Que l'habitació es còmode, el llit també es molt gran i còmode, i l'habitació nova. També m'ha agradat la seva situació, a prop de la plaça Barberini, i ben comunicat amb metro i bus. Sí. Atès que l'hotel només te 5 habitacions i, de fet, es un pis més a un edifici de pisos, a la 1ª planta, l'entrada des del carrer a l'hotel passa per l'entrada general a l'edifici, que es tristísima, antiga i descuidada, i quan arribes la 1ª vegada no et creus que allò pugui ser l'hotel, i et fan ganes de marxar. Tampoc ens va agradar que la TV no tingui cap canal internacional, i els canals disponibles son tots italians, i molts d'ells només de publicitat. |

The room and aopartment in which the "hotel" is located is very clean. There is a supermarket next door --- very convenient! We were in Rome during a rainy week. Our room smelled of sewage the whole time and the shower had very poor drainage. We'd wash outr feet in the sink after a shower. Repeated requests and comments ellicited a lot of talk and no action (we werre there for 6 days) . When I finally insisted on some compensation we were directed to the mother hotel for a dinner w/o drinks...... Poor customer service! |

The staff were some of the friendliest I have ever come across. The room was good: clean + comfortable. The location of the hotel was quiet and very convienient for 'tourist Rome' No kettel in the room |

Bella camera con letto molto confortevole. Bel bagno. Ottima pulizia. Disponibilità del personale. Posizione comoda. Poche camere. Si sentono un pò i rumori provenienti dalle altre stanze essendo un appartamento trasformato in hotel. Un pò di rumore del traffico. La doccia senza flessibile. Televisore posizionato troppo in alto. |
