Host very friendly. Hotel tastefully decorated and clean. Quiet location in countryside outside the city.

The grounds and room were lovely. We walked out of our room into an olive grove! We had a newly refurbished room that was beautiful. The breakfast was lovely and the staff was very attentive.

It is a hike into Montepulciano, but doable; yet, it was very dark coming home at night.

Wonderful country setting and with a little exercise, you can walk up to wall city. A little difficult to get to though. We got off train and idnT know it would take another 20 minutes by taxi to reach hotel.

The hotel is very picturesque, with beautiful gardens and a scenic view of nearby Montepulciano. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing, and the owner Alberto was so kind and helpful with recommending restaurants, day trips to nearby towns, and activities. He arranged a wonderful dinner at La Chiusa for our 25th anniversary and recommended wineries to visit in nearby Montalcino! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom that included both a shower and jacuzzi tub. The breakfast buffet was filled with fresh baked pastries and other amazing food. We will definitely be back!

It's a beautiful place to stay, the garden is gorgeous, the swimming pool very inviting. the service is excellent. alberto the General Manager makes you feel at home. breakfast was also very good, vast variety, delicous capuccino. the room was big and spacious, the bathroom enormous and comfortable. We wish we could have stayed there for more days. If you are looking for a beautifuk place to relax after visiting Montepulciano stay here you will love it.

The staff was friendly, helpful, fun. The breakfast included yummy sweets by Lucia, who is on staff and a wonderful baker. The manager, Alberto was the best -- catered to our every need, he and Lucia met us at our car when we arrived to check in -- that was a first! We could not have felt more welcomed. On, what happened to be our last of 4 nights they offered a barbeque dinner for the guest prepared by Alberto, Lucia and another staff person, Fredrico, and it was delicious!The location is perfect for touring many of the Tuscan Hill towns, the view from the property is looking up at Montepulciano -- gorgeous -- and the grounds are well maintained and beautiful.

Beautiful property overlooking Montepulciano, very peaceful and relaxing and our room was absolutely lovely with our own private garden.

No dislikes - some suggestions might be to add a bit more variety to breakfast selection (there is a lot but gets a bit monotonous if you stay more than a few days, as we did) and to maybe offer a dinner service one or two nights a week so couples wanting to stay in have that as an option.

We loved our stay, found everything perfect. We felt welcome, comfortable and sooo relaxed.

In order to prevent having to go out for dinner every evening, it would have been nice to have restaurant-facilities at the premisses, allthough we recognize that that possibly won't be financially interesting for the owner in view of the few rooms and therefore relatively few guests....

Set in attractive gardens below historic Montepulciano... a pleasant although uphill 20 minute walk away. Lovely rooms and a wonderful swimming pool to lounge around. Helpful friendly staff

Hello, We were very impressed by the hotel staff kindness and ability to make our stop over at Relais Saint Bruno a very sweet and nice journey in Yuscany. The room was a sweet nest very clean and full of kind attention, many thanks to the owner. The pool in the countryside was also much than appreciated. The breakfast is very good and suprising many attention !

Relaxed and very friendly in the most peaceful and idyllic setting. The view from our Royal Suite was just breathtaking. Very discreet service which felt like a home from home yet nothing was too much trouble. We have stayed at a fair few hotels in our time including high end luxury 5 star. This was simply the best hotel we have ever stayed in and w will return.

Wall between rooms to thin.. We could hear every noise from the neighbours Gardener did noisy garden works while we tried to relax at the pool

This facility is located in the hills of Tuscany within 1km of and ancient village. The room we had was great and the setting and grounds are like something out of a movie. We will be back soon.

Outstanding property with superb views of the San Biagio church and the hill city of Montepulchiano. The grounds of the hotel are stunning; there is a large, very attractive pool area; very good common spaces with beautiful decor; absolutely first rate accomodations with large suite style rooms with all amenities and a very large bathroom with both shower and jacuzzi. Service by Alberto and Lucia was really great - unobtrusive unless needed, in which case they were delightful to talk to and had many suggestions about where to visit in the vicinity. Value for the quality of the rooms and proerty is a real plus. Go for it.

Enhanced continental breakfasts, but no lunch or dinner facilities. However, there is a superb restaurant (La Grotta) just 2 blocks from the property as well as many restaurants in Montepulchiano.

The location near Montepulciano is excellent. The receptionist/manager, Lucia, is extremely helpful, responsive and cheerful. The room we had was warm and spacious. The grounds are wonderful for a short, relaxing walk.

The breakfast could be improved somewhat.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The staff were lovely and most helpful; Alberto could not have done more to make us feel welcome. He was always there to help with dinner reservations and suggestions. The setting of the hotel is idyllic; the photos do not do it justice. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room great to relax in after a day exploring the picturesque area. We would not hesitate to come back again.

This is an incredible place with the most wonderful hospitality we have experienced. Our room was like a cottage, and it was private. The view of San Biagio & Montepulciano was breathtaking. The breakfast was lovely. It was too cold for the pool, but I would like to return just to use it. It's an infinity pool with a view of the valley, just spectacular. Alberto had great touring & dining recommendations. I just put aside my itinerary & used his advice. It was just a special place. I would definitely return.

Tutto perfetto. Ambiente bellissimo e rilassante per chi ama il relax in mezzo al verde. Camere spaziose e confortevoli, praticamente dei mini appartamenti, con tutti i comfort a disposizione. Colazione con dolci fatti in casa e prodotti tipici locali.

Se proprio si vuol dire qualcosa di negativo, la velocità della rete wi-fi, ma probabilmente non dipende dal relais ma dal provider internet.
