No existe loby.

The hotel was very homey and cozy. The staff (especially Alexandra) was extremely helpful with directions, recommendations of places to dine, and taking care of accommodations in a timely and polite manner. |

Location, small size of the hotel and private atmosphere. And the bed is excellent for the relax after long day of sightseeing Breakfast is moderate - and absolutely the same every day. Water in the shower warms up too slow and runs under too weak pressure. Furniture in the room (except excellent bed) has low 'usability' - especially wardrobe |

The staff were excellent, always on premise and gave personal attention. While some have criticized the difficulty finding the place, we had no problem and liked the fact that it is in a larger building where you need to press a button to get buzzed in, which adds to the security. Since there are only five rooms, the staff who are there 24 hours know who comes and goes. Also, the location is great, very close to the Via Veneto and yet not that far from the Termini train station. We also appreciated the fact that when you make a booking through booking.com, you get a personalized email reply from the B&B staff directly, allowing you to be in touch with them regarding your stay. The breakfast is traditional Italian, which means relatively sparse by American standards, but they have enough to give you a good start to the day and the fresh croissants are great. |

The hotel room are very modern, clean, spacious and confortable. The staff is very kind. The breakfast is fair. It is located in a quiet place but not far from Via Tritone and Corso and Spanish Steps. I had problem to find the hotel. It is a small hotel located in a building with other commercial offices and the indication how to reach the hotel is not easy to find. You only can see the name of hotel (small) written on window glass on second floor. |

The traditional and handsome interior of the hotel room and the bathroom were delightful (as was the location, of course). All in all, the stay was a wonderful experience, although we were told that we were lucky to get the only noise-free room facing the inner courtyard. The breakfast was unfortunately a quite disappointing, even by Italian standards. It was quite frightening to find the 0,5 cm thick slices of some rubbery cheese and equally thick slices or bits of spam meat on the plate each morning. The orange juice, cappuccino and croissant which were available were little comfort, however. Luckily there are several bars in the vicinity offering English breakfast for 6€ (or any other real breakfast). Also the necessity of returning the room key to the reception each time we went outside was both troublesome and an obvious security risk. Why not switch to room key cards? |

Very good location! Close to Trevi Fountain.....There is also shop very close, so you can buy food if necessary. Very noisy, even when windows are closed. Also was bit hard to find and get into hotel as there were no signs outside only one small sign near door bell. And each time we had to call for door to be open. But in general we were very satisfied with hotel and for sure recommend to others and will use it next time when we visit Rome! |

The location was great - in a very quiet area and within walking distance of landmarks however a little far from the train station if carrying a heavy suitcase. Many great restaurants nearby - look for the less commercialised ones and you won't be disappointed. The breakfast was a little 'boring' and not as good as we had experienced in other similar hotels. It was also inappropriate for a staff member to question the cleaner in our presence. |

The location was perfect for getting around Rome Make it clear that there are two Ottocento. Same owner. Taxi driver took us to the wrong one and we had to walk 15 mins with all our luggage to the one we had booked. Hotel is on a second floor of a bldg. The sign for our hotel should be a little larger to find. Other than that, highly recommend for a good rate/location hotel. |

The location was fantastic. Very close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The staff was excellent. The hotel is very small with only five rooms and had a B & B feel to it. We would definitley book again. Initially, the hotel is somewhat difficult to find. And as with many hotels in Italy, is located on the second floor of the building. This can make it difficult for those with lots of luggage. |
