The wonderfull view, the terrace,so quiet ,with peace and confort! The gentileza staff and Vera godo gastronomie!

Accommodation and staff could not be faulted.

Only perhaps the bath was awkward to access for an older person and there was no handrail at all.

The presentation and food description on the rather tired menu left in the room does not do the food justice and the descriptions used was one of the reasons we ate out the first night. Big cobwebs above bed in our room Tired plumbing in the bathroom and no-where to hang up towels We were told the air conditioning in our room was controlled by reception (despite a control panel in the bedroom) basically the air con is turned off at this time of the year with no option to cool the room

Everything was perfect. Thanks to all the staff at the hotel. We will be back! Specifically, it was a quiet location with fantastic views and superb food. The area has many good restaurants and the mountains and lake are great to explore.

Disappointed that there was no iron in room...its standard nowadays. No place to have a drink and meet others staying there. Not friendly. Would not book with Romantik again. Very strict in relation to leaving the room.. Got calls to do so at 11.30. Not a good experience...

Sensationelle Lage mit Blick auf See. Das Hotel ist wunderschön, eine positive Überraschung.

Essen und Trinken ist etwas gehoben aber sehr gut.
