The location, the room was clean, it was quiet.
The breakfast, the staff did not speak English, there was only one key to the room, break fast simple.
Service of staff and room confort
Noise from people walking in the corridor -
We loved the location.
the beds were very uncomfortable - and we would choose a larger room next time.
the person who helped us with chck in was very kind and helpful, it is an amazing building, very comfartable rooms, nice large bathroom, good breakfast, wasy location, could leave luggages after early check in which was very helpful.
For some reason minibar was never replenished, which was included in the price. I forgot to mention it to the staff after first night and after second night it was the same. Then it was check out day.
The staff were great. Very helpful. Good position to see all the sights.
Brilliant location. Fantastic ice cream store opposite. Very clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Staff spoke good English.
Staff are not there 24/7 so if you need something in the late afternoon/ early evening there is no one to ask. Breakfast was nothing fantastic as it just seemed to be stuff bought from the local supermarket. Jaccuzi bath didn't seem to work at all.
The location of the hotel was excellent. In front of Piazza del Poppolo and with the Metro station right beside it. The rooms were great, with large and clean bathrooms. The breakfast was rather small in options but it was not really a problem since the quality was good. The cappucino coffee was great also. The staff was helpful.
Though the staff was helpful, it struck to us that they were not familiar with the English language
Helpful friendly service
Hard to beat the location across the street from the Popolo plaza and right next to the Metro stop. Once inside the hotel, it's nothing fancy, but clean and tastefully decorated.
Felt a bit like entering an office building. The hotel is in the 3rd floor of a building with many other tenants. The rooms are also a little on a small side.
rooms were clean and spacious staff helpful and friendly
Staff very friendly and useful. Problem management excellent.
We arrived later for breakfast once and there were almost no fresh fruit left and none were provived again.
Staff is very helpful and friendly.
Hotel Sign not prominent hence difficult to locate.
Great and very helpfull staff :) Excellent location, easy to reach everything by foot. Metro and buses also right outside. Very central and still quiet at night and in the mornings.
Very centrally located; the staff were fantastic and most helpful!
great location. clean and comfy room
Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Right beside the metro and close to the shopping street and good restaurants.
Some noise in the mornings, but that is a good wake up call:)
Location, rooms large and airy. Next to metro and trams. Could be noisy in day but we were out enjoying Rome
Burger King crowd outside
We had to wait 30 minutes outside the palace for our check in because there wasn't nobody and it was saturday afternoon.Poor breakfast, small bed room and sheets not so clean
The location was excellent and the building itself was interesting. The room and bathroom were well laid out and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful.
What's not to like?
Superb Location! We walk all over Rome for this location! Its not the center but the norther part of the tourist center area! The hotel space is on the 3rd floor, reachable by the lift. Comfortable rooms and very friendly staff, always willing to make you feel home! Great choice!
It is a very good hotel for a weekend in Rome. Daniela was very helpful and kindly. The breakfast was delicious.
The lady over there is very kind. She is helpful.

The staff was friendly but very professional with hospitality mind.
Fridge was missing in the room. The breakfast is sufficient but could be better.
