Luxury hotel with luxury service. Breakfast was super good. All what you can imagine you can get even champagne. Pool was really clean and nice and "pool boy" was making sure that everything was ok at pool area. Hotel arranged free open pool restaurant for the people who was at hotel. It was also our last night at the hotel so it was kind of cherry on top of ice cream for us. Good location to visit Salo, Desenzano, Sirmione and Peschiera. You need a car to move around because there isn't grocery store's or markets near. Beautiful, peacefull place and really nice hotel. |

Staff were exemplary. One eveing the scallops had 'turned' a little (it happens with fish food of course) they were not good, but the staff were excellent in dealing with it and removing from bill etc. Quoted price of €420 for a 1 bed (2 room) appt that fits family was ok, but then the addition of €80 for one pull down sofa to be made up for the 2 kids & left up for 2 nights (so €20pppn) = one set of bedding for our stay - was scandalous in my opinion. Taking reservation up to 500 not the advertised family room for €420. |

The hotel is beauiful its right on lake garda so you can hear the water lapping while you sunbathe and also look out for the ducks. Its an ideal hotel for very young families and couples looking for a quite relaxing break. Its a perfect base if you have a car as its a bit of a distance from the town and retaurants but a wonderful hotel and would highly recommend! The apartments were fairly basic for self catering the is only two rings to cook on and thats it no electric kettle ect. |

very polite hotel staff, always willing to help, very fair price, apartmant was great, had a kitchen, hotel was on the lake, pool in front of apartment, good position from where you can start searching lake side, close to Gardaland Ants in the bathroom, but fortunately only temporarily |

The view. More kitchen appliances i.e. and oven, toaster etc. would have been very useful in the apartments, also a mat outside the patio door to wipe your feet on would have been helpful. |

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, mit direktem Zugang zum See, gelegen. Die Anlage ist grosszügig und die Gäste müssen sich nicht auf engem Raum aufhalten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns haben Früchte zum Bedienen gefehlt. Ebenfalls wäre ein kleiner Fitnessraum wünschbar. Für die Kinder fehlt ein kleiners Becken. |

Creo que es un gran hotel para descansar. El personal es muy atento. Las habitaciones están muy bien y el desayuno, en particular, el de los fines de semana (al menos, el que estuvimos nosotros), es excelente. |
