Easy access to town and beach, 15 minute walk. Peaceful location, the jewel in the crown was the swimming pool, which was clean and well maintained. Our room Opened out onto a patio area, our companions room was accessed through reception and a sitting room. Staff are very helpful with providing limited breakfast for early starts.

Extremely difficult to find with no signs from the town, even the Sat Nav failed. Disappointing start with no one in reception to register us, we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to arrive. The odd job man tried to be helpful but spoke no English. The plumbing in our bathroom left a lot to be desired.

Nice cosy villa with rooms with their own small terraces. Quiet place which is a bit away from the noisy tourist center and coast but easily reached by bike 5 min (can be taken in villa) or by foot 20 min. We enjoyed hotel's pool, hammock and breakfast served by girl Klaudia on our terrace every morning. Very friendly personnel. It was ideal for us to come after busy centrum and beach and relax in a calm atmosphere at a pool's area.

We liked the peace and quiet & use of the swimming pool. It is a small resort with 7 bedrooms. The lady who makes the breakfast is lovely and welcoming. Her name is Claudia. We did not like the attitude of the owner and the total lack of organisation of the management staff. First, finding the resort is very difficult (poor signage). Second, there are no concierge services or receptionist after 8 P.M. We arrived late at night, the resort was closed and there was no one in the resort to welcome us. Third, the use of mobile phones is impossible (no Internet cover in that zone). Also is the hotel's phone hasnot been working for a while and we could not use our mobiles to contact the owner. We had to find a hotel downtown to make a call and it was almost midnight. Basically, there is no Internet access in the hotel. The owner and Manager don't know what the word hospitality mean, thee are just there to cash in guest's money and are very rude. We never received an apology. Showers are extremely small. We could hardly fit in. To cut a long story short, guests pay a premium but don't get the service they pay for. We will not recommend this place.

buona la posizione - ok la colazione. troppo costoso rispetto ai servizi offerti, le camere il bagno gli asciugamani non sono certo all'altezza di un relais 4 stelle direi che 3 stelle sono gia' piu' che sufficienti

1^ Si dovrebbe segnalare anche sul vostro sito che non c'è la copertura di campo dei telefonini. 2^ la colazione consiste in un cappuccino /caffè, qualche marmellata,burro, e ignobili croissant scaldati al microonde !!!!! 3^ la distanza dalle spiagge e dal centro di San Vito è considerevole, è necessario trasferirsi in auto con costi di parcheggio notevoli (1 euro/ora).

We vonden het dorp erg touristisch. On italiaans, leek meer op spanje. Wel vriendelijke mensen en prima strand. Helaas te veel verkopers op strand.

Lo staff molto cordiale dà ottimi consigli su cosa fare e visitare durante il soggiorno. Il residence è silenzioso, pulito e ha un'ottima struttura architettonica. Ideale per chi ama la tranquillità, fare passeggiate e spostarsi in bicicletta

La posizione non è male, a pochi passi dal mare (ma non in un tratto agevole per la balneazione) e vicino (2 minuti in macchina, 5 in bici) al centro di San Vito Lo Capo, se si ha a disposizione un'auto sono facilmente raggiungibili spiagge splendide.

Il personale è inesistente (al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto chiamare il responsabile al cellulare perchè non c'era nessuno), la descrizione della colazione è una presa in giro (trattasi di un cappuccino/caffè imbevibile ed un cornetto confezionato scaldato nel microonde, servita non prima delle 08.30), il rapporto qualità/prezzo è improponibile: camere e servizio sono molto al di sotto del prezzo. Non ci tornerei.

Nella presentazione su booking non è specificato che nell'hotel non prende il telefonino,la posizione non è corretta ma più distante da ciò che è indicato sulla cartina, la camera cosiddetta economica è improponibile e secondo me il bagno neanche a norma.Con ciò però dopo la prima notte la titolare ci ha dato una stanza bella senza farci pagare alcuna maggiorazione.Non essendoci nel paese ne sulla strada alcuna indicazione se non viene a prenderti la titolare con la macchina ,uno non riuscirebbe mai a trovate questo hotel.

I titolari della struttura sono molto cordiali e disponibili nei confronti delle esigenze dei clienti (itinerari da consigliare, ristoranti, ecc.). La piscina interna è molto graziosa e confortevole

Fantastisk sted - intet mindre! Skøn og rolig beliggenhed I fantastiske omgivelser med varmt og hyggeligt personale. Virkelig lækkert sted, som får vores varmeste anbefalinger. Værelserne var rigtig fine og lækker terasse og poolområde.

Per I visitatori è necessario sapere che in questa struttura il telefono non ha assolutamente campo. Ci sono delle bici, a pagamento per raggiungere il centro e la spiaggia, non vicinissimi.

Sehr schöner Garten und Swimmingpool Sehr ruhige Lage Man lebt auf der Veranda und im Garten Leckeres Frühstück Küche im Zimmer Ideal für mit Kindern Man braucht ein Auto, aber man kann beim Friedhof gratis parken und dann zu Fuss 10 Minuten zum Strand, San Vito Lo Capo

Unsere Zimmer waren klein, aber da man eh immer draussen ist, macht dies nichts

Aanrader! Een heerlijke plek om te zijn. Kleinschalig, erg ontspannen sfeertje, lieve en behulpzame mensen. Fijne kamer (erg schoon allemaal) met elke ochtend op je eigen terrasje een heerlijk ontbijt (ook glutenvrij). Mooi zwembad erbij en met de mountainbike die je mee kunt nemen vanaf het terrein, ben je binnen 5 minuten op het strand. San Vito lo Capo is een gezellig dorpje, veel leuke restaurantjes en een erg mooi strand.

Eigenlijk geen tegenvallers. Telefonisch bereik is wel slecht, daarentegen op het hele terrein goed wifi-bereik. De locatie is niet echt goed te vinden, geen goede bewegwijzering. Tip: doorrijden na de begraafplaats, ook na het stukje braakliggende terrein, dan kom je het vanzelf tegen.

Frühstück auf der Terrasse. Man konnte jederzeit seine Wünsche äußern und alle waren sehr bemüht, diese zu erfüllen. Wir wurden vom Besitzer zu Ausflügen gefahren.

Betten waren unbequem und Moskitos im Zimmer
