Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Δεν υπάρχει δυνατότητα τοποθέτησης επιπλέον κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα βρεφικών κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.

The room was very spacious clean and comfortable The location was great.Would be good if they had some english channels or pay for view movies as my son and I were back early evenings apart from that would recommend this apartment |

Good location near all sites and restaurants Rooms were small and noisy on the street side. Breakfast was only a croissant and it was not delivered every day (poor service for a hotel at EUR 100 per night)! |

Location is good, near tram and Trastevere is nice area with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy, tv stations in English was handy as well. This is not a hotel, more like an apartment. Upon arrival you must be let in and are given keys. Staff are good and gave us lots of tips for transport and also organised taxi for us when leaving. If you want a hotel with services then this is not for you. |

The room was amazing, and the location was fantastic for us as we like to walk. Smoking was allowed, I believe, and someone smoked in one of the other rooms, which filtered through our air conditioning into our room. |

Good bed, clean room, espresso automatic in the room. Booking.com promissed a room with balcony but the hotel didn't have a room with balcony available, they promissed us a room with view on the hill, but also this room was not available during check in. So we had a noisy room with view on a crowdy street. There is no reception desk, so no persons who can give you information. The breakfast is only 1 croissant. The shower didn't gave much water, but the bath room looks good. Not daily clean towels. |

Main bed was very good. Security was good and facilities were very clean. Costanza was very helpful. Fridge was broken and not replacerd during our stay. Internet connectivity was lost due to an electrical storm and was not able to be repaired during our stay. We were travelling without telephone so checking in was somewhat problematic. |

The fresh croissants every morning was great. The staff were excellent, especially Costanza, very funny and extremely helpful with city attractions. Extremely close proximity to the tram/bus stop. During the day the area around the hotel is very busy, which is good. However, at night it does get rather dark around that area, and there are a few homeless people that linger around. |

The hotel is more like an apartment. It was very well maintained and had an excellent staff to take care of your needs. We received an e-mail from the conceriege before we went and responded with our flight details. We called as requested when we arrived and she met us to let us in. We had 2 rooms and they were both exceptionally clean and modern. The pictures on the website are correct. The breakfast is just coffee and a croissant left outside the door, but I knew this up front from other reviews, so I did not mind. There are awesome bakeries and restaurants right outside the door, so no problem getting a good breakfast. I would stay here again if returning to Rome. |

The Relais is well furnished and located in the heart of Rome . The doorkeeper Costanza was very friendly and helpful . There's no reception but Costanza wait for us at the Relais at the established time . The room is very bright with sat tv , internet and air conditioning. |

O Trastevere é uma excelente localização em Roma. O fato de ter de fazer chamadas internacionais via celular para fazer o check in e aguardar do lado de fora até que um funcionário chegue para entregar as chaves da portaria do prédio, da entrada do "Relais" e do quarto propriamente dito. O mesmo ocorre com o check out já que não há dentro das dependências nem do quarto e nem do edificio um telefone disponível. |

ho apprezzato la vicinanza al centro storico e il servizio di mezzi pubblici vicini la locazione in un palazzo molto poco curato, ascensore compreso, il fatto che ci abbiano immediatamente richiesto il saldo della camera ma poi non ci hanno mai fatto avere la fattura o ricevuta anche se richiesta più volte, la colazione molto misera nella camera. |

Lo mejor, sin duda, la ubilcación, está a un paso de todo. Además valoro muy bien el diseño y dotación de la habitación, además del nivel de limpieza. Por decir algo, diría que el día de la entrada si llegas algo tarde sobre la hora prevista te preocupas por la persona que te espera. Sería bueno disponer de un sistema de entrada automático mediante contraseña. |

Abbiamo passato 24 ore a roma e la posizione ottimale a trastevere ci ha permesso di apporfittare benissimo del poco tempo a disposiozione: 10 min a piedi dai primi monumenti del centro città e 15 min in tram dalla stazione termini...i cornetti per colazione sono stati la ciliegina sulla torta...COSTANZA è stata super simpatica e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni che ci hanno permesso di visitare tutta la città e ci ha indicato un paio di restoranti tipici dove abbiamo assaggiato piatti locali favolosiiiiiiii....mmhhhhhh ci vedremo al prossimo viaggio a roma sicuramente roberto e jennifer |
