Staff were exemplary. One eveing the scallops had 'turned' a little (it happens with fish food of course) they were not good, but the staff were excellent in dealing with it and removing from bill etc. Quoted price of €420 for a 1 bed (2 room) appt that fits family was ok, but then the addition of €80 for one pull down sofa to be made up for the 2 kids & left up for 2 nights (so €20pppn) = one set of bedding for our stay - was scandalous in my opinion. Taking reservation up to 500 not the advertised family room for €420. |

The hotel is beauiful its right on lake garda so you can hear the water lapping while you sunbathe and also look out for the ducks. Its an ideal hotel for very young families and couples looking for a quite relaxing break. Its a perfect base if you have a car as its a bit of a distance from the town and retaurants but a wonderful hotel and would highly recommend! The apartments were fairly basic for self catering the is only two rings to cook on and thats it no electric kettle ect. |

The view. More kitchen appliances i.e. and oven, toaster etc. would have been very useful in the apartments, also a mat outside the patio door to wipe your feet on would have been helpful. |

Staff were fantastic, Hotel location was excellent but you need a car. The hotel position on the lake was fantastic. Main area in the hotel was very welcoming. The reception would go to any extent to help you during your stay and had excellent english!!!We will return Did not serve hot food but you could get wonderful cold platters. Coffees and drinks were a fair price |

Very kind and professional staff, excellent location on lake shore, huge room and bathroom, fabulous breakfast spread (enormous choice of different foods), large secure parking lot The walls are thin and you can hear everything from the guests in adjoining rooms. Bring ear plugs! |

It is easy to miss the gateway to the hotel, because it is a bit hidden. |

All Staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and very welcoming, the views were some of the best on the Lake, Complimentary drinks were provided when we had to wait for a taxi. No restaurant for part of our stay bar breakfast, a little far away from nearby towns if you had no car. |

Splendid location on the lake with large swimming pool. Very helpful and cheerful staff. The lake boat service from the nearby jetty is infrequent and it is necessary - if no car - to take a taxi (€25 return) to the terminal at Desenzano. Breakfast is excellent, but evening service limited and not available from Sunday-Tuesday, though the intention is to provide a full restaurant service in 2009. But there are restaurants nearby. |

Great hotel right on the lake. Location is great for daytime but restaurants locally are limited so you need to drive/taxi for a bigger choice. |
