Really poor Breakfast in terms of quantity and choice proposed. Poor rooom insonorization. The wall dividing the rooms are too thin
Relais Ristori was a fantastic place to stay from start to finish, Lisa and her staff were very friendly, welcoming and were a tremendous help with any request. The accommodation was very comfortable, had a fantastic Italian feel and is centrally located and the breakfasts were just superb
the friendliness of the hostess, the info for visiting the town, the decor and the clean room.I would come back in an heartbeat.
We liked almost everything. It was very close to the attractions and the train station. The staff were very helpful, friendly and understanding. The room was very romantic, reflecting the beauty of the city.
Unfortunately, internet was not working in the room, but it was a pleasure to sit in the backyard to do that as well.
All of it. Location is closed to everything and within easy walking distance. Breakfast in the courtyard was a great way too start the day. Definitely recommend RR
Wi-Fi and TV was spotty
Wonderful staff and great location.
That we couldn't stay longer.
Everything. Good breakfast.
Some of the negative comments about this establishment seem to be overstated in our experience. We found all of the staff we dealt with to be friendly, helpful and in reasonable comand of intelligible English. The breakfast was varied, of good quality, and the staff were prepared to tailor it to suit the preferences of guests. There was some street noise in the evening, but that died away later in the night. The location is in an old city, 5 mins walk to the main piazza and arena and a short taxi ride to the train station. For the cost, the facilities, location and staff are excellent.
Great location, close to the center, plenty of nice restaurants in the surrounding. The staff was really nice. Room was clean and having a enjoyable atmosphere. We enjoyed the breakfast, simply excellent...
Nice hotel , ideal for a city break in Verona . Short walk from city centre . Breakfast was simple but very nice . Staff were very obliging , they changed my room because the Wi-Fi didn't work upstairs . I would stay there again if I was in Verona
Owner had no English , this was difficult . No parking on site , valet parking for € 25 is available . Parking on the street is almost impossible and a pain to put tickets on the car every 2 hours . Wi-Fi was very bad , but they said they were waiting for someone to come fix it
Excellent location, with a short walk to the arena and Julliette's balcony. It was nice to have variation in the breakfast with an omelette on the first day and a tuna and onion sandwich on the second day. The bed was comfortable and a good size bathroom.
There were no coffee or tea facilities in the room.
Great rooms, excellent position, ambient is very romantic, excellent breakfast
changing towels every two days
Excellent. Italian home with nice yard. Every room is the own character. Nice owner.
The hotel had charm and character and was in a good location
Our room was very poor - Tristan and Isolde. Very small, very dark. We could hear not only the flushing of the toilet from the next door room but also the people going to the toilet. Very unpleasant. The breakfast was totally inadequate. No cereal, no juice other than some red concoction. No butter for the rolls until we asked. Cappuchino was awful. No proper fruit or yoghurt. Just a plate of something that looked like vomit. Curried hard boiled aggs one day. A slimy white bread sandwich filled, I think, with curried tuna, the next day. Very weird.
The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great - fresh orange juice, croissants, fresh coffee, fruit salad and yogurt. Bikes are available to borrow. Great location a few minutes walk from the old castle and river. 15 min walk to Juliette's balcony.
No free parking. Staff at hotel arrange for your car to be parked but it's expensive (E25 per day).
Romeo and Juliet was a lovely, comfortable, quiet room
Friendly and welcoming!
Friendly approach and room decor
Room was uncomfortable, stairs were awkward, and it was very pricey for the value. The bed was equal to a futon.
This is very nice and beautiful hotel. We liked our room ( it had two floors and it was on 3dr floor) and very good breakfast.
We heard other people talking and snoring. Maybe the price is too high :)
Beautiful guesthouse located close to the city centre and the train station. It is quiet and peaceful. Lovely hostess willing to do everything to make you comfortable. Free WiFi working great.
The guesthouse is like a showroom. The rooms are sensationally designed but not very practical. No pegs in the bathroom or bedroom to hang your clothes, the shower has no doorstep so there comes a flood in the room.
This is an excellent hotel within a few minutes walk of the city center. It has been recently renovated and it very charming and comfortable. The manager, Valentina, is very helpful and gracious. It is ideal for exploring Verona.
Don't plan to park in their garage, as only the smallest car will fit. Still, they have made arrangements for off-site parking which work well.
Hotel was small but charming, great location for the Arena and the rest of the city. Valentina, the proprieter, was very helpful in arranging taxis, booking restaurants, and advising on sightseeing etc.
Our room was only half cleaned one day. The breakfast rolls were quite dry, didn't like the tinned fruit or fruit juices.
The staff was extremely friendly, giving you directions about where to go in the city without asking for it. The hotel is like an historic house in Verona, very clean and with a very beautiful patio where you can have an amazing breakfast. Location could not be better, right in the center of the city and on top of that bicycles were offered to us for free to enjoy the city.
