at first this is not a hotel but apartments,sleeping was poor because it was noisy some machines beybe ventilators.and bed was realy poor. |

the location just a few meters from la Piazza della Signoria, the comfort and equipment of the room, the quietness within the residence. the first impression just at the moment of the arrival, as there is no very visible sign that this is a residence. |

The hotel staff was more than just kind. They make you feel like you are home. The location is perfect. Florence is right under your feet. Thanks to everyone who made this possible. Our one night stay at Florence became a wonderful pleasure. |

The apartments are modern and well equiped. The service is very good, with a very nice staff. Bathroom and bedroom are very nice and comfortable. Our view was great. Highly Recommended. |

This was our favorite place that we stayed at in Italy. It was definitely the most spacious. There was a living room area, small kitchen area, bedroom, and bathroom. the shower in the bathroom was the biggest out of all other hotels we stayed at in Rome. That you don't know its Relais Piazza Signoria. I didn't see a sign on the outside anywhere. When our taxi dropped us off we were very nervous. We asked the Gelato place next door and they told us what number to punch in. |

Everthing was great! The location was the best - right in the Piazza Signore. The room (apartment) was much larger then most European hotels and had everyting we needed - king size bed, flat screen tv, awesome bathroom and even a fridge with complimentary drinks! The price was great too. |

Location fantastic with lovely views of adjacent piazza from room. In centre of nightlife area with lots of lovely restaurants to choose from. Great shopping also closeby. Could walk to all the main sights and attractions. Kitchenette very small although don't know why it is needed as surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Fridge also very small and not cold enough despite turning to coldest temperature. Milk we had just bought went off within a day as a result of fridge being ineffective. Some of paintwork also peeling off walls and needing renewing. |

Perfect location. Private, spacious, modern. Magnificent attention to detail. Don't go with a car unless you want to pay 25 euro a day for parking!... But, that said, the valet service is excellent! |

The Relais Piazza Signoria is a great hotel for the price, and it's centrally located right in the heart of Florence. We loved its proximity to the Uffizi Gallery and would definitely stay there again. It has an obscure entrance but since it's right in an apartment complex, it can be expected |

Good value for money - more of a apartment than a hotel in many respects. Helpful staff, clean and nicely decorated rooms and fantastic location. Some of the rooms have only one window. |

Good location although can get quite crowded and congested around the front door to this "apartment building". Beware - staff will convert the euro charge into us dollars at a substantial markup - and then most us Card issuers will charge a foreign transaction fee on top of that! Did not respond at all to repeated requests to correct this sneaky practice. |

Rosa was very friendly and helpful when we first arrived. she took a good bit of time to explain where things were in the room and how they worked. For instance, she pointed out in the kitchenette that the drinks were complimentary. The price was rather high (190 euro or 250 USD) for a small room. The room was comfortable, but it was loud (construction in the building, tenants stood outside our door and talked, and Florence is just a loud city). |
