Relais Il Campanile al Duomo  

とにかく場所が買い物にも食事も便利でした 鉄道の駅にも歩いて約10分なので移動にも楽だと思いました

エレベーターが無いので荷物が有ると大変です。 フロントに人が決まった時間しか居ないので不便でした

An ideal location and great staff!

Incredible location, next to the Duomo, but no streetnoise. Free wifi in the hotel. Breakfast-service in the room also very good. Staff friendly, room nice and spacious.Wonderful B&B and next time I will book it again.

Great to find a reasonably priced room in central Florence. Staff were pleasant, helpful and English speaking. Room was big enough and bed comfortable.

There is some noise at night which you would expect in a city, the street is pedestrian but the rubbish is collected very early, however closing the double glazed window made a huge difference.

Easy access to the center.

We stayed there for 5 nights and our sheets and towels weren't changed not even once. We asked for a taxi when we left, and nobody helped.

Helpful and friendly staff plus good location and price

The establishment sensational close to the Duomo, all too close .. I recommend, delicious breakfast, very helpful owners, all the best.

The hotel staff was wonderful and helpful. Nice rooms- good wifi. Very central to everything we wanted to do.

Narrow stairs to the first floor. Hard to get suitcases up and down.

This hotel was in a great location and was very nice. The owner was super friendly and very welcoming. He even carried our bags up the stairs which was awesome! Once we checked in he got a map and showed us places to go and good restaurants. We didn't even have to ask. The room was really large and the bed was terrific. there's also a large flat screen tv but all in Italian. Oh well, we weren't here to watch TV. The bathroom was also large and bright. Nice big, clean towels and soap and shampoo are provided. The wrought iron bed other distinctive furniture really gave this room character. The location was probably the best part. We were just a few blocks from the Duomo and a few blocks the other direction to the David. There were many little markets, restaurants and shops nearby but it was still quiet.

The only negative about this hotel would be the mold in the bathroom. The shower grout was pretty black. I find it hard to understand because everything else was so clean and shiny. Even the rest of the bathroom was white and bright. It didn't really bother me that much because the shower had great pressure and lots of hot water. Our bathroom at home isn't always that pristine either! Anyway, there are so many good features of the Relais ii Campanile that I wouldn't let a little mold deter me.
