I travel a lot for business and get so bored with standard hotels and standard rooms, this looked nice. It is rather strange that there is no reception cover all day/evening. When you get there it is not obvious that the building houses the B&B on the fifth floor, but once you know it kind of gives you an idea that you live in Rome! The room was lovely, wireless worked, the rickety old elevator worked. I tried a meal at 'That's amore' a pizza place opposite, would not recommend it, the 'La Strega' a bit further on, next to ministry of interior affairs (past 'that's amore') was a hell of a lot better. Breakfast, unimaginative, a very standard coffee machine (no Italian coffee), machine was also slightly dirty and I am not entirely convinced the milk out of the machine was fresh, at least I thought the coffee tasted strange. Yoghurt - I have had better quality in Italy. |

We liked the location (easy walk to Termini) and the privacy. For its location in the heart of shops and businesses, we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. Staff were very attentive without being intrusive. There was also a small market right around the corner each morning. |

The bed was hard but very comfortable. Room was nicely decorated and the shower was of decent size. The location was excellent for walking to most everything and close to a number of railway stations. I would suggest if you stay there to take them up on the offer of a limo service to and from the airport, its only 45euro for 2 and 55 euro for three. For the time and headache saved it was excelent. My fiance did not like the lighting for doing her makeup. Also the staff is non existant during the night and there is no phones that you can use in the hotel (rooms and lobby). Also there was no full length mirror. In general the staff was not very friendly or helpful. |

The whole experience was great. Everything was perfect. Clean rooms, snacks and coffee included the whole day and the staff were very friendly and helpful. What more do you need on a city trip. |

During our stay the room was attended to on a daily basis, always clean towels provided, the bed turned down and tidied up. The communal areas were clean and edgy and provided a comfortable environment to eat.The room was modern and quirky whilst providing a little luxary. The b&b was within walking distance to everything and provided a good resting place after taking in the sights. The room to eat was breakfast was a little cramped and breakfast was fresh everyday but would of liked some variety. |

The room was spacious and well furnished; the staff were extremely helpful and courteous and the hotel itself was conveniently located. The access through a long barrelled ceiling corridor to an antique lift rising up a large stairwell to the top floor was for us one of the attractions of this unique hotel in the heart of Rome. No. We would certainly use it again. |

Nice B&B with spacious rooms and recently renovated with very polite staff. The bathroom was very OK, with a nice big jacuzzi shower. Breakfast was OK, but don't expect too much (you are in Italy). The owners restaurant recommendation wasn't such a good experience, don't go there (around the corner). Go to one of the restaurants at Via Leonina instead. |

Hotel staff were friendly and spoke English. The room was a good size for four people. The breakfast was generous and complimentary coffee and cold drinks were available free of charge throughout the day. Very close to Termini station. Free wifi was available and worked satisfactorily within the room. |

What I liked the most was the friendliness and kindness of the hotel's receptionist Mr. Tony. He was ready to help in any way possible. He would greet us every morning with a huge smile on his face. He made our trip as enjoyable as possible. When you stay at this hotel it feels just like home. We felt ourselves having a breakfast in our kitchen. Tony you are the best ! we have already missed you !:) We hope to see you there when we visit with our future kids :):)` !! elevator needs to be updated |

The B&B is very modern and chic. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The "inside" room has a cute view of the courtyard. The "outside" room has a gorgeous view of the city. I liked the variety of juices and (nonalcoholic) drinks they offer you when you arrive. There is also a small refrigerator full of free drinks in your room too. The staff was extremely attentive and gracious. The air conditioner in our room did not work very well. The staff leaves at a certain hour so there wasn't anyone we could talk to about this problem. Also, as a "B&B," I would have expected a more homemade type breakfast. Instead, it was a typical European fare of bread/cheese/yogurt/pastries. It wasn't bad... just not what I expected. Lastly, it was mildly difficult to find, with a small plaque in the front of the building (which also houses another hotel) and no obvious clue that it is located on the 5th floor. |

Very nice and quiet place to live in Rome. Could serve ourselves coffee/tea and other drinks etc whenever we wanted and the breakfast room had a very nice view to Santa Maria di Maggiore (church). |

This is a lovely place to stay.Fabulous to stay within walking distance to everything in the historical sector this side of the river. The rooms are very modern, clean, tidy and airconditioned. We had a pretty view from our window and slept like logs for the night.Walking distance to the Metro and airport train so convenient.Breakfast nice and sufficient. The only thing I could fault is, a bit of difficulty in finding the building where the B&B was located. |

The room was clean, attractive and comfortable. The English speaking employee was fairly knowledgeable and helpful. They actually added nothing to making the stay enjoyable. I did not like the lift and the fact that it was so small that luggage had to be transported piece by piece. I also feel that when entering the downstairs hallway there is no signage to indicate what floor to enter the establishment. Desk not monitored on a 24 hour basis. |

Beautifully designed, clean and with friendly atmosphere - plus the free drinks you can take from the fridge or coffee/tea you can prepare yourself, friendly staff When I was there the lift was not working (I did not have lots to carry upstairs but for someone with more luggage this could be difficult) |

This is a b&b on a good location with spacious rooms. Unlike earlier reviews I found the breakfast good, compared to other italian hotels. The breakfast space is limited, but adequate. There are ten chairs for twelve guests. It's unlikely the all eat at the same time in a two hour timespan. It's true that the elevator is old and a bit clumsy to use. I agree with earlier reviews about the hard beds. For me the combination of a hard bed with a soft en thin cushion was a bit problematic. Bring your own cushion and you will be fine. |

The place was wonderful. Clean, designed, esthetic and modern. Claudia was as helpful as can be, the room was great, big comfortable shower, AC, satellite TV, and a variety of food, and a great location. Bravo! Everything is good. A little bit hard to find unless you know the exact location, but it is a stylish place and a bit like to stay in a private quarters... |

This was our favorite hotel during our two week trip to Italy. The staff was great, as was the location. We could walk to everything but the Vatican, which was only ten minutes away via Metro. We had plenty of room for four. I highly recommend this B&B. |

Excellent location. Beds were very comfortable. Room pleasant. Nice to have bottled water and juice provided We had only one entry key and the entry was so complicated, we couldn't go out independently. It was an uncomfortable feeling that no one was available at the desk for a good part of the day or at night. No phone in the room. We were given a city map but no other literature was available. |
