Exceptionally helpful receptionist on arrival
No bath even though had asked for kne
The rooms were comfortable, the service was good, the owner went out of his way to help us. Loved the design. Anyone visit Vicenza should think about this option.
Not much. Small lobby, not much room to wait for friends.
Terrific location for a clean, modern hotel. Very nice staff and PARKING!
There wasn't anything not to like except the room was a little warm (mid-November) but we carry a fan to solve those little problem.
Excellent service, great breakfast, comfortable room, excellent position
We enjoyed everything about this very stylish hotel, and it made our stay in Vicenza truly wonderful. It was almost like being guests in the home of a friend with excellent taste but with the privacy we needed. The decor was striking, contemporary, and in some ways high tech, and the bathroom, though on the small side, was very functional. Also, there is a nice large wardrobe with hanging space and usable shelves. The location, on a quiet street from which we could walk quickly into center of the city, also made it a good choice. We loved Vicenza, and we were especially lucky because we were there during a very large and very yummy chocolate festival.
The only thing we didn't love was the need to park in a garage nearby because they didn't have space for the car when we checked in. Also, it is important to arrive there before 8:30 in the evening, as there is nobody at the front desk after that. They do have a way to arrive after that time by following their instructions for getting the key, but I'm glad we made the choice to arrive while there was someone there to assist us.
A small quiet impeccably run hotel
There was nothing for any reasonable guest to dislike
The principle reason for choosing this hotel was its proximity to the historical centre - across the road from Santa Corona church, three minutes walk from the Corso Palladio, and just around the corner from the famous Theatro Olimpico. Tastefully and ingeniously converted from a small 18th century palazzo, the hotel is modern, elegant and comfortable, with interior garaging facilities - so important but so difficult to find elsewhere in what is primarily a pedestrian zone (but, understandably, they only have capacity for three or four cars so advance reservation of parking space is essential!!). Good breakfast buffet; helpful, friendly staff. Excellent.
wonderful hotel in the old city of vicenza I will certainly go back there
location; small but very well appointed
bathroom shelf space
Seconds from main street and comfortable and clean.
With 3 stars- one needs to let yourself in the premises after returning in the evening. Not a problem just a point of hotel status.
Staff was great and helped with all sort of information. The rooms were very clean.....and modern. I define tell will go back and recommend it highly. You will not regret it.. Carlos
Parking your car is pretty much like other hotels in NY and Miami $15 Euros per night.
No problems with the Hotel at all..very new, very clean.
The Vicenza traffic system is a nightmare..even GPS does not help! Never again..will I take my car to Vicenza.
Everything - fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff, lovely room. Vicenza itself is lovely too - well worth a visit.
Couldn't fault it.
Vicenza is a great city to visit. Charming, historic, friendly, cpmfortable.
We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at this perfectly located little hotel. It is down a quiet side street within a stone's throw of the sights. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The unappetizing bread at breakfast. It was not fresh. There was little choice. The rest of the breakfast was good. They must fix this problem.
Lovely room wins balcony over a quiet street. Spotlessly clean with modern bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities in your room. Good breakfast, really delightful, helpful reception staff. Excellent location - we could walk to all the attractions.
Nothing, it was perfect.
Staff was amazingly attentive. Location couldn't be more ideal...on a quiet street around the corner from Teatro Olimpico. King Suite is well worth the price. We all look forward to our next visit to Vicenza and Relais Santa Corona.
How can you argue with perfection?
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Great breakfast, very comfortable rooms, location very central, great value indeed.
Bbc TV hard to get - was on intermittently.
Located close to attractions and restaurants but very quiet Very helpful and friendly staff Room well appointed and very clean Great breakfast
nothing to dislike
Very modern boutique type hotel. Excellent beds offering a good night's sleep. Breakfast was very pleasant. Quite elegant with varied offerings without being overwhelming. Really good coffee. Lovely staff.
I have no criticism at all other than it was a bit expensive. There was a conference on at the time and rooms in Vicenza were in short supply.
very difficult and expensive parking
Located very centrally on the edge of the pedestrian zone this hotel is a gem. Parking must be reserved and you simply drive into the hotel lobby and the staff do the rest. A very friendly welcome, a clean and extremely tastefully designed interior reassures the weary traveller that this is going to be a god stay. The rooms are well furnished, bright and spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and the whole ambience of this rather smart boutique hotel is determined by very friendly staff with an attention to detail. Great place to stay, would highly recommend and would most definitely return.
My communication with the hotel staff (Giulia) was so pleasant and productive that I looked forward to the visit. I was not mistaken. The experience of staying at the hotel was all positive. The room was larger than expected and amenities were generously and thoughtfully provided. It was touching that the staff member we had contact with during our stay (Dilum) was so dedicated to offering us the best help possible. Her recommendation of restaurants and other details revealed her sincerity, intelligence and thoughtfulness.
- Quiet location, near several of City sights, - Helpful receptionist- gave me useful info on geting there from station by e-mail, - Good choice at breakfast- including scrambled eggs! -Pleasant room with airconditioning & wi-fi
No courtyard to sit outside- but not a big problem as spent most time out exploring wonderful city sights!
