Excellent location. Beds were very comfortable. Room pleasant. Nice to have bottled water and juice provided We had only one entry key and the entry was so complicated, we couldn't go out independently. It was an uncomfortable feeling that no one was available at the desk for a good part of the day or at night. No phone in the room. We were given a city map but no other literature was available. |

Tony was very helpful with everything. The facility was excellent with all modern amenities! Very clean and close to everything. We used the arranged transportation upon arrival. When we left we walked to the Termini Station and took the Airport train (close and quicker&cheaper than driving). The room was extremely quite! I hope to visit again soon! I can't think of anything worth mentioning! |

Everything! The proximity to everything, the decor(in our room and of the facility) was wonderfully inviting, our view out our big beautiful window, the big beautiful bathroom and its shower, and let's not forget the wonderfully comfortable bed and pillows that afforded us relaxing sleeps after long days of taking in the sights of Roma. |

The staff was very accomodating and helpful. We had our two young boys and they were great and very understanding towards their excitability apon arrival. The location was superb and within walking distance to everything. I would recommend this B&B to my friends and family and stay here again. A 10 on my scale and I am pretty picky! |

the staff of the hotel are excellent especially Antonio. he was always friendly and helpful. even making calls for us and helping with our lost luggage. the beds were very hard. even the kids complained about it. |

Chic decor, classy bathroom and friendly service. Extra credit for the free contents of the fridge. Very good value for money! Our first room had some freshness problems due to drain malfunction but luckily we were able to get a new room the next night where everything was okey. It would have been nice if the beveredges in the fridge had been restocked as the selection got narrow towards the end of the week. |

Claudia, the owner was an amazing host. She perfectly balanced the role of informing you of best places to eat/drink/visit with genuine concern for your own space on your holiday. We saw her out one night at Ripa, a beautiful fish rest, and she sent over a fish carpaccio for us to try and paid for it!!!! |

The staff is amazing, so kind, welcoming and fun. The decor is gorgeous, the room is quiet and really comfortable. Breakfast is great and there are always drinks if you need them. Great location. It was so much better priced as well. Such a winner. |

Peaceful place, clean and neat. The personnel was helpful and spoke really good english. A really small breakfast room. Also the room itself was really tiny for 4 peoplem, especially ladies with huge luggage. "Luxury excutive" was not the right words to decribe the small room. Hopefully you could use the breakfast room as a living room at evenings. Only one key for all of us made our organizatorial talents grow. |

Location; excellent rooms; free refreshments; helpfulness of staff both before arrival and during stay. When I arrived the front door was locked and I had to wait 20 minutes for the (very charming) lady of the house to arrive. Breakfast, whilst OK, was not 5 star standard. |

Beautiful rooms, stunning bathroom. Very relaxed place to stay and so very central. Small point but maybe satellite channels on TV, not that we came to Rome to watch TV of course, but englsih news wuld have been nice. |

We just stayed at the Relais La Maison B&B and loved it. It was located a very short distance from the train station, and all major attractions. The room was large compaired to other Europeian hotel's that we have stated at, was very clean and had wonderful staff. |

Size of the room and bathroom The room was very hot and we could not reduce the temperature with the airconditioning. Would have been helpful if staff had spoken more English, as we could have asked them about this. |

The location is ideal. Very easy to find,in walking distance to most sights and the central train station,Termini. The fact that there are only six rooms and that the fridge and coffee-maker are always available gives a feeling of homy comfort.Decoration was fantastic. Staff very friendly (when there).Thank you Tony for being so kind and always helpful Breakfast had a bit poor variety (but only a bit) for someone who's a big breakfast fan like me |
