Location, perfect for the sights and restaurants. Claudio and Toni were extremely helpful booking our visit to the Sistine chapel overall an excellent B&B nice relaxed atmosphere. A lot of steps up and down in a small area, needed to be careful not to miss your step, a minor negative given the overall stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and modern. Very close to the Roma termini as well as many sights in the centre. The metro is also a quick walk away to get to some further destinations.

We choosed this B&B because of the splended evaluations, and we don't regret. Nice room and bath, high standard, good location. Ok breakfast, and the benefits of free different warm and cold drinks all day. The wi-fi was weak and periodically unstabil.

La Maison B&B is very centrally located, close to the Termini train station and the Santa Maria Maggiore basilica. Access to all major atractions is easy, either walking, by bus or in the Metro. This is probably its strongest point. The people at the hotel are courteous and professional. The rooms are modern and well appointed, with good bathrooms.Closet space is limited but for stays of a few days is not a problem. The breakfast buffet is adequate even if variety is limited. The possibility to have a coffee, juice or water any time of day or night is very welcome. The hotel recommended a nearby restaurant called Antica Bohemia which was a major disappointment. I've had better pasta at a local restaurant in Geneva, Switzerland. Try instead the Taverna del Seminario near the Amphitheatre: excellent quality and value for money.

People were really very nice there! Upon arrival, they explained to us how to better visit the city etc. The room that we had was big and very modern. Breakfast was always prepared before 8:00. The hotel is not far from the Termini (bus station and train station), thus very convenient! We really had a very good time (though we have been stolen in Rome...). The staff really helped us a lot! The staff is not always there, while you can always call them if you have problems.

Great location, half way between the Colliseum and the main train and bus station in Rome. Doesn't get much better than this for location! 15 minutes walk either way, and a grat Irish pub 60 paces away. Super clean and modern interior. Great views from the rooms as it is on the top floor. Great old style elevator for interior access. Amazing breakfast and sitting area. The staff was really nice and helpful. We have already recommended this place to a couple of others that we have met during our cruise.

The room os very clean and confortable. The bathroom also is very good. The breakfast has good options and quality. The biggest strenght is definately the location: very close to Termini and Repubblica stations, also very easy to explore the city by feet. The wifi connection in the room was not good and we had to go to the lobby to actually use it.

Location is excellent. Basically within 30 minutes walking distance you can get anywhere in the historic downtown area. Safe area even though it is only 15 min walking from Termini Train Station. The room is basic but comfortable. The breakfast is also very basic, nothing special about it. Rome is a very expensive city and this b&b has a decent quality/price ratio when compared to the rest of the city, but still expensive. Front desk personnel helpful. Locazione e` eccellente. Not enough towels in the bathroom for a two day stay. Wi-fi is not working well in your room unless you are in one next to the lobby. Front desk personnel around only few hours per day, during arrivals and departures. Breakfast is pretty scarce and not good quality considering we are in Italy where food should be amazing anywhere (and usually is)! The entire place just needs a more "human touch", as it is it feels pretty impersonal.

Excellent beds, really nice spacious room for 4 people, and a great view. A very nice modern design, clean and comfortable, at a good location to walk around the city. The breakfast is nice, self service, and the drinks all day are free which great. You have to know the exact time of your arrival at the hotel, otherwise you can wait in front of the door, because there was nobody at the check in desk at 3 P.M.; The breakfast is nice, although we would have prefered also other types of bread except the toast.

The hotel is nice, modern and clean. The hotel is situated in an old building and have only six rooms - actually it is the last floor of the building. It is close to railway station and to the important tourist attractions. The room and the bathroom are large. In the room there is a free minibar (very helpful) and on breakfast area there is a coffee machine so you can take a coffee or tea any time durring the day. While having breakfast you can enjoy with the wonderful view of the Santa Maria Maggiore Church. We enjoy the stay in this hotel and would reccomend it to anybody. nothing, it was very good
