Very nice and clean room. The staff/owners were very accommodating and service-minded. The hotel is in an old exclusive apartment with high ceilings which make the room feel very spacious. Central heating is turned on in November which could make cold nights in October a bit chilly. |

I loved its architecture and design. Also the location is perfect in the Old Town. The breakfast was not great. It was nice to be able to have an egg, but there were no freshly baked breads or fresh fruit! The many stairs were hard with big heavy luggage! Someone did help us down, but no one was there to carry them up. There was not much light in the room making it uncomfortable to read at night. |

I would highly recommend this hotel. It has a great location, close to all of the main sights and good restaurants. The accommodation itself is beautiful and very different to any of the other hotels that we stayed in during our trip to Italy. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good breakfast Stairs may be a problem for older guests. |

The staff was very helpful; the location was great - right in the center of the city. The rooms were very nice - we had an additional room and outside patio which was very nice. The breakfast was also relaxing and plentiful. |

The hotel staff were friendly, and provided me with a map and guidebook of Lucca. The room and the lounge area had lovely antique furniture. The bathroom was very clean and well-equipped. The location was good - close to all major sites in Lucca. The stairs: upon my arrival there was no one to meet me at the main entrance doors, and I had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs in a dimly lit corridor. The breakfast was the worst that I had in Italy, with stale bread and supermarket-type food. The room, while nicely furnished, was dark. Also, staff are not available after 7 pm at night. |

Breakfast was excellent and exceeded expectations. Beds very comfortable. Room lovely and warm and shower good room lighting could be better. Difficult to see what colour your clothes are in the dull light |

Este relais está en un palacio impresionante. Las habitaciones son preciosas. El personal del relais, en especial, Enmanuela son super agradables y te facilitan tu estancia en Lucca todo lo que pueden. El restaurante que nos recomendaron era muy bueno y además nos hicieron un descuento. Tienen internet gratis, el minibar también incluido en el precio y el desayuno muy bueno y abundante. La ubicación en Lucca es inmejorable. |

Utrolig koselig familedrevet hotell, midt i Lucca sentrum. En virkelig perle i Lucca! Personalet var veldig behjelpelige når det gjaldt både tips om restauranter, barer og butikker. Gratis internett og aircondition på alle rom. Neste gang jeg drar til Lucca blir det garantert samme hotell! |

Die Dame an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll restauriert und die Badezimmer äusserst konfortabel, Preia/Leistung und die ideale Lage haben uns zugesagt. |

Wij hadden dit hotel geboekt als doorreis en hebben daar twee dagen verbleven, wat lang genoeg is om Lucca te bezoeken. Het hotel is meer stijl van een chambre d'hote en ligt binnen de muren van Lucca wat zeer makkelijk was om eens snel naar je hotel terug te keren. De gastvrouw is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeer charmant ingerichte kamers. Is zeker aan te bevelen voor mensen die op doorreis zijn |
