. The location could not be better. The rooms are superb. I would definitely return again.
The breakfast was in the cafe downstairs and the service was not great.
view from bedroom staff were friendly & helpful the beer glasses location, location, location funky loft-style family room
Location, ambience, style, staff, cafe
Fabulous location and excellent staff. Wonderful view of the Leaning Tower right outside our window. Plenty of good eating places close by as well. Would stay there again.
The location was great, just by the leaning tower! The breakfast was in a nice cafe below, and the staff were very friendly and gave us a bottle of Grappa as a present!
The room was quite small for the price, and this is a b&b so no restaurant for dinner. The restaurant recommended was closed on Mondays, which was when we stayed, but there are plenty of places to eat not too far away - we found one frequented by locals.
Location and attentive staff
Excellent location, room has a lovely italian spirit. On the other hand bathroom is modern and has a considerable space.
Window has a low soundproof, we awakened early morning by birds. Wifi signal is weak.
excellent location, very helpful staff, great continental breakfast.
not a lot of room between the bed and window. which had shutters on that you kept bumping in to.
