Uniquely located just 50 metres from the Uffizi Gallery and 200 metres from Brunelleshi’s Duomo, this charming hotel boasts rooms overlooking the Piazza della Signoria.

The hotel is situated at an angle, exactly in front of the famous Bar Rivoire and on the street which is the natural progression from the Piazza della Signoria towards Por Santa Maria.

The owner of the majority of these studios decided to completely redesign 8 of them to create a tourist villa ideal for families or individuals who prefer the privacy of a home without losing the services and comforts of a hotel.

In addition, 2 apartments on the attic floor share a private terrace with an incomparable, close-up view of the Palazzo Vecchio. Here you can enjoy a delicious aperitif or unforgettable dinner in complete privacy.

The amazing place of the Hotel right in Piazza Signioria and the comfort of the rooms.

You could have a more recognizable sign outside the hotel. We spent quite a time to find it:-)

The location of the apartment is perfect. The room is clean and nice and comfortable. Despite this is an apartment building, the security is safe. I enjoy very much our stay here.

everything idealy situated close to all the main sites. room fantastic. air con a must. situated in a busy square but you couldnt haer anything through the trible glazed windows. would highly reccomend staying there

Loved everything - location especially, definitely the best we had in Europe. Close to everything and I also really liked the code needed to enter the building, made me feel safe and secure. With relation to the staff, Rosa in particular went out of her way for us several times.

Not at all - full cooking facilities, great pay TV, clean spacious bathrooms - it was all good.

The receptionist Rosa provides excellent service especially on the food recommendation and very quick to respond. The location is fantastic and superb.

Some of the apts next door are not renovated.

Location, location, location! The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful.

It was hard to figure out how to get into the building, with just key pads on the outside. It was also hard to find the reception area (on the top floor).

Staff very nice, rooms very clean, good location. In spite of some noise from outside the rooms we really loved our stay at this hotel/apt. We loved having a little kitchen area to prepare a small meal . Learned how to use the Italian coffee pot (fun) ..and loved food shopping in the little grocery stores around town. I noticed guest that were leaving thanking Roberto for a enjoyable stay.

We could hear people coming and going in the hall and closing doors, however we did not have a problem sleeping as it was mostly early evening and mornings....

The hotel was very central but the windows completely blocked out any outside noise. The bathroom was very clean and new and the room was contemporary.

The cooker made the lights in the room fuse when we used it.
