friendly staff, excellent location, lovely courtyard, benefits definately outweighed the little niggles. room was slightly shabby - needed a lick of paint, shower leaked onto floor. |

This hotel is beautiful and the staff was wonderful! Thanks again for recommending the pizza around the corner! We loved the room and the courtyard and the location was perfect. |

The staff were lovely, helpful and pleasant.The whole experience was extreemly luxurious and wonderful! There is much attention to detail in the rooms and a wonderful courtyard to enjoy at leisure. The hotel is well situated and within walking distance of all Rome's wonderful attractions. A true haven for weary travellers! This is our second visit and we look forward to returning again soon! |

Friendly staff, nice rooms, good location. In our room (I don't know about the others), the shower was leaking on the bathroom floor, there was a thick layer of dust on the closet, some rooms were bigger and nicer than the others (for the same price), the TV had no English channel. |

Very nice staff who ensured that our stay was very comfortable and easy. The hotel is on a strange street in Trastavere and there were homeless people laying on the street. This is not the hotel's fault at all, but it's a very sweet hotel in the midst of a not so nice area. Walking to the hotel was a little unnerving and I would not have felt safe doing that if I was traveling alone as a single woman. I was extra relieved that my boyfriend was with me. |

Hotellet låg väldigt bra placerat i Trastevere som är ett utmärkt område att bo på i Rom.Otroligt lugnt med tanke på att vara i en storstad plus att det var genuint Frukosten var lite snål. |

Un trés bel établissement, idéalement placé dans un quartier vivant et agréable. Nous avons adoré le personnel aux petits soins, le calme (bien qu'étant en centre ville) et la cour interieure parfaite pour prendre son petit dejeuner au soleil le matin. Vivement recommandé!!! |

De ligging van het hotel was geweldig. Op loopafstand van alles wat we wilden bezichtigen. Ook de wijk waarin het hotel zich bevindt is erg gezellig. Allemaal café's, kroegjes en restaurants in de buurt. De kamer was netjes en schoon. Het ontbijt was voor italiaanse begrippen helemaal prima. |

l'ospitalità, la disponibilità, la gentilezza di tutto lo staff. La stanza era molto carina come anche tutto il contesto mancanza delle imposte alle finestre, stanze non insonorizzate, perdita d'acqua dalla doccia. |

Nonostante si trovi in una posizione strategica e sicuramente trafficata, il relais, per la sua struttura, garantisce una certa tranquillità. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo non è adeguato: è troppo costoso! La colazione non è minimamente all'altezza del prezzo pagato! |

L'hôtel est trés bien situé, le quartier est charmant, trés typique et grouille de belles tavernes! A proximité des sites à visiter. Les chambres sont agréables, la literie parfaite! En revanche le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas... |

wir haben im August die Exekutive Suite gebucht und leider vorort nicht erhalten. ist leider ein Buchungsfehler des Hotel hat man uns mitgeteilt und uns ein Zimmer niedrigerer Kategorie gegeben. Ärgerlich wenn man uns das erst bei Ankunft mitteilt, immerhin haben wir gerade deswegen das Hotel ausgesucht weil wir diese bestimmte Suite wollten. bezhalen vorort war auch nicht möglich!! |
