The location of this hotel is fantastic if you want to be extremely close to all the major tourist attractions and waterbus stops. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bed was huge and the room, even though in a separate building from the main reception, was of a high standard and very clean. Breakfast was brought to our room and was lovely. The only tiny details I could class as negative were being woken up by the bells of St Mark's Basilica (but this could also be seen as charming) at 7am. Because it rained during our stay there was also a slight 'drainy' smell in the bathroom but for the amount of time we spent in the room this wasn't really a problem. |

This hotel is only one who have balcon window watching Piazza San Marco. In some room you heve to change furniture. |

The room was very spacious and the traditional Venetian style was charming.. The location of the hotel was trickly to find at first but once found proved to be extremely convenient. Right in the middle of everything and literally right next to Piazza San Marco. |

This small boutique hotel/guesthouse has a perfect and convenient location. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable and have a local flair in terms of the decoration. All by all we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and we don’t have anything wrong to say about it other than that we will definitely book again on our return visit to Venice. And last but not least we believe we got value for money and enjoyed our visit much more than when we previously stayed at the very expensive five star hotels on the quay side. |

Excellent view on S.Marco square from room windows. The best location in the center of Venezia. Very responsive, friendly & careful staff. They did all their best for us. Poor breakfast, but it's very romantic to have breakfast in the room with so beautiful view. |

The hotel is extremely central in San Marco area. Convenient access to San Marco piazza, grand canal, restaurants and shopping. Quiet rooms make for a great sleep. Airconditioning did not work and there were no instructions on how to work the safe. Although in saying that, when pushed reception search for instructions, rectifying this issue. |

Excellent location and friendly staff. Some rooms are actually in another building, which is quite close by the one where the reception is, but those rooms are on the second floor and there's no lift. It wasn't a problem for us, though, as our luggage was very light. |

L'emplacement est idéal, la chambre est très propre même si des efforts sont à faire dans l'entretien des équipements de la salle d'eau notamment. Parfois de mauvaises odeurs dues certainement à la vétusté des réseaux, l'entrée de l'hôtel n'est pas formidable et les équipements de la salle de bain sont à revoir. |

Hotel merveilleussement situé ,direct sur la place St Marc.Le personnel est à l'écoute des clients et trés disponible.Malgré accés direct à la place ,l'hotel est calme et nous ne sommes pas dérangé par l'animation extérieur.Trés agréable séjour |

Situation de l'hôtel idéale près de la Basilique (mais attention: son du clocher trés tôt!), petit déjeuner dans la chambre, trés agréable. Belle chambre sobre et classe Pour une chambre dite "deluxe", le pommeau de douche ne tenait plus, moisissures dans la baignoire, couvre-lit tâché d'encre. Petit déjeuner un peu trop classique (pain confiture, croissant, céreales et lait, yaourt). |

A localização do hotel é excelente, para quem vai a Veneza não pode haver melhor localização e o quarto com vista para a Praça de S. Marcos é fantástico, acordar de manhã cedo e ver a praça sem ninguém, é um privilégio concedido apenas a alguns. Vou voltar e aquele quarto é, definitivamente, o meu quarto em Veneza! |

La ubicación es lo más destacable. Teniendo en cuenta que los precios en los hoteles en Venecia son elevados, la relación calidad-precio conseguida es también otro aspecto a destacar. El personal de recepción es muy amable y servicial, nos proporcionaron mucha información de interés sobre la ciudad. El hotel consta de dos edificios casi contiguos, nosotros estuvimos en el edificio en el que no está la recepción y no tenía vistas a la plaza de San Marco sinó a una de sus calles paralelas. El desayuno lo sirven en la habitación, las opciones a escoger no són muchas (Zumo, café/capuccino/chocolate/té, y de sólidos: cereales, croasán o tostadas envasadas con mermelada) |

da excelente localização, da simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários, todos fluentes em inglês e do computador com acesso gratuito à internet. o quarto (nº 54) não tinha nada a ver com o publicitado nas fotos do site, era bastante pior em aspecto (mesmo feio), estava degradado (armário, portadas) e ficava no anexo, sem vista para a praça. Não percebi porquê, uma vez que reservei e paguei um quarto "superior". E ouvia-se muito o barulho da rua (calle san marco), bastante movimentada desde muito cedo e até tarde. |

Die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist venezianisch charmant, die Lage direkt am San Marco Platz spitzenklasse, das Zimmer sehr sauber, das Personal freundlich. Im obersten Stock gibt es eine kleine Dachterasse - sehr nett. Entlüftungsanlage zu laut (läuft immer dann an, wenn irgendwo im Haus ein Wasserhahn angeschaltet wird (oder Toilettenspütlung betätigt wird) und war zumindest in dem Zimmer in der obersten Etage deutlich zu hören. |

Nabijheid van het San Marco plein. Centrale plaats als start voor de uitstappen. De vriendelijkheid van alle drie de receptie mensen. De suite dewelke we kregen als upgrade op de hoogste verdieping was erg aangenaam. Er was een enorm lawaai van een waterpomp(?) telkens er ergens water genomen werd + blijkbaar regelmatige intervals. Dit was vooral merkbaar in de onze suite. Dit lawaai was ook aanwezig gedurende nacht. Zolang dit probleem niet hersteld is, is de kamer of het hotel een afrader. Buiten de kamer beschikt het hotel niet over gemeenschappelijke ruimtes zoals, ontbijtkamer, zitruimte, bar. Dit verwacht je toch wel van een 3 ster hotel en prijsklasse.Het ontbijt moet in de kamer geserveerd worden, dit vroeg wat aanpassing aangezien het salontafeltje te laag was. Met wat verhuis van een nachttafel uit de slaapkamer kon dit opgelost worden. |

Doskonała lokalizacja i miłe śniadania w pokoju. Bliskość najciekawszych zabytków i niepowtarzalnej atmosfery miasta. Przyjazna obsługa. Dobra pościel i wyciszenie akustyczne. Jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu!! Stoliki przy łóżkach wprawdzie designersko przykryte, lecz zrobione z surowej, niewykończonej płyty wiórowej. Tandetne kopie obrazów, bardzo zakłócające charakter wnętrza, niczym z dekoracji filmowej lub teatralnej. Jednak całość wrażeń raczej pozytywna. |

en plein coeur de venise à 10 mètres de la place saint-marc et surtout à 100 mètres des vaporetto pour l'aéroport et le port.car il n'est pas facile de prendre possession de sa chambre d'hotel dans venise en ayant ses valises sous le bras.Autant être dans un hotel près des moyens de transports ce qui est le cas du relais piazza san marco les escaliers pour monter à la réception au 1er étage |

La ubicación es una maravilla. Me desperté oyendo el Campanile..un lujo. El edificio por fuera desentona con el interior de un hotel en el que, si bien las zonas comunes son muy pequeñas han optado por dar amplitud a las habitaciones. Son ámplias, cómodas y decoradas con estilo. El desayuno te lo sirven en la propia habitación. Es una opción excelente. |
