Hotel Adriano is in an elegant 17th-century building in central Rome, a 5 minute walk from the Pantheon and the shopping street Via Del Corso. Rooms are stylish and air-conditioned.

Hotel Condotti is a small and cozy boutique hotel, on a peaceful, typical street of Rome's historic center. It is just around the corner from the famous Spanish Steps.

Just a 3-minute walk from the Spanish Steps, Hotel Forte is located in Via Margutta, made famous in the movie Roman Holiday. It offers traditional, air-conditioned rooms with LCD TV.
Score from 526 reviews Very good
So close and bang in the middle of the centre, staff were very helpful and rooms were clean and comfortable.
Could be better if we could get a big bed instead of 2 small ones (but we booked too late so basically it's not their fault)
Perfect location, perfect staff, perfect room decoration, perfect wifi
The hotel was at the Spanish steps, very central once you got your bearings. The room was very clean and comfortable and with a very large bathroom. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to all visiting Rome
The location was excellent, just a minutes walk from the Spanish steps. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and also very happy to provide any additional recommendations for food and a night out in Rome. The room was spacious with a decent sized ensuite and very clean.
Everything was perfect!
Nothing. Suited us perfectly
Lovely staff. Quiet room despite being in very touristy area. Easy walking distance of all major sights.
Excellent location, friendly service,
Another patron of the hotel was in the hallway on his speaker phone at 11:30 pm. I had to get up, go in the hall to tell him to go in his room to converse. The water was cool in the shower my last morning.
Location. Metro 20 ft away lovely spanish steps and fountain right outside the hotel. Especially beautiful early in am when no one is around
Walking out of the massive wooden front door onto Piazza Spagna is a dream. This hotel has a brilliant location right in the centre of Rome, but once behind the doors it is a cool and sophisticated retreat in the charm of a historic home. The lift to the accommodation floor is tiny but perfectly adequate. The staff are welcoming, friendly and have an enormous amount of local knowledge. They also speak perfect English. The rooms are spacious and well -appointed. Although breakfast is not available in the hotel there is a kettle, tea and coffee supplies, packaged toasts and jam and a refrigerator. There are small supermarkets nearby and plenty of cafes and restaurants to suit all budgets. The location is ideally suited for both shopping and sight-seeing and is right next to Spagna Metro station, although this does not cause any noise disturbance. For visitors who prefer to avoid large hotels this is a brilliant solution. We have stayed three times and would happily return.
Perfect location...very pleasant staff who kindly allowed us keep the room later than the official check-out time as we has a late flight out of Rome. Although Rome was heaving with tourists our room was very quiet and comfortable. We had a most pleasant stay.
Our mini fridge made a humming sound that sounded like someone snoring in the distance? Rm 103. Very little counter space in the bathroom.
Location was amazing! Hotel was very nice. Staff were amazingly helpful with directions and arranging for a taxi.
Size of room
The location was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Loved the ambience of the hotel. Seemed very "authentic".
Superb location. Grand size rooms. friendly staff
No facilities at all: neither breakfast, refreshments, nor a public lounge. Also, unfortunately it is an incredibly noisy location - singing on the Spanish Steps takes place until the small hours.
Location was excellent. Absolutely perfect for discovering Rome by foot.
Nothing we liked it all
Really helpful people at the hotel. They arranged a tour guide for us and also recommended and booked a couple of fantastic restaurants based on our preferences and budget. I have stayed here before around 5 years ago and it is as it was then a great place to stay with professional friendly people in a great location
There is nothing negative to say.
The staff were absolutely wonderful. We arrived early and they worked diligently to make our room available. The location is OUTSTANDING! !!!! Everything you could want to see or do is within walking distance or you can readily grab a cab as they are lined up waiting.
Quite pricey, but conveniently located.
Lacked a place to sit other than the bed
Convenience Really helpful staff Taxi rank 100m away DoBar morning coffee is simply sublime - only 100m from the hotel walking in a straight line out of the front door
Just fantastic. Everything was perfect. We were also provided with complimentary slippers. Superb.
We loved the location on the Piazza at the Spanish Steps. The view was wonderful as well as access to the subway.
I have nothing bad to say
A total hidden gem. This place was a last minute find for us and was the best possible solution we could have come up with. The location is superb, the privacy and the almost hidden nature (in the midst of a bustling piazza) made us feel like we were coming home every night. Could have spent hours just on the balcony overlooking the piazza. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. I have already given the name of this place to a few friends and absolutely will return to stay there!
There's no breakfast, but on the other hand there are many nice cafes in the area.
Excellent location on Piazza di Spagna. Lovely to have just a few metres to the Spanish Steps. Calm, since there are almost no cars on the Piazza or on the side street. Nice, clean room. Clean bathroom. Close to Metro (although we didn't use it) and to the sights of Rome.
A small hotel we would gladly return to. Excellent location, main attractions can be reached by foot and if preferred the taxi station is 50m away. Shopping area surrounding the piazza, including via del corso. We had two connecting rooms, large, high ceilings and spotless clean, while the building has a lot of charm. Only downside is that no breakfast is served, we enjoyed Babbington's which is neighbouring the Relais ( though it's quite expensive, but has a lovely atmosphere). We also had an issue with overbooking for one night, but the staff tried their best to repair this incident.
We have no complaints, and would definitely return on our next visit to Rome.
We loved the facility and the location. Wandering in every direction was full of discoveries. It was also right on a Metro stop so going farther away was easy. They also arranged transportation to and from the airport, for a good price.
