Lovely apartment, heaps of space, lots of windows to open to take in the glorious scenes. Well equipped. Perfect. Great shower at last.
We found it hard to find. Use the address, don't look for signs.
location location location. Early am the tranquility in plaza signola was unique. Need to walk few steps, eating, art museum were there. the hotel entrance between the gelateria and the pizza and beer place was small. The room was very nice the view from the room awesome.
Perfect location!!!Nice and helping staff, large room, very comfortable
Location was excellent
Location, view from balcony, staff
I stayed in Florence for 5 nights. For the first three nights i stayed in the deluxe room with view. The room is so big and clean. We made ourselves breakfast and enjoyed convenience of the location-right in the Piazza Signori that is perfect. 5 min to the Duomo， 1 min
For the last 2 days, we moved into a classic double room which is a little too small. if you go to Florence, definitely go for a deluxe room. Also it's true for classic room to have several marks/ scatches on the wall.
I loved the location, waking distance to every museum, a lot of restaurants and coffee shops around. The apartment has a nice space for a couple, toilet and kitchen very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly.
we had a complementary bottle of champagne waiting for us on arrival for our 25th wedding anniversary
The location was superb
Fault with electrics kept us awake the first night. This was fixed but only stayed two nights. The table on the terrace was damaged not what we expected.
Location and modern furnishings
Very small kitchenette
Incredible location, quite well maintained, pretty clean and very confortable
Quite expensive and .... reception closes at 6:00 PM !! Not shure it is worth the money to have only 12 hr reception
10/10 The hotel is perfect
No thing at all
accessibility size of apartment
could have had an extra mirror
Insulation from noise: super.
Completelly self-catering: will improve by adding more staff.
Very poor condition, not enough ventilation, smell of drainage, AC was not working.
Friendly and helpful receptionist (Fulvio)
1. Cleaness 2. Fair insulation - noisy streets, specifically in the morning
At check out my ATM card would not process the bill. The gentleman at the desk was very patient Nd helpful. I had to go across the piazza to the bank to get cash. Later that day my bank called and stated my card had been compromised at Home Depot in CT so that's how it wouldn't allow the charge. Again thanks for your help.
can't be worse...dirty room, non-english speaking receiption..don't worth the price at all !
Everything. The bed was very comfortable and I was well rested for next day of exploring florence. Opening the door and exiting into main plaza with people already busy was a unique experience. This place has given us just that. A unique experience of florence. I recommend anyone to experience it from here as their base.
Near Uffizi,Pitti Palace, Pontes Vecchio,Duomo, and pedestrian areas. It was a fifteen minute walk to train station and hop on hop off tours.Quiet.Welcome package included water, coke, juice, sugar, coffee, tea, jam. very comfortable Air Conditioning.Good bed!Great walk in shower.Elevator to our floor helped us.Staff were always helpful and courteous. Can not beat the location in a fabulous city!!
There was not a microwave. There were two hot plates and a fridge and dishes and cutlery. Many of the walls were marked and require painting. There was no cable for receiving English news or programs.
We had a room three floors up overlooking the Piazza which was lovely, and central for the places we wanted to visit. Good air conditioning. Comfortable bed, towels replenished each day (except the tea towel - we bought kitchen roll to compensate). I had my Kindle stolen while out walking and the staff member at Relais Piazza Signoria was most helpful, which was appreciated.
The climb to the room! There is a lift, but it's tiny and claustrophobic, so we chose to use the stairs. the kitchen is tiny, as is the fridge provided. We also had a problem when paying by card at the end of our stay. Twice we were told that our card had been declined, but as this card had been used at all the restaurants/shops we visited, we insisted it was okay. On the third attempt (this time we were asked to enter our PIN), the payment went through! These were minor irritations though and we did enjoy our stay.
Great staff, nicely appointed, and equipped. Location is perfect. We highly recommend this hotel. The price was excellent for city center, Florence.
BBC and CNN would have been nice. Also the air conditioning could be a little cooler.
This is an appartment located 2 steps (not a joke) from the Piazza della Signoria and 1 minute (also not a joke) from the famous Ponte del Vecchio... The Duomo is 3 minutes away! You enter the appartment next to a gellati (ice cream bar). Staff is very friendly and the check in was quick. There is a small elevator you can use (mind you, these buildings are old). The appartment (we had the deluxe) is well sized. The WiFi was very good and fast. Fully equipped kitchen. Airconditioning in every room.
Location, in the beautiful and centric piazza Signoria. Close to restaurants, shops museums, everything! Nice size bedroom, good wi-fi, air conditioning, bathroom, tikitchenette te.
Not perfectly clean, no storage space, no microwave in kitchenette, towels changed only twice in 5 days but no place to hang them, tiny elevator.
