The excellent staff, the view from our room was just heavenly. Other Australians we met in the town stayed here as well on our recommendation. It was difficult to find the address, because of road works in the town |

Hotel had the feeling of a large old country house, with big solid wood bedroom furniture yet with state of the art electrics (temp, air con, lights E.T.c) Bathroom in our room was tiny but beautifully fitted, we were only there for one night, would have found it's size restrictive if there for longer. Very comfortable with all amenities. Staff were great. Lovely views. Hard to find, do so by old fashioned road map not sat nav, it will take you the wrong way! Breakfast was limited and in a building down the lane, brolleys are provided if it rains but still we found it a little strange & inconvenient! There are building a swimming pool for 2009, personally I would have thought the money would be better spent on a restaurant extension. |

Hotel was GREAT. Staff were very nice. The room was not very big but was very very nice. very clean. The breakfast was also very nice. And most important, the view was unbelivable. Totaly worth the money we paid. The only problem i could think of is that it is a little far from the town. We came with a car so it wasn't a problem. it was also not hard to find. if you come without a car it might be a problem. |

Beautiful setting, high up overlooking the sea. Very helpful receptionist. The driving isntructions were good, but we still experienced difficulty finding the hotel. Perhaps the instructions could add 'keep on going up the hill until you find our hotel - it's well beyond most of the residences in the area.' |

We really appreciated the very nice and service-minded staff in the reception. We had a big and nice room with a balcony with a beautiful view over the sea and the Ligurian hills. Since this hotel is located approx 8 km outside the village Sestre Levante, it's a must to have a car. There is one restaurant next to the hotel, but unfortunately they - without notice - closed for two weeks after our first night. Since we have a small son who wants to go to bed early, we had to buy take-away in Sestre Levante and eat in our room. |

Staff was most helpful, respectful with assistance for information. We had no problems. The site should not state the hotel is in Sestri Levante - it is located in Riva Trigoso. A few more signs would help. |

I reallly enjoyed the patio and the view of Sestri Levante. The Kontiki restaurant was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel. I will surely stay here again. |

All the girls at the front were great..very friendly and welcoming. The place is very pleasant (comfortable beds) and the breakfast was a good start for the day. I really enjoyed it and would return. You do need a car to get around. |
