Very helpful staff - comfortable room - historic building - well positioned to explore the historic centre of Lucca. Hard to find - fresh breakfast rolls would have been preferred. |

The location The hotel needs to take more care to deliver the services they say they provide. For example, the hairdryer didn't work and although there were tea bags,coffee and cups in the room, there was no kettle. Their credit card machine was broken and they required to be paid in cash. The breakfast was the worst we have had in Italy. |

Excellent location, spacious historic, well furnished, elegant setting with limited but more than adequate and very helpful assistance- nearby small hotel for any needed assistance when Relais not staffed. Good for independent travelers who are self-sufficient. Was perfect for us- might be problematic for someone traveling to Italy for the first time- really a b&b so that directions re checking in and out must be followed- |

We stayed at the guest house and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The house had a really comfortable atmosphere and the small upstairs lounge was a great place to relax and chat. |

pænt udstyret værelse, lækkert badeværelse, fin central beliggenhed problem at der ikke er nogen elevator, når værelserne ligger på 3. sal og man er på en længere rejse og derfor kommer med store, tunge kufferter, som man selv bliver bedt om at slæbe op ad trapperne |

Prima ligging. Fijne kamer. Vriendelijke bediening Toegang is bijna onmogelijk voor mensen die niet goed ter been zijn. Aanmelden verwarrend. Aanmelden tussen 15.00 en 18.00 uur, maar als je geen telefoon bij je hebt wordt het lastig er is nl. niemand ter plaatse aanwezif. |

Ausgesprochen Stilvoll! Wundervolle Räume in einem schönen Haus. Sehr schöne Lage. Einziger "Haken" war das Erreichen der Rezeption - es war uns nicht klar, dass dazu das "Mutterhotel" angerufen werden muss. |

Die Ausstattung war sehr schön, die Zimmer wurden immer ordentlich geputzt und aufgeräumt, ruhige Lage. Die Heizung war nachts viel zu heiß. Auf unser Anmerken an der Rezeption hat sich an der nächtlichen Hitze nichts geändert. Außerdem waren die Servicekräfte, die für das Frühstück verantwortlich waren, immer schlecht gelaunt. Und: Auch wenn das italienische Frühstück immer eher simpel ausfällt, wäre es schön gewesen, nicht jeden Tag harrgenau dasselbe zu bekommen. |
