its a small place quiet and lovley i didnt like the fact that for the price that i paid i needed to pay 3euro for extra towel !!! to be honest at the first day i did received extra towel-no charge but after 2 days it was taken and the guy at the reception apply for 3 euro- very wierd. also our room was very close to the kitchen and every morning i wake up with breakfast smells, thanks the breakfast was very limited so they didnt fried bacon! |

Very good location! Close to Trevi Fountain.....There is also shop very close, so you can buy food if necessary. Very noisy, even when windows are closed. Also was bit hard to find and get into hotel as there were no signs outside only one small sign near door bell. And each time we had to call for door to be open. But in general we were very satisfied with hotel and for sure recommend to others and will use it next time when we visit Rome! |

The location was great - in a very quiet area and within walking distance of landmarks however a little far from the train station if carrying a heavy suitcase. Many great restaurants nearby - look for the less commercialised ones and you won't be disappointed. The breakfast was a little 'boring' and not as good as we had experienced in other similar hotels. It was also inappropriate for a staff member to question the cleaner in our presence. |

The location was perfect for getting around Rome Make it clear that there are two Ottocento. Same owner. Taxi driver took us to the wrong one and we had to walk 15 mins with all our luggage to the one we had booked. Hotel is on a second floor of a bldg. The sign for our hotel should be a little larger to find. Other than that, highly recommend for a good rate/location hotel. |

The location was fantastic. Very close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The staff was excellent. The hotel is very small with only five rooms and had a B & B feel to it. We would definitley book again. Initially, the hotel is somewhat difficult to find. And as with many hotels in Italy, is located on the second floor of the building. This can make it difficult for those with lots of luggage. |

Accueil très sympathique. Petits déjeuners très agréables et suffisants.Situation proche des transports et des sites. Fenêtres aux huisseries défectueuses et anciennes, ne ferment pas.Volets vétustes à refaire. Tringlerie des bouchons de lavabo et bidet non raccordée . |

Si vous n'aimez pas les grands hôtels mais rechercher le calme et le confort, ce Relais est tout désigné! L'accueil tout à fait charmant de Anna et Nicholas, sait nous mettre à l'aise. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables, les petits déjeuners sont complets et variés. Hôtel est bien situé, mais pas évident à trouver la première fois. Le personnel multilingue et sait bien nous conseiller. L'insonorisation laisse un peu à désirer. |

hele mooie en schone kamers, prima ontbijt en zeer behulpzaam personeel. ligging tov Termini uitstekend ( 10 min te voet) centraal gelegen. De kamers zijn gehuisvest in een gebouw op de eerste verdieping. Van buiten lijkt het geen hotel: je moet bellen bij een grote bruine poort, dan via trappen of lift naar eerste verdieping waarna je in het kleine maar geweldige verblijf komt. een aanrader. |

Os funcionários foram muito cordiais e gentis. Há apenas 5 quartos, o café pode ficar melhor, e passamos três vezes na frente do hotel sem notá-lo, e acho que uma placa maior ajudaria. |

El personal es atento se destaca la buena predisposicion para contestar y ayudar ante cualquier inconveniente, la habitacion comoda , buena limpieza El edificio es horrible, dificil de ubicar la puerta de entrada porque nadie sabe que alli funciona un hotel ya que son solo 5 habitaciones en un primer piso de un edificio viejo (no antiguo, viejo).No existe loby.Me tuve que encontrar con mis parientes de Roma en otro punto porque me daba vergüenza que pasaran por el hotel a recogerme.La ubicacion no es buena. |

zentrale Lage alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar,Metro sehr nah,super saubere Zimmer,sehr freundliches Personal,man fühlt sich als Gast willkommen,Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt,sehr zuvorkommend,hilfsbereit Verständigung auf Englisch perfekt ziemlich kleiner Frühstücksbereich,nur 3 Zweiertische( bei 5 Zimmern wird es eng wenn alle zur gleichen Zeit frühstücken wollen) leider gab es nur an zwei Tagen Kaffee,da der Kaffeeautomat bereits bei unserer Ankunft nicht ganz ok war u.somit seinen Geist völlig aufgab,schade man hätte einen neuen Automaten besorgen können,aber in Italien geht alles etwas langsamer. |
