helpful staff, good location, spacious room, close to termini station there is no slipper in the room but anyway the carpet is comfort enough |

The location is ideal. Very easy to find,in walking distance to most sights and the central train station,Termini. The fact that there are only six rooms and that the fridge and coffee-maker are always available gives a feeling of homy comfort.Decoration was fantastic. Staff very friendly (when there).Thank you Tony for being so kind and always helpful Breakfast had a bit poor variety (but only a bit) for someone who's a big breakfast fan like me |

Location is great really. Whole place is extremely well decorated and you feel like you're staying at the 5 star hotel. It is really nice. I suppose that it was reconstructed recently. Excellent ! Well, there was a few things- First, when we got into the room, we noticed that bathroom was not clean as it should be, it was not dirty, but also not clean. Second, internet signal in the room was unusable, so I had to go to the dinning room to get connected what was annoying. And the third, there is no parking, so consider that you have to pay 25-30 euros per day for parking your car. |

very good location, walking distance to train station. Nice hotel staff, give quite clear indication about city tour and even introduce quite nice resturant in Rome. Simple but nice breakfast. Elevator. this hotel is on the top floor of this building, it is very tired if you have to climb to 5th floor by stairs. Price can be cheaper. |

The location of this hotel was ideal. we had a lovely time staying at the Relais la maison de luxe B&B. the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, they even arranged a car to pick us up from the airport. we plan to return to rome and will be staying here again when we do. |

We arrived earlier than anticipated, Claudia met us and sat down with us to go over the location, amenities etc. Everyone at the B&B met us with a smile! Perhaps only the main floor (T) of the building (not the hotel itself). |
