Extérieur médiocre, cage d'escalier sale et ventée sans avoir été prévenu, malgre le double vitrage, appartement bruyant

La situation dans le centre, à proximité des sites d'intérêt touristique. Wifi disponible, grande chambre.

Le prix d'un 4 étoiles pour des prestations d'un 2 étoiles : salle de bains minuscule, petit déjeuner inexistant bien que compris, fenêtres avec simple vitrage pour une chambre donnant sur un rue passante et bruyante, surtout la nuit ! Difficile d'avoir un contact avec le personnel, une semaine pour récupérer la facture.

Accéder à l'hôtel est très difficile. pas de moyen de communication avec les personnes de l'hotel. Tout se passe par téléphone Il faudrait peut être changer l'adresse de l'hôtel sur le site

Situation géographique idéale qui permet de découvrir la ville en très grande partie à pied. Chambre pas très grande mais jolie. Nous avons eu un contretemps peu de temps avant de partir et la direction a très aimablement accepté de modifier les dates de notre séjour.

Petit-déjeuner très sommaire: un croissant par personne (livré dans une corbeille à la porte de la chambre) et un café (machine dans la chambre + une capsule par jour et par personne). Compte tenu du tarif demandé et des prestations par ailleurs, c'est très décevant et bien dommage.

pas d'accueil sur place,il faut appeler une personne par téléphone (delai d'attente de cette personne < 5mn, même pas le temps de boire un expresso!)

The location was great, in the heart of historic Rome but it could be quite noisy as a consequence. The rooms are nicely decorated and equipped and the cleaning staff come in daily and are lovely and very helpful.

The service was appalling; breakfast brought to your room was no longer brought to your room, you had to go to a local cafe. The wifi never worked over a 4 night stay, the heating didn't work properly, there were dirty towels when I arrived, the toilet seat was broken and they don't supply soap. Tommaso, the manager, didn't respond to emails and I had to ring repeatedly to get him to do anything. He agreed to refund one night for all the problems but I'm still waiting......

The location was excellent. The rooms were modern and clean. The kitchenette was nicely equipped. The security was comforting. Thomas was very helpful and friendly.

... the old woman on the second floor. At about 18:00 I returned to the room before dinner to retrieve my daughters medicine. To be certain the doors were secure I must have pulled them too noisily for her liking. As I exited the building she leaned out her window and hit me with a ball of paper. Not being able to speak Italiano I just looked up at her and said, "Gracie!".

I really liked the relaxation of being somewhere less formal than an hotel.

only that check out was relatively early but I realise that you have to have time to change over.

The room had an excellent location and it was fresh and clean. Had a really good stay!

The room had absolutely no isolation so you heard everything in the next room and also from the square outside the window.

The location,design of room and amenities.The representative was friendly and helpful. We were all impressed with the location being so central to all the popular sights and yet just in a small apartment building feeling so local. We were also assisted with taxi back to the airport which was very convenient and a good price I wish we had thought to request a taxi for pick up from the airport.

Great location, 5 minutes from the Pantheon, 10 minutes from the Trevi Fountain and Victor Emanuell II. monument. The two hosts Giorgo and Mario speak great english, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, but combortable, clean, very nice design and every space is used well. Coffe machine in the room, with free refill of coffe capsules every morning. I would return, and I recommend it to everybody!

One bed was pretty used, should be changed!

I enjoyed the privacy of the accommodations. It is not a hotel. The owners have a series of rooms in buildings through out Rome they have done up. The rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast is delivered to a basket on your door in the morning, so no rush to wake up and get down to breakfast before they clean up :) The rooms were large, comfortable bed, great shower (as well as good water pressure), and air conditioning worked fine. Even though there is no reception desk to go and bother someone with questions, the owners are very flexible and prompt to return phone calls, text messages and emails. The staff went beyond necessity with assistance and spoke great English also. Very laid back with some great suggestions on restaurants etc. The locations was perfect and in walking distance to pretty much everything. Definitely value for your money. Jojo and susi provided fantastic service!

Nothing bad; to note... You need to contact them prior to your arrival on the day as they need to travel from some location near by to check you in, give you the keys, Internet passwords, etc. You do receive an email when you book the hotel with contacts details instructing this. Suggests to call from the train station or airport upon your arrival in Rome. If you call on arrival (as we did), we waited about 20 mins to get keys. So not a long wait.

I booked two rooms for 3 adults and 3 children (1 "adult" was 13). In fact the rooms were located in two separate buildings, around the corner and across the street. We were not advised of this until the day we arrived when it was too late to change hotels. Proprietor lost the keys to the second room and made us wait with 4 hungry kids for a half hour while he looked for it. Rooms were in old, dilapidated buildings up flights of dirty stairs. "Reception" was literally a closet. No breakfast room. Breakfast was one pastry and one beverage. This is not a 3-star hotel as advertised. I have stayed in better 1-star hotels in Italy. I feel cheated. For the amount this cost, stay at Hotel Abruzzi instead.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to most places. Room had a new feel to it. Well maintained and finished to a high standard.

Check out was at 10am but they were trying to get us out the room at 9.30 and the next guests turned up early. Also breakfast is a bit of a con. It's a coffee maker in your room and a brioche left in a bag on your door. Don't let this put you off though. Far more fun to go out and get breakfast in a local cafe.

good location : 1 minute from buses and tramway; 5 minutes from Piazza Navonna, 10 minutes from Pantheon..... nice decoration in the room in an old building, we finally find our place to be in Rome where we go every year ! see you soon then !

I was so disappointed with my stay that I didn't even want to take the time to fill in a survey, but what the heck. The only thing this place has going for it, is it's location and cost.

Traveling alone this place felt a bit sketchy. In fact I was contemplating a move to another place after the first nights stay. In all honesty I read the reviews and thought I had the right expectations, which were not exactly high, but this place was awful beyond the reviews I read. No internet, though they boast free high speed service, no customer service when I called about it... In fact, I believe I got hung up on. Here's the bottom line, if you are trying to impress a partner, a stay here could end your relationship. If you are a solo female traveler you might feel a little threatened in this type of accommodation. Run, don't walk away from this one.

Relais Rome Sweet Home Navona was the perfect place for the 4 of us to stay on our trip. Room (4 person): large, comfortable, very well decorated and cleaned daily (shampoo towels etc all available plus access to fast wifi) Location: AMAZING! 2 minutes to campo di fiori which is an amazing Market in the daytime and a very lively place in the evenings. 5mins to piazza navona, 5mins to the Pantheon, 10mins to the Trevi fountain and 15 mins to the Colosseum. The side road is just off a large square with excellent access to the tram (we didn't use this as everything was so close!) Building: entrance is perfectly lovely (better than others have mentioned) Owners: we met Marco who gave us a map and told us plenty of information about what to do and how to get places (it's very easy anyway but this was helpful) and advice on restaurants etc (though we didn't get a chance to try these out-enough around!!) Overall, a great place to stay in general!!

The location is excellent and the relais is cosy

Breakfast is bad, you need to prepare your own coffee and they just bring you a croissant. No minibar/water or anything like that.
